The room was nice and clean. No elevator so you have to haul your luggage up if you want top floor. Breakfast was warm orange juice, packaged danish, banana, cold cereal with a gallon jug of milk, pancakes and microwave sandwiches.

My stay was convenient, facility was clean, at first I thought the washer and dryer available was a nice touch, but then a patron put bulky items in it and the noise was bothersome. Other patrons were loud as well, yet that is no fault of the establishment. Would stay again, but perhaps see if there is a room further away from the washer and dryer.

The property allows pets and charges extra but there was no relief area - just a small patch of grass that was actually a drainage ditch and no trash can for waste. There was a used wash cloth over the shower head which would seem to indicate the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned. It was hard to understand desk clerk with his accent and no receipt was furnished at check-out.

Stop at this hotel while traveling through, it’s very clean and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. It’s also easy on and off back to the interstate.

The location was strange, like in a small industrial area. There were at least half a dozen flies in the room, the floor was dirty, the bathroom layout was inconvenient, the AC was really loud every time it turned on and let the room get over hot before it would kick on. They hotel was short staffed so the rooms didn't get cleaned if you were there multiple nights (this didn't effect us, but was posted at the front counter). Because of the housekeeping shortage, trash cans and towels were left laying outside room doors overnight.

Check in host very nice. Found 5 dead bugs in room. Outdated hotel. Key cards wouldn’t open door, had to get help twice. Tv remote control wasn’t working.

DON'T EAT THE BREAKFAST and shower elsewhere. Bad breakfast with moldy egg biscuits. Limited selections. Bathroom was original to this motel, OLD with no update. The tub was cracked, filthy, moldy, unsafe. I wish I could share the photos. Why refurbish the room and not the bath????? Went without on this day. Good price, good location, good staff, recently updated.

Hotel was fine, our room was on the first floor by the entrance and was pretty loud. A/C filter needed changed, there was a wet dog smell in the room because of it.

Our room was clean. Checkin was fast and efficient. The only complaint we had was noise above us. There was constant running sounds most of the evening. We loved the concept of full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The body wash was broken off the shower wall but it still worked. I just don't want to be blamed for the breakage. The lotion bottle was either empty or broken.

I liked that the rooms had vinyl plank flooring. No icky carpet here. The lobby had cute spring decor. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The downside was the window in our room was cracked and didn’t fully shut to lock. It was on the first floor so that didn’t make me feel very secure. Luckily it was a small community but it was next to the freeway which made having the window broken more troubling.

Did not get the best service from the staff. They weren't horrible, but I did feel uncomfortable when the desk person came out and watched us unload our car, and they talked about how much money they were making off people trying to stay out of the bad weather. There were suprise fees. We asked for a late check-out, and any other place has always granted it when we have asked, but this one said no, even though we were one of the only guests that night. The room was not very clean. There was a used washcloth in the shower left from the previous guests, and the floor was sticky. Shower shoes are necessary. We will not be staying here again.

We booked two rooms for my daughter’s graduation. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The front my desk was always manned by friendly and helpful employees. Breakfast was what you would expect with fresh fruit and good coffee (and other options). Overall much better than I expected.

We had an employee stay at this hotel for one night on 10/29/24. The employee was asked to make a $50 deposit for the room in case of incidentals or damage which is fine however, when our employee asked to get his $50 returned the front desk man had to inspect the room. After inspection of the room the front desk told him he would not be getting his refund back due to the fact that he had slept in both beds. What??? This is so absurd and ridiculous. I have never in my life seen a hotel not give a deposit back because someone had slept in both beds. If you paid for a hotel room, you should be able to lay in both beds if you want to. Also, is this hotel not changing sheets on both beds if one is not used? That is disgusting as you really do not know what is done in a room. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The front desk staff is rude and ridiculous. Stay far away from this hotel at all costs.

The staff are very kind and helpful. I have stayed here twice so far and haven't been let down. The rooms are clean, no bugs or anything. Solid choice and will continue to stay here when driving through. Great service and the staff are fantastic!

Stop at this hotel while traveling through, it’s very clean and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. It’s also easy on and off back to the interstate.

Kind of remote area. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds. Nice big refrigerator. Bathroom around the tub was a little dirty. All in all, I would stay there again. Loved the murals on the walls in the rooms!

The room floor was dirty, the floor laminate pieces were not together. The bathroom tub was clogged, water took for a long time to go down the drain. Breakfast sandwiches had mold on them. Pancake maker was the best part of the trip.

We had a great stay. The hotel prices in Bloomington proper were too high. Le Roy is a little bit east. The breakfast was extra good for being "continental". Breakfast sandwiches were a nice bonus. Pancake maker, pastries, and all the normal selections. The receptionist was most helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice,the room was clean.they were under staffed. Biscuits that were in refrigerator were molded the first morning did not try them the scond day.

We booked two rooms for my daughter’s graduation. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The front my desk was always manned by friendly and helpful employees. Breakfast was what you would expect with fresh fruit and good coffee (and other options). Overall much better than I expected.

This facility is updated and the staff was over the top helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. I would chose this place over any other. It was clean and quiet even though it is right next to IH74. The breakfast was adequate and fresh.

DON'T EAT THE BREAKFAST and shower elsewhere. Bad breakfast with moldy egg biscuits. Limited selections. Bathroom was original to this motel, OLD with no update. The tub was cracked, filthy, moldy, unsafe. I wish I could share the photos. Why refurbish the room and not the bath????? Went without on this day. Good price, good location, good staff, recently updated.

I booked this hotel b/c is was a good stopping point on our way home from being up north. The Hotels website listed this property as good. Upon arrival, the outside of the building appeared run down. Check in was easy. We were told how to get to our room The outside door that enters to the first floor was supposed to be entered by hotel key, but we noticed the door did not fully lock, leaving it unsecured. Once in the room, the furniture was dusty, there were stains on the towels, dried food pieces on the floor and an overall musty smell. The cover to an outlet near the bed had fallen off and was on the floor. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower was stained and dirty. The breakfast was packaged foods and bad tasting coffee. I would have definitely left had I not been returning home d/t an illness and was overly fatigued d/t drive. No one should be expected to sleep in in a room like this and pay for it.
