We had a nice stay here 21/03 - 24/03/2025 it’s a solid 7/8 out of 10. We paid a very reasonable price, all the staff were really nice, beds were comfy and clean, pool restaurant/bar was great and it’s a short walk to a beach, restaurants and shops. The view from the rooms is also great, particularly levels 2-6, rooms 16-20 on each level. Things that let it down were: 1. Pool is a big with plenty of sun loungers, but it’s a bit rough a round the edges. Missing and faded tiles, black grout etc. They are making some effort, and appear to be in the middle of resurfacing the area around the pool. 2. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but let down by fixtures that could do with replacing. E.g. Taps caked in limescale, rust stain on the bath from old fixtures, but everything worked. Over all we had a nice stay here and it was ideal for our long weekend. I would recommend it to others just be mindful of the points above, but for the price you can look past these.

È una bellissima struttura su un promontorio , in un posto tranquillo e panoramico, lontano dalla confusione di Maspalomas ma cmq ben servito:con il a passeggiata raggiungi un piccolo centro dove ci sono minimarkets e ristoranti carini e abbastanza buoni. La zona piscina è molto bella, purtroppo l'accesso alla spiaggia è chiuso. L'appartamento anche se un po' datato, é comodo e spazioso, con un bel bagno con vasca ,doccia e doppio lavandino,la cucina dotata del necessario , un bel terrazzino panoramico. Ho trovato il rapporto qualità prezzo favorevole, lo consiglio anche per la posizione, vicina allo svincolo della superstrada se si vuole andare in giro per l'isola.

The apartment in itself was ok but did not have a ceiling fan in the living area and the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t very efficient. However, when we asked for a fan, it was immediately delivered to our room. The reception team was outstanding and made every effort to make things right: our shower wasn’t draining properly and the maintenance team sorted the problem very quickly. Although it looked inviting from afar, we did not use the pool as it had so many missing tiles and green ‘mildew’ on the water line. I understand that this is currently being addressed. The pool bar staff were very pleasant and friendly and the grounds around the area were well maintained. The cleaning team provided excellent service. The staff work very hard and must feel quite frustrated when they receive negative feedback about the general state of the hotel: it’s not their fault! The whole place needs a tremendous amount of money spent on it so that’s it lives up to its full potential, because it could be absolutely stunning!

Me parece muy tarde entrar alas 16:00 de la tarde, pagas ese dia pero no lo disfrutas porque ya alas 18:00 se hace de noche y no aprovechas la piscina…El apartamento estaba super bien, no le faltaba nada. El servicio 10/10 siempre atentos y muy amables. Algo que no me gustó mucho era que la piscina estaba helada, al igual que el jacuzzi estaba muy frio cuando lo normal es que esté caliente pero bueno, la zona del hotel es muy ventosa. En general perfecto.

Positiv: Zimmer sehr geräumig, sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit Palmen, großem Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche (Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, geräumiger Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, kleiner Geschirrspüler, geräumiges Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, zahlreiche deutsche Fernsehsender. Negativ: Lage neben einem Flugplatz für Privatflugzeuge, am Sonntag dort lautes Autorennen, große Terrrasse, aber nur mit billigen Plastikmöbeln, ein Sonnenschirm fehlte, Wohnung hat wohl mal unter Wasser gestanden, Türrahmen waren unten extrem aufgequollen, Renovierung wäre angebracht, Wohnzimmer spärlich möbliert und Sofa durchgesessen, als Schlafsofa unbrauchbar, 4 Stühle vorhanden aber sehr hart, es fehlten Kissen, dazu ein total speckiger Kunstledersessel (ekelig), Bad nur spärlich beleuchtet, Dusche im Halbdunklen und Schimmelstellen an den Dichtungen, besonders in der Dusche, alle Pools, sogar der Whirlpool (!) unbeheizt. Estan en obras todo alrededor de la piscina mitad de la piscina cerrada,zonas comunes alrededor de la piscina con escavadoras picos y eso no es estar tranquilos en vacaciones y cuando vas con niños no los puedes tener sujetos en una hamaca sin poder moverse porque hay obras

Das Hotel ist Terrassenförmig angelegt und hat einen wirklich schönen Poolbereich, sowie Meerblick, daher auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, nur der Strandabschnitt ist nicht so schön, man fährt allerdings nicht weit zum nächsten schönen Sandstrand, ca. 10 min, wen das nicht stört, top! Ist schon abseits der Partys und Cocktailbars von Playa del Inglés & Maspalomas, es fahren aber Busse bis in die Nacht hinein. Toll fand ich den Flugverkehr des kleinen Flugplatzes nebenan. Beste Sicht auf kleine Propellermaschinen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Ich hatte ohne Verpflegung gebucht, es gibt wundervolle Restaurants in Fußnähe.

Veldig fint og vedlikeholdt uteområde. De har spa tilbud med et bredt utvalg av massasje. Uteområde og ved bassenget er veldig pent og vedlikeholdt. Rommet er slitt, og harde senger. Men vi var mest ute, så det gikk helt greit. Vi fikk 6 etg på siden av bygget. Der hadde vil sol fra 11.30 til solen gikk ned, helt nydelig utsikt! Har man rom rett ut mot havet, så har man morgensol, men ingen ettermiddagssol. Det kan blåse en del, men hvis sola skinner, så gjør det ingenting. Vi hadde halv pensjon. Jeg anbefaler ikke dette. Maten er smakløs og lite utvalg. Spiseområde er heller ikke pent. De ansatte løper rundt og bråker og rydder. Det mangler bestikk og glass hele tiden. Hvis jeg skulle reist igjen, hadde jeg bestilt uten mat, og heller laget frokost på rommet og spist ute i Bahia Feliz. Det er 2 min gange og nydelige restauranter. Vi hadde ingen tilgang til stranden. Det var skuffende. Kanskje de åpner for det senere. Totalt veldig bra sted.

Det er noget af en overdrivelse at skrive det ligger tæt på stranden 😱 det ligger tæt på vandet ja men strand er der ikke noget af Morgen buffet er den kedeligste jeg har oplevet i mange år, samme alle dage, og ikke særlig lækkert hverken indhold eller præsentation Værelserne er meget slidte , væggene og gulvene er fyldte med sorte pletter altså beskidte 😱 Den nærliggende go kart bane og lille lufthavn larmer så meget at det ofte var umuligt at tale sammen på terrassen eller i pool området

Sängarna var nog det sämsta vi upplevt någonsin, helt bedrövligt. Iskallt vatten i poolen var en besvikelse, nästan ingen kunde bada där. Problem med att låsa rummet, bad att dom skull fixa det 3 gånger men problemet kvarstod, ibland var det låst och ibland inte när vi kom tillbaka till rummet. Städningen fungerade väldigt bra, och rummet/lägenheten var välutrustad. Underhållning på hotellet var helt obefintlig tyvärr, tråkigt.

Under halva vistelsen fick vi byta rum pga läckande tak. Regnvatten droppade ner till sovrummet från balkongen ovanför. Första rummet var slitet och dåligt städat. Rester av andras hår fanns lite överallt. Andra rummet var mycket finare och modernare men rester av andras hår fanns samt rester av läppstift i badrummet. En hel del myror i båda rummen. De flesta i personalen borde gå en charmkurs då 98% av personalen såg ganska sura ut. Enstaka var riktiga stjärnor. Fint poolområde även om vattnet var iskallt och god mat. Kul med aktiviteter på dagarna och kvällarna. Men inget hotell vi kommer återkomma till.
Under halva vistelsen fick vi byta rum pga läckande tak. Regnvatten droppade ner till sovrummet från balkongen ovanför. Första rummet var slitet och dåligt städat. Rester av andras hår fanns lite överallt. Andra rummet var mycket finare och modernare men rester av andras hår fanns samt rester av läppstift i badrummet. En hel del myror i båda rummen. The apartment in itself was ok but did not have a ceiling fan in the living area and the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t very efficient. However, when we asked for a fan, it was immediately delivered to our room. The reception team was outstanding and made every effort to make things right: our shower wasn’t draining properly and the maintenance team sorted the problem very quickly. Although it looked inviting from afar, we did not use the pool as it had so many missing tiles and green ‘mildew’ on the water line. I understand that this is currently being addressed. The pool bar staff were very pleasant and friendly and the grounds around the area were well maintained. The cleaning team provided excellent service. The staff work very hard and must feel quite frustrated when they receive negative feedback about the general state of the hotel: it’s not their fault! The whole place needs a tremendous amount of money spent on it so that’s it lives up to its full potential, because it could be absolutely stunning!

This hotel has amazing views with spacious one bedroom apartments and a large pool area. The apartments are very clean and have air con in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. The decor is dated. The kitchen is well equiped and even has a dishwasher! There was also and iron and ironing board and a walk in wardrobe. pool bar/restaurant is reasonably priced food. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Its located is a quiet area but there are several restaurants and shops within a 5/10 minute walk. It is about 10/15 mins on the bus to playa del ingles etc. I enjoyed my relaxing stay at this hotel it is the perfect base and I would return. Oh and yes the pool feels like there's ice cubes in it but thats the same with most canary island hotels.

Puerto Rico and Mogan beaches are about a 20-30 minute drive away, so you'll want a rental car. The property is gorgeous and very family-friendly. Det er noget af en overdrivelse at skrive det ligger tæt på stranden 😱 det ligger tæt på vandet ja men strand er der ikke noget af Morgen buffet er den kedeligste jeg har oplevet i mange år, samme alle dage, og ikke særlig lækkert hverken indhold eller præsentation Værelserne er meget slidte , væggene og gulvene er fyldte med sorte pletter altså beskidte 😱 Den nærliggende go kart bane og lille lufthavn larmer så meget at det ofte var umuligt at tale sammen på terrassen eller i pool området

È una bellissima struttura su un promontorio , in un posto tranquillo e panoramico, lontano dalla confusione di Maspalomas ma cmq ben servito:con il a passeggiata raggiungi un piccolo centro dove ci sono minimarkets e ristoranti carini e abbastanza buoni. La zona piscina è molto bella, purtroppo l'accesso alla spiaggia è chiuso. L'appartamento anche se un po' datato, é comodo e spazioso, con un bel bagno con vasca ,doccia e doppio lavandino,la cucina dotata del necessario , un bel terrazzino panoramico. È una bellissima struttura su un promontorio , in un posto tranquillo e panoramico, lontano dalla confusione di Maspalomas ma cmq ben servito:con il a passeggiata raggiungi un piccolo centro dove ci sono minimarkets e ristoranti carini e abbastanza buoni. La zona piscina è molto bella, purtroppo l'accesso alla spiaggia è chiuso. L'appartamento anche se un po' datato, é comodo e spazioso, con un bel bagno con vasca ,doccia e doppio lavandino,la cucina dotata del necessario , un bel terrazzino panoramico. This hotel has amazing views with spacious one bedroom apartments and a large pool area. The apartments are very clean and have air con in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. The decor is dated. The kitchen is well equiped and even has a dishwasher! There was also and iron and ironing board and a walk in wardrobe. pool bar/restaurant is reasonably priced food. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Its located is a quiet area but there are several restaurants and shops within a 5/10 minute walk. It is about 10/15 mins on the bus to playa del ingles etc. I enjoyed my relaxing stay at this hotel it is the perfect base and I would return. Oh and yes the pool feels like there's ice cubes in it but thats the same with most canary island hotels.

Das Hotel ist Terrassenförmig angelegt und hat einen wirklich schönen Poolbereich, sowie Meerblick, daher auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, nur der Strandabschnitt ist nicht so schön, man fährt allerdings nicht weit zum nächsten schönen Sandstrand, ca. 10 min, wen das nicht stört, top! Ist schon abseits der Partys und Cocktailbars von Playa del Inglés & Maspalomas, es fahren aber Busse bis in die Nacht hinein. Toll fand ich den Flugverkehr des kleinen Flugplatzes nebenan. Beste Sicht auf kleine Propellermaschinen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Ich hatte ohne Verpflegung gebucht, es gibt wundervolle Restaurants in Fußnähe.

Amazing and breathtaking views. This gem is tucked away in a small village that has everything within walking distance within 5 minutes. Puerto Rico and Mogan beaches are about a 20-30 minute drive away, so you'll want a rental car. The property is gorgeous and very family-friendly. However, the rooms are very dated, but it was perfect and offered all the amenities we were looking for on our vacation. The two-bedroom apartment was enough space for our family of five.

Det var helt okej men det skulle finnas lite mer information om hur man tar sig runt lättast på ön, tex så var det jätte smidigt att ta bussen till Maspalomas och Playa de Ingles men vi fick ta reda på sånt själva hur man lättast tog sig dit.

Det er noget af en overdrivelse at skrive det ligger tæt på stranden 😱 det ligger tæt på vandet ja men strand er der ikke noget af Morgen buffet er den kedeligste jeg har oplevet i mange år, samme alle dage, og ikke særlig lækkert hverken indhold eller præsentation Værelserne er meget slidte , væggene og gulvene er fyldte med sorte pletter altså beskidte 😱 Den nærliggende go kart bane og lille lufthavn larmer så meget at det ofte var umuligt at tale sammen på terrassen eller i pool området

Die Apartments sind teilweise abgewohnt - wir hatten leider ein altes Apartment. War aber ganz akzeptabel und sauber. Positiv waren wir von dem Essen überrascht - insbesondere das Abendbuffet hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Great stay and very enjoyable. Only used the restaurant once as all the food was cold. Saying that we enjoyed everything else and the place was lovely and the staff were fantastic and I would go back again.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything – from the décor to the cleanliness – was at the highest standard. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Me parece muy tarde entrar alas 16:00 de la tarde, pagas ese dia pero no lo disfrutas porque ya alas 18:00 se hace de noche y no aprovechas la piscina…El apartamento estaba super bien, no le faltaba nada. El servicio 10/10 siempre atentos y muy amables. Algo que no me gustó mucho era que la piscina estaba helada, al igual que el jacuzzi estaba muy frio cuando lo normal es que esté caliente pero bueno, la zona del hotel es muy ventosa. En general perfecto.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Need refurbished immediately and pay some attention to details! The view it s wow as long you stay second floor or up! The food it s not the worst but are more to be improved. Even the canteen area it s a very small one! Be aware at the dinner you don’t have any drinks included iff you choose half-board. Try to make sure they give you the closest rooms from the desk office! Iff not you will get lost inside hotel! It s a verry big one and sometimes looks like a maze. Overall it s a 3 star hotel with a nice view and nothing else.

Veldig fint og vedlikeholdt uteområde. De har spa tilbud med et bredt utvalg av massasje. Uteområde og ved bassenget er veldig pent og vedlikeholdt. Rommet er slitt, og harde senger. Men vi var mest ute, så det gikk helt greit. Vi fikk 6 etg på siden av bygget. Der hadde vil sol fra 11.30 til solen gikk ned, helt nydelig utsikt! Har man rom rett ut mot havet, så har man morgensol, men ingen ettermiddagssol. Det kan blåse en del, men hvis sola skinner, så gjør det ingenting. Vi hadde halv pensjon. Jeg anbefaler ikke dette. Maten er smakløs og lite utvalg. Spiseområde er heller ikke pent. De ansatte løper rundt og bråker og rydder. Det mangler bestikk og glass hele tiden. Hvis jeg skulle reist igjen, hadde jeg bestilt uten mat, og heller laget frokost på rommet og spist ute i Bahia Feliz. Det er 2 min gange og nydelige restauranter. Vi hadde ingen tilgang til stranden. Det var skuffende. Kanskje de åpner for det senere. Totalt veldig bra sted.

Hotel ,staff and amenities was ok.A lot of tlc needed all around. Food was low quality. No fruits or variety. But nice stay. Beware of steep hill walk upwards if you plan on going in and out. They have a nice overpriced shop downstairs.

Staff was very friendly but the restaurant seemed to be struggling with refilling the food. The location is amazing with great views of aea and rhe swimming pool is very good. The apartment is very big and spacious. All the necessary amenities are there in the apartment.
