Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable, updated and worked great for our family w/ teenagers. Views were wonderful, you really felt like you were in the mountains. Fireplace and living room felt cozy. Easily walkable to Sun Valley Shops and pool. Konditorei became our new fav place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best thing about this condo is the location. Three minute walk to the music festival venue and Sun Valley resort and shops. The on-site swimming pool is large and outstanding. Several minor things needed attention. Third floor is quiet. No elevator. No air conditioning. It was a little smaller than I was expecting. Also, there IS a very nice hot tub next to the pool AND a Bluetooth WIFI speaker, both of which were not listed with the other amenities.

Based on the price, I thought the accommodations were just fair. Kitchen supplies were mediocre at best. Hardly any pots and pans, few lids. Beds were uncomfortable, bad cheap mattresses. The kitchen sink kept clogging . However, location is premier and the grounds are stunning.
