Super 8 by Wyndham Smithfield-Selma

Je suis arrivé tard, il y avait quelqu'un à la réception. J'ai pu récupérer ma chambre facilement. Dans la chambre, tout était correct. Tu es propre pour une nuit. C'est largement suffisant et au petit déjeuner le réceptionniste était juste adorable. D'ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner est plutôt bien fourni par rapport à d'autres motels

Hall carpet was terrible, room bath terrible, patching poor, paint didn’t match

Great staff, clean rooms and things to do close by.

Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. When I got to my room, it was blocked open and looked like someone had snuck in to take a shower because towels were used/missing. I was way to tired to deal with it, so I just let it slide. Ragged linens need to be replaced and hall carpet in serious need of vacuuming/shampooing. People loitering around entrance. Breakfast was decent.

Was very disappointed. The entrance and the breakfast area were quite dirty, which is unacceptable. There was a very unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. Additionally, there were children playing behind the front desk/service area during check-in, which felt very unprofessional. I hope management takes steps to improve the cleaning and staff organization.
