Island Breeze - 119 Beach Ave

The home was perfect for our stay! We hope to stay here again!

My family had a wonderful time in this beautiful, clean, conveniently located home! The pool area, inside the house, and the amazing large porch left us feeling at home, comfortable, and living our best lives. It was so easy to get to the beach (quick walk), our favorite coffee shops, cafes, and ice cream places. The home was decorated beautifully, equipped with everything we needed, and in the perfect spot!

House had all we needed and perfect location

Staircase and attached decking were showing signs of needing work. We were surprised that the pool area was not accessible directly. The rugs in the living room and dining room were filthy; the living room rug was dangerously curled and presented a tripping hazard. The bedroom carpets need a deep cleaning. Closet in second bedroom was cluttered and difficult to utilize.On a positive note, the home was beautifully appointed and was outfitted with everything that could be needed for a prolonged stay. Appliances were top shelf, and the addition of the Keurig pot was a welcome surprise! The best part of the residence was the beautiful front porch!

The tiki bar was no longer on the property. They should upgrade the pictures on line. Also, house had very minimal necessities. Plan on a few trips to grocery store for paper towels, napkins, toilet paper etc. Shampoo/conditioner/soap were very small and would not last more than a day or two.
