Ibis Mohammedia

Our stay was okay, the warm welcoming by the front desk lady was amazing, the guy at the door help us with everything luggage, parking, directions to places we want to visit etc... But the biggest problem was in the room the ac doesn't cool enough, was very hot outside so we need to have the room cold and when we cameback to the room was very warm, we call to the front desk and she sent us the maintenance person he said was nothing wrong with the ac equipment..but that it will be the colder that we can get at the hotel. It is set up like that. So why they advertise air conditioning in room when the feeling is a fan air... Bad experience... I don't think we ever will comeback to this hotel..

Disappointed. Public areas are nice and bright, but bedroom in need of complete renovation. Air conditioning in room didn’t work and despite it being January it was unbearably hot in the night. Description says that there is a pool that guests have access to, but reception staff didn’t know what I was talking about. Staff were nice, but not overly helpful.

J’ai dû attendre 1h20 la préparation de ma chambre au bar de l’hôtel, en réglant moi-même mes consommations (aucun geste commercial, même un café, n’a été proposé pendant l’attente). La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : traces visibles sur les murs laissées par d’anciens clients, douche insuffisamment propre, et les serviettes n’étaient pas systématiquement remplacées chaque jour. À cela s’ajoute un problème de télévision lié à une défaillance de l’antenne. En résumé, je préférerais que l’hôtel augmente légèrement le prix des chambres afin d’améliorer la qualité globale du service proposé.

The staff of the Ibis Mohammedia hotel are excellent. I appreciate their prompt service and willingness to accommodate my family. Are standard room was okay. It resembled a dorm room. The furniture is okay. I would like two chairs instead of one, and a hot water kettle. The woman who cleaned the room was excellent. I truly appreciate her work. The bathroom shower did have mold however, and I think this is an issue with the management more than the housekeeping. We never ate at the restaurant. At night they convert a portion of the room into a nightclub, but the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. The area around the hotel has a Marjane across the street, so we generally had breakfast in our room. Also, there plenty of good options within walking distance.

Property need to focus on more cleaning, carpet on all floors has stains. Shower & bathrooms need to get more cleaned. Hotel employees are very friendly. Housekeeping ladies are very nice and friendly.

The property had good access for us. More time should be spent by maintenance when the use silicon sround shower. It looks like mould.

Les serveurs étaient attentionnés et aimables. Le petit déjeuner était correct. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. Cependant, la chambre aurait besoin d'une rénovation, la peinture était écaillée à certains endroits surtout dans les toilettes. Les wc fonctionnaient mal. Quand nous sommes arrivés vers 18h, il y avait dans le couloir un tas énorme de linges et une odeur désagréable, le nettoyage de ce couloir devant notre chambre n'avait évidemment pas été fait. Dernière remarque : Hamza, la réceptionniste, son accueil a été désagréable, non professionnel. Alors que je pensais avoir payé la totalité des deux chambres à savoir 138 € à Expedia, cette personne me dit d'un ton péremptoire et désagréable, je répète, que je dois payer des taxes supplémentaires de séjour. J'ai répondu sur le même ton, que je ne paierai rien de plus que l'on montant du contrat. J'aurais souhaité une explication courtoise qui aurait évité un échange verbal plutôt houleux. Je vous informe que je suis un client régulier de la chaîne hôtelière Ibis en France et je pensais trouver le même service au Maroc, c'est pourquoi j'ai exprimé clairement ma déception !

The location of the hotel is ideal, everything is nearby (center, beach, nice café's etc.). Unfortunately, the hygiene and service were very disappointing. Most staff we encountered were unfriendly. In addition, the room was very small and unclean. Also, the entrance to the shower room is extremely small. If you are a little fuller you will have difficulty getting through. We had booked a room for two people, but we only received one towel. And what was also added in the mornings, is that a group of flies guards the food for breakfasts.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The air conditioning was not working and they didn’t tell me at check in. After 3 days without it they would not discount or give any concessions. Stay somewhere else if possible.

Property need to focus on more cleaning, carpet on all floors has stains. Shower & bathrooms need to get more cleaned. Hotel employees are very friendly. Housekeeping ladies are very nice and friendly.

Duha was great for room services, she took great care of me and was very helpful, also the manager was extremely sweet and very respectful, she took great care of me during the check in

they adept to me the cost of the room, even if it was paid, the stuff of the reception were not able to take the money from Expedia account and they requested from me again till the The day after communicating with Expedia. The staff of the reception did not even Excuse for this trouble and no way to communicate friendly with them. never again another time to this hotel.
