Staying at this location is underwhelming. My room allegedly was configured to be handicap accessible (hard surface floor and accessible bathroom) but was on the second floor. This location does not have an elevator for someone with that need to access that room. Stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in over a week. Breakfast was underwhelming. "Waffles" looked like they were refrigerated Eggo waffles.

The already clean room upon arrival was not ready. The clean room i received was not much better. Sheets were dirty. "Gym" is a joke. The breakfast was terrible. I didn't expect much but .... i also don't think they have tv service because i couldn't change the channel.

The breakfast was only yogurt, dry cereal and plain donuts. Wasn’t restocked much. The fitness room didn’t appear to be available. I went to the desk 3 times on a Saturday and tried to call them but wasn’t able to reach them.

Bathroom in the room was still dirty with old hair and stuff stuck to the bottom. A few stains on the sheets. Overall not a bad place when you need a bed and shower for a few days. But I feel like I overpaid for what I received.

Room was not clean. Stains on the bed, hairs on the bed, as if the bedding wasn’t cleaned at all from the previous stayer. Streaks in the toilet. Floor was sticky. Something spilled next to the bed and it was not cleaned, just wiped up, sticky with hairs stuck in it. I didn’t end up staying.

The first room we got the bed was dirty and the door wouldn’t shut properly. Luckily the person at the desk put us in a new room. Better room overall. Again the bed had a stain on it again and both rooms had a very unpleasant smell.

This stay was horrible, got to my room and the door was open. I stay for a single night, upon leaving I untuck covers from the side I didn’t sleep on only to discover what looks like a blood stain on the duvet. One of the towels was dirty or possible stained. I mentioned it to check out and he said we will look into it.

Clean, basic, needs updating. First impression is not positive, small lobby. Hall carpet needs replaced. Very basic, utilitarian type room. Okay for a quick sleep on our way to Michigan. Not a lot of offerings for breakfast, but did have good coffee.

Room seemed clean enough. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The sink was in the main room and there was no counter space. There was no place to hang a towel while in the shower. The only place to set it was on the toilet….ewwww! Really need to add towel bars to the bathroom. It advertises a hair dryer, but better bring your own. This one was stashed under the sink, not hanging on the wall like all other motels. After you plug it in there’s no place to set it, so it hangs in front of the sink. Then it has only one speed…low. Also, there was no clock in the room. Would be nice to be able to see the time without having to check the phone.

The room looked remodeled - Beds were really comfortable - Bathroom really nice shower/bathtub looked brand new but no treads so you can fall easily no matter your age and no towel racks or bars in the bathroom/shower. -Sink outside bathroom weird. -Hairdryer is not mounted under the sink -Coffee packets but no coffeemaker -Door catches doesn't close all the way have to really pull it. - Sign on front door saying no vacancy that's ok I had a reservation but I walk in no pleasantries of hi, hello just can I see your driver's license -The lady that checked me in didn't tall me about the free breakfast and where it is or times!! I got this hotel because a lil closer and free breakfast but never got told the times so missed out. - Had to drive around the back to park and the back door has not enough room to try to use your key and open with all your belongings. -Back door is just one BIG step not 2-3 at least -Railing at backdoor going upstairs is not SECURE it is falling off with any weight on it

Room was okay. TV was decent sized for a hotel - so that was a nice perk. Sink was small. Bathroom was...small. Bed was comfortable enough. The floor is vinyl or something similar - so seems cold. The parking lot lights were pretty bright. But the room blackout blinds do work. Overall, a decent value. 1 complaint. No protein options at breakfast.

My room didn’t have heat so I told the front desk. She called the manager to fix it. He came to the room and told her to give me my money back and that I had to leave. He was mad. I don’t know why. I was very polite about the whole thing

I reserved this hotel in advance 2 rooms and they were pay at property. When I got to the front seat to check in the lady has told me that it was already paid for. However on my Expedia account it still said pay at property so somehow the hotel charged my card I had on file. And when I explained to her that she can not do that when It is pay at property she told me there was nothing she could do and the manager said the same thing in the morning when I spoke with them. My brother-in-law was actually supposed to pay for one of the rooms on his card and so the told me well he will just have to give you the money back then. So my thing is that they don't understand that they can’t just charger someone’s card without proper authorization. They did not understand this I couldn’t get it through to them I understood my brother in law was going to have to pay us back that was already being sorted out. But they can’t just charge people when they feel like it. It was bull the whole situation I wasn’t planning on using that card for the hotel but I guess whatever we will just never stay there again. Also didn’t help that breakfast there wasn’t kid friendly cereal or different options for them other than a waffle. Then the bedding had stains on it both beds. Shower presser sucked.

Was told that the internet was down so we were not allowed to check in. Told maybe we could try in four hours. We offered to pay in cash but still couldn’t get our room that was booked through Expedia. We had to find another hotel and we were charged for the night being told it was none refundable.

Very nice property that appeared to be well-maintained. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the linen was fresh. The area around the hotel is great with plenty of dining and shopping.

Quick easy off the freeway, quick check in, lots of area to walk the dog. A great Mexican restaurant next door, o always eat dinner there. A Casey’s fuel stop across the street and I-35 1/4 mile away.

I was in town to see family at my niece's birthday party. nice that it is close to an interstate exit and plenty of food outlets nearby including KFC, as well as some convenience stores.

Theres was a red crusty stain on the bed spread. I just pushed it yo the side so the bed spread wouldnt touch me. The carpet on the stairs lookef like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. The breakfast wad a total joke. 2 choices of cearal and s gallon of milk. Come on???

Staying at this location is underwhelming. My room allegedly was configured to be handicap accessible (hard surface floor and accessible bathroom) but was on the second floor. This location does not have an elevator for someone with that need to access that room. Stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in over a week. Breakfast was underwhelming. "Waffles" looked like they were refrigerated Eggo waffles.

The already clean room upon arrival was not ready. The clean room i received was not much better. Sheets were dirty. "Gym" is a joke. The breakfast was terrible. I didn't expect much but .... i also don't think they have tv service because i couldn't change the channel.

Room was okay. TV was decent sized for a hotel - so that was a nice perk. Sink was small. Bathroom was...small. Bed was comfortable enough. The floor is vinyl or something similar - so seems cold. The parking lot lights were pretty bright. But the room blackout blinds do work. Overall, a decent value. 1 complaint. No protein options at breakfast.

The breakfast was only yogurt, dry cereal and plain donuts. Wasn’t restocked much. The fitness room didn’t appear to be available. I went to the desk 3 times on a Saturday and tried to call them but wasn’t able to reach them.

The ceiling in the bathroom had large breaks where you could see into the exhaust fan. The sink and vanity was a tiny space. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The hallways were lined with strips of carpet as the baseboard. The breakfast consisted of slices of bread you could toast, granola bars, and frozen waffles.

For the value it’s a good bargain. Would have liked more than 2 towels and would have been nice if there were some real breakfast items instead of store bought cold items or high sugar processed foods.

Our room was dirty, the bathtub looked like there was rust, there looked to be mold over our bed, the workout room and the ice machine was out. At first, they did not want to give us an extra towel even though we only had three for four people, but then they did. I asked for an extra pillow and that came with hesitation as well. The breakfast consisted of cereal, one thing of yogurt, two aged bananas, and a few frozen lego waffles. Not work the $110.00 it cost for us to stay here. I have some pictures if needed.

Upon entering the room the air was moist, we thought nothing of it at first. then the bed sheets were still damp and my employee's book pages started to curl not sure why it was like this, defiantly putting this on the list of hotels we will not be staying at again.

They overbooked our room despite making a reservations weeks in advance. They turned us away at check-in and it was a very busy night in the town so we were unable to find anything else in 30+ miles. The staff did not assist in any way. Also, there were bars in front of the check-in desk which should tell you what kind of place this is...
