We have stayed in these apartments several times. The location is great a short walk to the ferry gets you a fabulous sail across the harbour under the bridge past opera house to circular quay. Lots of good dining options and shops nearby and garage parking is included. Apartments are spacious just a little in need of a freshen up - make sure you book a wonderful harbour view.

Having free underground parking was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

The management office is off site and it is difficult to communicate outside of office hours. If you check in after 11:00pm there is a $50 charge. While the apartment was clean it needed updating. The carpet was badly stained and a strong Arm and Hammer/Shake and Vac type chemical had been used to attempt cleaning - the smell was so strong I asked to move to another unit but none was available. The best thing about the Milson is free parking in their basement garage and the unit had a washer and dryer.

Apartment was spacious with gorgeous views and great location with restaurants and train station within walking distance. Communication was excellent. Easy parking in the basement. Note that the designated parking spot is on a slight incline, but I was able to park my 4WD (with a roof rack) with some clearance above. No toiletries provided so bring your own or you can buy some at the convenience store (2 mins walk) and there is no housekeeping. Overall, a decent apartment.

We loved staying in our apartment with a view of Lavender Bay. So much room and very close to the ferry and Luna Park. Great to stay with kids. Loved the indoor pool. Will definitely stay again.

Bedding was stained through two layers in the exact same place. Really concerned it hadn’t been changed from previous guest. When replacement bedding was supplied upon request it was just dumped inside the door and the soiled bedding was left on the bed. Fridge was dirty and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom.

Great location, shower needs some attention, we had issues with the thermostat and the shower head needed cleaned (legionella risk). Only one toilet roll! But we would stay again!

Our stay was quite pleasant on the 11th floor, single bedroom with lounge sofa setup. Lots of space and couches were comfortable, bed was too. The kitchen was a little small and the cleanliness wasn't good but wasn't horrible either.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Plenty of cupboard space and a good amount of room with a terrific balcony. The only negatives were that the toilet seat was broken when we arrived and even after reporting it no repair was made during our stay and the balcony floor was very dirty on arrival (obviously hadn't been cleaned).

Fantastic view on the bay, spacious and luminous flat, good climate control system, excellent location with choice of transport. Interior bit “aged” though especially bathroom and kitchen area. The washing machine leaked. Also there was no hairdryer or iron provided or bin bags, which is very unusual in a serviced apartment . Would still go back there if there was an opportunity

Excellent view and location. Easy access to a train station, nearby groceries, and various attractions within walkable distance. Communication has been constant and easy, with the staff being extremely helpful when we needed assistance. We could not be happier with the service and room we received!

Close to the train and water ferry with good views of the harbour bridge. The apartment was clean and check in/out was relatively seamless

We have stayed in these apartments several times. The location is great a short walk to the ferry gets you a fabulous sail across the harbour under the bridge past opera house to circular quay. Lots of good dining options and shops nearby and garage parking is included. Apartments are spacious just a little in need of a freshen up - make sure you book a wonderful harbour view.

With easy access to ferries and trains and the harbour bridge, great cafés within walking distance, supermarkets nearby, a very comfortable bed, a lovely balcony, and an amazing view, it ticks all the boxes. Despite being so central, it’s wonderfully quiet. Luna Park is right below, so if you don’t enjoy the sound of laughter and screaming, this may not be the place for you—but we personally didn’t mind it at all. The apartment was very clean, although the carpet and walls could use a little TLC, with a few stains and scuff marks noticeable. That said, it didn’t detract from our stay. Having free underground parking was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Best location!! This apartment is in a great spot! We were only there 2 nights. We could walk to a little market and liquor store. There is also a cute coffee shop right outside. The ferry is close. The couch was super uncomfy (we spent most of our time exploring so this wasn't a huge problem) and the carpets have seen better days. But overall for location and convenience it was a great choice for us.

Fantastic view of the harbour west of the Bridge, nice big windows, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice living area. Handy to ferries and walk across the Bridge if to like, nice local eateries nearby.

We stayed at Milson Serviced Apartments for five nights at the end of July 2026. Very convenient for travelling into the centre. Transport links were great with the train station just steps away or very pleasant short ferry trip. At the time of our stay, major building works were taking place at the building which meant we had no access to the terraced balcony area. Scaffolding covered by netting meant our harbour views were affected. But we were informed in advance and offered a substantial discount which we accepted. Communication from the property itself was excellent - however Hotels.com communication has been very difficult. Still awaiting confirmation from Hotels.com about our refund.

The location here can’t be beat - it’s a very short walk to the harbour, Milsons Point Station, Milsons Point Ferry wharf, pedestrian access to the bridge, Luna Park and North Sydney pool. 5 minutes walk are the fabulous cafes and restaurants of Kirribilli. There’s 2 grocery stores within a block, and the best coffee right outside the door. There’s also very easy to access free parking on site. The apartment has a tiny, but well equipped small kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and pots and pans etc. The bathroom is very dated and quite narrow, but clean with a separate shower and bath. There was plenty of closet space to hang clothes, or put them in cupboards, with an iron and ironing board. The lounge room is a very good size and wifi was easy to access and reasonably fast. However the TV only had Foxtel satellite (but it did allow casting from devices). The two major negatives for us were: 1. Construction activity which was very loud from about 8.30am, but ended around 4pm and didn’t happen on weekends. This should be finished in a few months time, and they are completely upfront about this in the bookings. Outside of this we heard no noise - the room was very quiet with no outside or traffic noise apparent. 2. The bed! The mattress was old and badly in need of replacement. If the mattress is replaced we would definitely stay here again.
