Rooms were comfy and spotless. No food at hotel so had to walk to neighbouring pub. Staff ok.

Stayed the night while visiting friends for a birthday party. Lovely service from friendly people (they even helped me wrap up a birthday present for me! Room was convienient and clean. Sadly no food service available at the weekends, however a lovely pub \ resturant next door. My only pain point was having to pay for parking which I beleive was £8, seemed a little cheaky to me.

Check in staff were amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. As was bar staff when we enjoyed a drink that evening. Room was OK, has cleaely been renovated however shower was lacking power. Bed was very hard, almost solid and meant we got very little sleep. However breakfast was where it really let itself down. We arrived at 8:30 and it was meant to run to 10 (or possibly even later as it was a weekend) but already there were no pastries left, only a little white bread (no other options) and empty plates in the continental section. We were advised we would order (rather than being a buffet style), however we were then forgotten about and had to flag someone down to take our order. Options on the menu were limited, we ordered a full english with no tomatoes, and then belgian waffles which were supposed to be served with natural yoghurt and berries. When it finally arrived the cooked breakfast was missing items but had the tomatoes which we'd specifically requested be removed, and the waffles were three mini waffles served dry with none of the toppings, meaning I had to take this from the continental section in a bowl and take back to my table. At this point we just wanted to leave so finished our meals and were waiting to pay, however staff at this point were too busy cleaning tables and I again had to find someone to help me. They took me to reception, again the reception staff were cery helpful. We would suggest people eat breakfast at the pub next door instead.

No hot water for the duration of my stay. The staff didn’t seem to care or even apologise. The full English breakfast and coffee were the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The room was ok but basic. The corridor to the rooms was very dark with low ceilings, it felt well worn and low quality. Parking is an extra charge which was a bit of a surprise for the location.

Only the friendliness of the staff made this place ok. RIDICULOUS parking charges to stay on an industrial estate. Breakfast included but very poor.

The photos make the property look quite modern and nice. However, the bathrooms are dirty and the corridor is dimly lit and you can hear people in the other rooms. Didn’t feel very safe.

Friendly staff. Nice modern room although smelt of damp. Hallway to rooms was very dark so not very pleasant. It didn’t have the hotel feel I normally get when I visit other hotel chains, it didn’t have an instant welcoming feel.

Arrived and checked into room ok. Appeared quite clean when first arrived. Then I noticed it was less clean. The glasses were dirty, the desk chair was dirty, I went to brush my teeth, used the folded hand towel, I opened up the hand towel fully to find it had what looked like dried up sick on it. Not sure if it had been washed and hadn’t come out or if it had been left from the last guests. We won’t be staying again

Could improve on cleaning - there were cobwebs and dust in areas. Not bad for the price. Rooms have been refurnished.

There seems to be NO response from the management about the thin matress on whiich many clients have expressed disappointing sleeps. I had a bad night turning and turning till morning. The matress is so thin that essentially i slept on the bed without the matress. Horrible

My room was next hallway door which banged everytime someone through it whether it was 2am or 2pm Everything else was great

Arried about 5pm, relaxed viped on arrival. Was greeted by a lovely chinese lady. Check in was short and sweet, she explained everything we needed to know.

I would never stay here again. I am writing this review more than a month after my stay - I wasn't going to leave a review originally but I still feel disappointed over my experience. We arrived to check in and were told that there was a technological fault meaning that nobody could be checked into their room. This wasn't the staff's fault of course, I understand that. We had a party to go to and called hours later only to find out the check in system hadn't started working again until after 8pm! Again, not the hotel staff's fault. The issue was we were not once offered an apology. I requested a late check out (when we finally checked in at 1am), which we were given thankfully, but given with hesitation. We were told it was up to the reception desk staff in the morning...Nobody was even at the reception desk for hours in the morning! I didn't see them there once, no bell to ring. A simple sorry would have been the bare minimum for this situation. It caused us a lot of hassle, including not being able to shower before the party in a room we had paid for and ending up bothering our friends as we had to show up to their house early. I can't fault the waitress at breakfast, she was lovely and attentive. The breakfast was just okay, some things were missing off the plate and the selection wasn't great. I thought the room was very spacious and modern (although not the cleanest in some parts). It's a shame as it is a nice hotel but the service is lacking!

Great place for a stop over

Should be good when renovations complete, this is a former PI site, the new style Ibis looks really good, unfortunately its right on the edge of the M62 and the Haribo factory so not the most pleasant location but it is what it is.

Most room are recently been refurbished ideal location the only niggle it takes ages to get a invoice as IT equipment is below parr

This hotel was really good for the money i would use it again when in the area

We had a nice warm welcome on arrival . Breakfast was pretty good served by a well mannered woman and it was freshly cooked . The room was clean bed was comfortable shower was powerful and hot. The only downside and this is not the ibis it’s the pub that’s in front Prince William it was pretty poor.

Staff all friendly, food was Ok, room was nice. Not sure on the overall black theme going on as came across very dark especially the black light switches making it difficult to find them in the dark. Overall though, happy to use again.

They guys here were all super friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with how kind everyone was. The chef went out of his way to cater for my plant based diet, and could not have been more accommodating. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel; nothing was too much trouble.
