Property is being remodeled. Think… Old facility, new paint & carpet kind of remodel. We stayed three nights. It was one of the least expensive options around. Room feels pretty clean. Breakfast has several options (eggs, sausage, biscuits, make your own waffles, mini muffins, bagels & toast, yogurt, apples, bananas, oatmeal packets and cold cereal). Staff is very friendly. Plenty of parking. Many restaurants around (Longhorn Steakhouse next door). If it was cheap enough I’d stay again.

The room smelled terribly of smoke. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. I went down to let the front desk know and he basically said “sorry I am booked so I cannot switch you.” I had to ask him for an ozone machine because he wasn’t offering. He told me they only had one and it was in a room very close to ours. I asked if they needed it all night and he finally called and was able to get the machine for us to use. It did help, but I noticed when we went to breakfast the next morning and came back it smelled terribly of smoke again.

Had a decent stay here, nice and quiet. Not a fan of the breakfast, ended up going out for eats. Had an unusual odor in room and hall. Had the fan on continuous overnight, and I think the odor came from the AC unit. Hall odor, not so sure.

Blood stains on curtains and chair very obsiously noted. Beds and bathroom were clean. Only stayed for 1 night and left early due to an emergency so I did not alert staff during visit. Facilities were average.

Picked this hotel for an overnight going to Orlando. It was convenient but there was not enough attention to cleaning and the breakfast was not the best; even when compared to similar hotels. Beds were very good though.

The hotel itself was nice. Front desk was not that friendly. My stay in the room was terrible. Didn’t get any sleep due to the fact that someone upstairs was running and jumping in their room.. bumping the walls all night long. I called to complain about it, but nothing was done to fix the problem. I will never stay at this location again.

This was a good surprise stay during my road trip. The hotel room is clean, spacious enough and include the necessary amenities: Fridge, microwave, a good A/C and a TV with a wide variety of channels. The only downside at this location is the slow Internet. . What made the difference here though was the service provided by the young man at the check-in. I told him about the noisy stay I had in Atlanta the night before and he provided me with a room not only at the top floor (no upstairs neighbors!) but also located at the very end of the building, so I had only one side neighbor that was either a very quiet person or wasn’t even there. . I've had a perfect and quiet night and was able to resume my trip feeling rested. Four starts to the hotel and 5 stars to the customer service!

The only reasons I rated 4 stars on some categories are as follows. My room faced extremely bright lights in the parking lot and I only had one translucent shade to draw down. I've traveled to Alabama 8 times in 3 years, so have stayed at various hotels, so I can confidently say I sank into the bed in an uncomfortable way. I also didn't like there was not at least one bar of soap (for handwashing), but, luckily, I travel with my own. With all of that said, I would actually stay again. For the brand and price, the room and facility were very decent, the staff was pleasant, and this hotel is central to EVERYTHING. If you're thinking of booking, don't hesitate to stay. Side note: Coming from someone picky, Prattville is an upscale area.

Stopped for the night on the way home. Was put in a room next to a very noisy ice machine, there was a dirty rag in the elevator and there was a dog barking at 4am even though there were signs for no pets. No bugs though!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was great. I left my watch behind by accident, and they shipped it back to me, which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this place.

The room advertised to sleep 5 people most certainly could not. We left a day early and stayed elsewhere, though they didn't care because it was 3 pm before we found another room so they didn't have to refund anything. Service was awful. You'd think the towels were coming from the desk agent's personal linen closet with the attitude over having to walk 12 feet to get us more towels while on her phone. Just oddly rude.

Front desk personal seemed distracted with personal phone calls. Breakfast meats and biscuits ran out and no one was there to service the food. Told front desk person and he was surprised. He put on plastic gloves and headed to the breakfast area. He went in a back room, put sausages in the microwave. got out biscuits and then brought them out to refill the serving line. Sausage was still refrigerator cold in the middle and another customer complained to a new attendant who seemed to just arrive to work.

Buyer beware. You get what you pay for! Booked this hotel based on reviews. I just needed a one night stay to continue my travels for summer vacation destination. Arrived after a late night of traveling. Had to check in standing in doorway sliding my identification and credit card through a metal slot. Then upon receiving my hotel key through the same slot, the main entrance isn’t accessible to guests. Staff safely is the main concern - not guest safety. Had to go all the way to the back of the building to enter the hotel with my guest key. Sure made me feel like I booked a hotel in a very unsafe area of town! Couldn’t get out of here fast enough. Hotel needs updates. See pictures for the repairs that have been made to let you know about the overall quality. You can literally see light coming from the hallway through the hole between the door & door frame. Do NOT recommend this place at all! Pay a few extra bucks and stay someplace better.

Our stay was just one night. Bed was comfy, and rom was clean. The breakfast was good. This place is a god value for the price The night clerk went out of his way to get my husband a glass of milk from the kitchen when he found out his blood sugar was low. Would stay again.

Rooms and Beds were just right. Breakfast was very disappointing. Eggs little round pancake style not fresh. Cold. Sausage links hard - cold and not fresh. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Two days old at the best. Only choices were waffle or cereal. Coffee very black but fresh. Other than breakfast everything else was great. 5/1/23.

Everything was good. Breakfast though was the same every morning: sausage, biscuit, egg “patty”, the oatmeal was not premade. The biscuits were hard and dry. The egg “patty” was tasteless and looked rubbery. Although it’s all included so guess you can’t complain too much.

Overall a good place to stay. Renovated but nothing fancy which was fine with us. Room was plenty big with comfy beds and very quiet considering it was sold out the night we were there. Only complaint if you can call it that is the breakfast wasn’t overly that great. Not a lot of options but definitely not the worst I’ve had but could use some work. Otherwise close to the interstate and to a ton of food options. Quiet, clean and convenient.

It was an average hotel. Breakfast was VERY limited. They ran out of syrup by 7am and had none on property. Folks were still making waffles not knowing there would be no syrup. A little sign would have probably helped as there was disappointment.

Front desk personal seemed distracted with personal phone calls. Breakfast meats and biscuits ran out and no one was there to service the food. Told front desk person and he was surprised. He put on plastic gloves and headed to the breakfast area. He went in a back room, put sausages in the microwave. got out biscuits and then brought them out to refill the serving line. Sausage was still refrigerator cold in the middle and another customer complained to a new attendant who seemed to just arrive to work.

Beds were the best part. They were so so comfy. Firm but not hard. The breakfast was lacking. Went to breakfast 10 minutes after it began and only 3 eggs , 1 sausage left. Waffle batter was also almost empty. Bed 10 cleanliness 10 breakfast 2

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as Holiday inn offers but it was enough to slightly fill you up.

Basic budget hotel that met my needs. A/C was cold, water was hot. Nothing fancy. Rooms were clean-ish, but could use maintenance that comes with older properties. Front desk staff - both at night and in the morning - were very kind and helpful. Free breakfast offered a large variety, including waffles that you make yourself. I did get a bagel, and it was stale…so I didn’t get anything else. Parking is free and close. There were so many shopping and restaurants near by, so you can find something for everyone. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but I appreciate this hotel for meeting my needs.
