Hanedan Konak Hotel

Absolutely amazing. Lovely host and his wife. It’s an old building almost everything is wooden, I’ve had a wonderful sleep. Just a few feet away from the old streets/bazaar. From the time I arrived, to the time I left both husband and wife made me feel special and took care of everything. Oh and the lady makes delicious cookies and sauces! Only stayed less than a day but the impression is ever lasting. Beautiful place and people. Throughout my ten days in Turkey (I frequently travel to Turkey from Uk - and explore places) this was the best day/night spent. Perfect for couples, although I was solo and still felt magical. Safranbolu itself has become one of my favorites - there is something magical about this town.

This hotel is a true gem. It is run by the kindest and most caring couple. We stayed in 14 hotels in 15 days across Türkiye, this was the absolute BEST. They pay attention to every small detail to make sure your stay is perfect and authentic. Beautiful people in a beautiful setting. The rooms are comfortable and clean with lots personal details and handmade surprises. The Turkish breakfast was outstanding and included homemade jams and other specialties. I highly recommended this sweet hotel and would happily return there myself. This place is a true gem.

Very charming hotel in the middle of the small town of Safranbolu. Family owned property with very welcoming people and wondeful breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and nice. I highly recommend this hotel.
