The staff were great, very accommodating, however we were disappointed that the pool was not available to use during our stay. When you pay to stay at a place with a pool, it is a bummer when it is not in service especially when there are kids who were looking forward to swimming after a long day of adventures.

The “pool” has not been in operation for 10 years. The room was clean but the property looked unkempt and dingy. No amenities. Cheap, so you get what you pay for.

it was an interesting day, the room looked nothing like the room in the pictures… I’m guessing that is because of the poor poor lighting. it seemed kind of rundown. They did do the best could with older fixtures, etc.. The local neighborhood was iffy. I’m guessing the pool is permanently closed. Extra fees everywhere. We did save a reasonable amount of money compared to fancier places. Still, next time I will be shopping in different chain.

Traveled with a family of Five and they wouldn’t give us extra towels for our stay. Pool was closed. Bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was bleach stained. Wouldn’t recommend to stay there if planning a trip but in a pinch sure.

There was construction everywhere. The pool was closed and I took forever for someone to help me. There were several rooms with people openly smoking pot and you could hear everything. My sheets had rips in them and there were no towels in the room. Toilet paper was just sitting on the edge of the tub. It was the worse stay ever!

Our room had exposed wires, stained pillow cases, cob webs, dead and alive bugs, and was just gross. Looks NOTHING like the pictures online. Different flooring and bedding and all. Plus, we overpaid through Expedia! I went in to ask for a refund and was denied even being able to see the refund policy. They just offered a new room that was also disgusting. I was hoping to maybe even get one nights stay returned to me so I could go somewhere else. I’m disappointed because this was my first time booking and I figured through Expedia I could trust the photos and price. I tried to call Expedia to help with getting some sort of refund, and he listened to ONE of the issues in the room and wasn’t able to help. We have two young kids so obviously a disgusting room is unacceptable. Will obviously NEVER be staying here again. Attaching a few pictures, but wish I would’ve taken more!

I got a call two days before reservation -- there was a maintenance problem so four rooms were out of service, mine being one of them. Reservation was canceled. Then I got a call that it was okay, i could come. The night before the reservation at 9 pm, I got a call and they canceled again for Maintenance "plumbing" issues. I never stayed here. I had to pay way more and stay 28 miles away to have a place to sleep that night.

Not only were the accomodations fantastic, especially the bath towels .... The staff was amazing, shout out to Yug for being so understanding at check in and to the young woman who assisted us the next day. You both went above and beyond and then some so Thank You

The owners cussed me out and tried charging me over $100 because im I used one single towel to clean up some coffee I had spilled. I asked if the contratct that I signed stated I couldnt use a towel for anything other then drying off after showering and she said no it wasnt in the contract. I told her a fact, that its illegal for her to charge me for it then. And she cussed me out and hung up. Lol. I froze my card so she wasnt able to charge it successfully.

This hotel is in need of repair. The room we stayed in smelled of mold/mildew, very dated furniture, stains on beds and pillows. Cigarette burns on mattress. Bugs crawling on walls, especially in the bathroom. Painting on walls done poorly. AC was extremely loud and rattling off and on. Staff were very nice but we ended up cancelling our stay after one night. I would caution booking here until these issues can be resolved. I can’t speak for every room but ours was not tolerable for more than one night. Parking is tight. Pool is no longer used and covered. Location is great. I did ask for a refund and that was taken care of.

I would never stay here again. There was mold in the bathroom so bad we had to keep the door shut to sleep. I would have left, but it was late and the hotels were all booked. This was the most disgusting place I have ever slept in and I was not comfortable with the environment, as far as safety.
