Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indianapolis W - Airport Area by IHG

Sehr sauberes und (abgesehen vom Lärm des angrenzenden Highways) ruhiges Hotel mit gut ausgestattetem, modernem Zimmer (den großen Kühlschrank und die Mikrowelle fand ich echt nützlich). Viele Parkplätze vorm Hotel und die Verkehrsanbindung für Mietwagennutzung top. Obacht bei den teilweise sehr schlechten Straßen bei der Zufahrt!

Everything was broken, even the communication. We paid for a hotel with pool, elevator, cable and hot breakfast, all of them we closed, broken and not working properly. The staff did not tell us at check in the pool we wanted to use or the elevator to our 3rd floor did not work. Cable and wifi were spotty. Breakfast ovens broke down, did they tell us or provide an alternative, nope. This is 2 IHG hotels we stayed at that were run down and poorly managed. We will ovoid this brand in the future. We were also put on the end of the hotel right by the interstate. It was very noisy.

Pool was down all weekend! The elevators were down all weekend! Breakfast was good!

This hotel's pool/spa and elevators were in NON-WORKING condition. I was told because I booked through a third party I wasn't made aware of it until the time of check-in. WE DID NOT stay here. In my opinion, they should have notified every single person with reservations about the amenties that were not available. I had 4 grandkids with me, they would not have been happy with no pool and I would not have been happy lugging our stuff up 2-3 flights of stairs. DO better and inform your guests of changes in amenities.

Fasciities were clean, breakfast was good (pancake machine was broken, but the fresh Cinnamon rolls made up for it). Elevator was broken so we hiked up 3 floors of stairs. Would be an issue if you're physically challenged. But otherwise, a comfortable room and good sleep
