Was great except the room we were staying in had a gap on sides and bottom of door thus allowing bugs to get in. Other than cosmetic issues told it needed remodeling. Pool was amazing on the outdoor patio. Beds were very comfy n cozy. Walkable to the Mexican restaurant for food. Customer service was amazing and the light breakfast was good.

For the price you really can't beat this. The Continental breakfast and pool were worth the stay alone and the staff was super great also.

Overall it was a good stay. Pool was great. In room 169, there was a dead cockroach and the toilet doesn’t flush unless you continue to hold down the handle. Even then, it’s slow to go down if it does. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is cereal, toast, bagels, and yogurt. To drink is coffee, orange juice and apple juice. There is Cracker Barrel and McDonalds across the street.

I was told pool was inside but later found out it was inside court yard and closed at 8pm..room celing had black spots all over it..killed a roach crawling across floor..low water pressure in shower and no slip strips in shower tub.

Really enjoyed our stay we had such a a fun time, it's quiet, we enjoyed the pool and really nice staff as well, also the room we stayed in was really nice.

My room was quite comfortable, especially for a pet friendly hotel. All I had to do was let them know I had only had to pay a small fee, unlike most places that wanted $50 to $100 that I looked up. The only down side I had is that the tile bathroom will NOT get warm no matter how high the heat is in the winter. So bring slippers or a thick towel to stand on.

We were skeptical at first, being this is not a huge brand name hotel we are used to, but much cleaner than some of them for sure! I will tell you that the people in the area dont smile when you smile, but we were greeted by a gemtleman with a genuine smile who was kind, funny, and efficiently got us booked in. I was impressed how clean the lobby and room acrually were. The beds and pillows were super confmy, the room smelled clean, the water is nice and hot and the fridge kept my drinks very cold. The outdoor pool was well kept and relaxing. All of this for such a reasonable rate We will def come back to stay next time we are in town.

Staff was quiet but friendly . Room was clean and smelled good and perfect by the wonderful pool. The pool was a highlight for sure . Only small complaint was little mold in bathroom behind the door and the bathroom door did not shut , the door was bigger than the frame so you just had to hold it shut while using the facilities . Was hopeful for waffles for the kids but it was just cereal and bagels. But it did the job

The room we had appeared to be in rather poor shape. Was the cheapest room we selected for an overnight travel stay, but did not know till we checked in that is was a smoking room. We checked in fairly late at night, and was supposedly a last room so accepted it. The room smelled heavy of smoking but initially appeared pretty clean and tidy. The shower wall was cracked. The tissue box only had (x1) kleenex tissue left in it. The bed was super comfortable. Found out in the morning that the textured ceiling had A LOT of blackness to it very much like black mold. Maybe that was from smoking or vaping, but the white walls were very clean. The bed sheets had multiple cigarette burns and maybe a wax stain. The rest of the facility, grounds and staff was great. Maybe we got the worst room at this hotel location. I feel that room should not have been rented out and we should have moved on to another hotel.

The rooms were clean upon arrival. Coffee was always on and breakfast items were available each morning. We stayed 4 days. Our rooms were never cleaned or given fresh towels, even after we requested to have rooms cleaned and let them know we left tips for service. We were able to get a couple pool towels after the 2nd day of not being cleaned. If it wasn't for the lack of cleaning, we would have really enjoyed the stay.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel was located within a few minutes of several restaurants and gas stations. Also not far from many attractions. The room was clean and very spacious, And the bed was very comfortable as well.

I like the hard floors (no carpet) and the rooms were clean and updated. Plenty of outlets. The outside needs updates but the pool was very nice and clean. I didn't like needing to walk on the outside of the hotel to get to the front desk. They dont permit guests to use the pass through door by the pool. They also track how many pool towels they give you by your room number. Which worries me they are going to charge me if they cant find one in my room when they clean it. The biggest issue we had was they deactivated our room keys in the morning so we always had to leaving someone in the room when we packed things up in the morning. We nearly got locked out of our rooms with purses and valuables inside. I have never had a hotel do this. Mind you check out was 11am and we noticed the keys deactivated at 8am. I told the desk about it and he said he would tell his boss but by that time we were already packed up. The room was worth the value and stay but the policies and practices of management are nothing i have encountered before at any other hotel.

The property I gave a good rating, it was clean, the pool was clean, etc. Check in I gave a low rating. I booked a 2 queen bed room, arrived went to the room and it was a 1 bed room. Went back to the front desk, I showed her my reservation that it said 2 queen room. She looked and her side on her computer said 1, and started asking me questions if I changed or made any changes like I was lying. She made a few phone calls and informed me her side showed 1 bed and I wouldn’t have got a 2 bed for the price I paid. I informed her I used key cash also to book it. She said she would move us but I had to pay $10 more, or I could call hotels.com. We were tired and I was frustrated so I paid it and chalked it up. The property is ok, I would suggest calling to make sure you get what you pay for. Id prolly stay somewhere else next time for the way I was treated.

Toliet would flush when it wanted- had the guy at front desk come. He finally got to flush and then the next day was not flushing again. I was told that he would call his manager and never heard back. Bathroom light also had problems turning on- had to keep pushing the switch until it would finally go on. Remote also barely worked and when i pushed the buttons on the side of the tv it would only change input.

They deactivate your key cards around 9 am. The vending machines steal your money and the hot water works sometimes. I wouldn't stay here again if given the choice. The rooms were clean, but the bed was springy and the doors didn't shut securely.

We nearly got locked out of our rooms with purses and valuables inside. I have never had a hotel do this. Mind you check out was 11am and we noticed the keys deactivated at 8am. I told the desk about it and he said he would tell his boss but by that time we were already packed up. The room was worth the value and stay but the policies and practices of management are nothing i have encountered before at any other hotel.

I like the hard floors (no carpet) and the rooms were clean and updated. Plenty of outlets. The outside needs updates but the pool was very nice and clean. I didn't like needing to walk on the outside of the hotel to get to the front desk. They dont permit guests to use the pass through door by the pool. They also track how many pool towels they give you by your room number. Which worries me they are going to charge me if they cant find one in my room when they clean it. The biggest issue we had was they deactivated our room keys in the morning so we always had to leaving someone in the room when we packed things up in the morning. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel was located within a few minutes of several restaurants and gas stations. Also not far from many attractions. The room was clean and very spacious, And the bed was very comfortable as well.

We arrived at the property after 6 pm and were told we had to wait so they could clean the floor. We wasted some time and came back 45 minutes later and the floor was still filthy with hair everywhere. I told the staff and they said they cleaned it but would do it again but they didn’t. The breakfast was non-existent so I would plan to pack plenty of food or go out to eat.

Free breakfast was just coffe/juice and prepackaged muffins and such. Room was fine for what i needed it for, a shower and a nap to get back on the road very early. Would not stay here multiple days.

Overall it was a good stay. Pool was great. In room 169, there was a dead cockroach and the toilet doesn’t flush unless you continue to hold down the handle. Even then, it’s slow to go down if it does. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is cereal, toast, bagels, and yogurt. To drink is coffee, orange juice and apple juice. There is Cracker Barrel and McDonalds across the street.

3stars. Room was adequate. Pillows were decent sized. Fine place to just sleep for the night. Breakfast was extremely limited. No protein whatsoever. Bread products, cereal & fruits. Coffee, juice. That’s it. 3 tables to sit at in a huge lobby with a ton of hotel rooms. People were standing at the breakfast counter eating because of the limited seating. Pool was open but we didn’t use it. It’s about 15 min from mammoth caves.

Staff was quiet but friendly . Room was clean and smelled good and perfect by the wonderful pool. The pool was a highlight for sure . Only small complaint was little mold in bathroom behind the door and the bathroom door did not shut , the door was bigger than the frame so you just had to hold it shut while using the facilities . Was hopeful for waffles for the kids but it was just cereal and bagels. But it did the job

First and foremost,the online picture is so deceiving. I entered the room and as always I check for bed bugs. Didn't see any but pulled the bedside tables out and numerous dead bugs behind there, The wallpaper or whatever it was it coming off the walls, dust and dirt on everything. It was terrible. I could not even sleep much for thinking about bugs. When I checked out I told the guy at the desk I would never be back there again and that the pictures were deceiving online. He just muttered something I didn't understand. Listen travelers if you like bugs and dirt and nastiness then go for it. I should be able to get a refund from this place and they should be shut down.

No coffee maker or blow dryer in the room. Watered down coffee for breakfast. No leniency whatsoever for early check-in, not even 15 minutes! Bathroom door warped, had to slam to shut. Could see daylight all around the outside door.
