Super 8 by Wyndham Mt. Carmel IL

We had my daughter’s shitzu pup that I was babysitting for an hour ! Staff seen her and went crazy! We even volunteered to pay a fee for the hour we were keeping her! Owner was so rude we just left and didn’t even stay the night!!!

The cleaning "fragrance" was overwhelming throughout the property - made me wonder "what are they covering up?" Toilet kept backing up, first time it flooded the bathroom, second time overflowed some - would have been nice to have offered me a different room. To their credit, the responded quickly to the issue but it was still not "working right" - gurggled and fingers were crossed everytime I flushed.

Manager and staff were extremely friendly, check-in was fast, the room was spotless, climate control functioned exactly as it should, and my husband and I were very comfortable in the bed. We recommend this Super 8!
