We did not realise the season didn’t start till 1st June so was very limited on meals and no pool. Was a bus ride from the town and we only found one restaurant open locally. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Solamente disconforme porque la piscina estuvo cerrada los dos días que estuvimos hospedados. El hotel nos dijo que era por problemas meteorologicos pero el 30 agosto habia sol y no llovio en todo el dia. Me parecio una excusa ya q no habia ningun riesgo meteorologico. Solo un poco de viento pero mucho sol y ninguna nube. El resto estubo todo perfecto hotel limpio desayuno muy bueno personal profesional y restaurante con menu razonable

Hotel molto bello, la piscina interna ben tenuta, peccato i pochi lettini. Personale cortese, addirittura ci hanno fatto fare check in anticipato permettendoci di utilizzare la piscina. Zona molto bene servita. Consigliato!

We were greeted by one friendly female staff member, and the rest of the staff were arrogant and unhelpful. The hotel's fitness center was not a fitness center but a room with one machine that didn't work. There was also a treadmill and a bike that took turns not working. The breakfast was extremely boring with not a single vegetable. You also had to pay for a boiled egg - I've never experienced that before. We usually enjoy staying at Novotel hotels around the world, but this was absolutely the last time.

This property is terrific. I saw some negative reviews and can’t believe that they were talking about the same property. Room was excellent and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was the most convenient that we encountered during our entire trip in Italy.

Far from town center. Taxis are limited to Radio Taxi Salerno and cost $20-25 one way into town. Breakfast has runny eggs, over ripe melon, and very limited fresh foods compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy. Hotel rooms need deep cleaning of dust, fingerprints on windows, etc. Staff are helpful. Use the grocery store nearby for food. Ok if you have a car as transportation is limited and bus stops at 930pm.

O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, com poucas opções de frutas, suco muito ralo, ovo mexido com aparência de algo cru, não dava apetite. Também o banheiro cheirava mal. A limpeza parece ruim. Merece também uma limpeza ampla nos vidros e ambientes, que pareciam descuidados.

Hotel troppo tecnologico,il personale del ristorante gentilissimo e veloce,il mangiare è stato eccezionale ed i prezzi nella norma.l'un8ca pecca è la camera con puzzo di orrendo e una volta aperto la finestra era peggio .perché si affacciava ad una discarica orrendo per gli occhi e portafoglio visto;che ho pagato eccessivamente per la camera che è, e nel parlare con il cameriere scopro;tutto la metà del'albergo è accanto ad una discarica,mentre l'altra parte si affaccia sul mare.domanda;perché se ho pagato con vista sul mare ,avevo una vista nettezza?da bocciare completamente

Dårlig beliggenhet midt i ett industriområde? Dårlig service over hele linja, kunne ikke få roomservice pga covid? Da vi spurte om nærmeste veien til stranden såg resepsjonisten bare dumt på oss og sa stranda er jo rett der, selv om det var en stor mur langs hele strandpromenaden og man måtte gå ett lite stykke før man kunne betale seg inn, dette kunne resepsjonisten fint ha forklart. Ok frokost, men måtte stå en stund og vente på at det skulle bli ledig bord.

Hotel was great , it is just far from the city center , but there is a metro station very close to the hotel that will take you to Salerno Central station in around 18 min

Far from town center. Taxis are limited to Radio Taxi Salerno and cost $20-25 one way into town. Breakfast has runny eggs, over ripe melon, and very limited fresh foods compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy. Hotel rooms need deep cleaning of dust, fingerprints on windows, etc. Staff are helpful. Use the grocery store nearby for food. Ok if you have a car as transportation is limited and bus stops at 930pm.

it is a nice hotel but far from city center. Be aware that there are limited public transportation on Sunday. There's not much around the area.

We were using public transportation, so it's easy to get from the train station to the hotel using the metro. Then, you can walk to a nice little mall, a great trattoria and pizzeria, and the salernitana stadium.

The check in was just average, person checking us in really didnt have any joy in taking our information, didnt really offer any recomendations on area around the hotel to view while our stay. the area around the hotel is not very desirable, not kept well.

Fantastic hotel, only a few metres from a metro stop with a regular service into the centre. This is a fabulous base for exploring the area. Highly recommended.

É a quarta vez que eu me hospedei nesse hotel… e dessa vez constatei o atendimento muito ruim! Café da manhã com pouca variedade! O hotel decaiu muito! Preço alto pelo que oferece!

O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, com poucas opções de frutas, suco muito ralo, ovo mexido com aparência de algo cru, não dava apetite. Também o banheiro cheirava mal. A limpeza parece ruim. Merece também uma limpeza ampla nos vidros e ambientes, que pareciam descuidados.

We were greeted by one friendly female staff member, and the rest of the staff were arrogant and unhelpful. The hotel's fitness center was not a fitness center but a room with one machine that didn't work. There was also a treadmill and a bike that took turns not working. The breakfast was extremely boring with not a single vegetable. You also had to pay for a boiled egg - I've never experienced that before. We usually enjoy staying at Novotel hotels around the world, but this was absolutely the last time.

We stayed at Hotel Marad for two nights and had booked two rooms. We had a very pleasant experience overall. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but the staff were very welcoming and gave us one of the rooms straight away, which was really helpful as we could leave our luggage there. The parking facilities are excellent, with plenty of spaces available. We had no trouble finding a parking spot, even though the hotel was quite busy on our first day. The pool area is very nice. The pool itself isn’t very large, but it is deep at both ends and was great for a swim. A swimming cap is required, but you can easily buy one at the hotel. The rooftop bar is definitely a highlight. It’s a fantastic place to enjoy a drink in the evening.' The breakfast was really good. Good selection, which was constantly replenished. Tasty coffee from the coffee machine. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but it is very convenient if you are travelling by car, with easy access to the motorway. It took us 25 minutes to reach the airport Saturday morning 7 o'clock in the morning.' Good selection, which was constantly replenished. Tasty coffee from the coffee machine.
