Appart'City was perfect for our six night stay in Pau. We had all the amenities of an apartment with the services that a hotel provides. The location couldn't have been better on Rue Marechal Joffre with its lovely shops and restaurants.(Highly recommend Resto di Vin) It is a half-block from Place Clemenceau with its carousel and fountain, a block from the Monoprix, and two blocks from the Blvd. Pyrenees. Surprisingly, with all the activities right outside our door, the apartment was very quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to take advantage of early check-in.

In a very nice area in Pau. Area restricted to autos and takes a bit of work to sort out. Ring in at the post to have the bollards lower. The Google may send you to the wrong area based on address. Search Appart'City. Once inside a very friendly staff is top notch.

Overal the apart-hotel was very nice. Excellent downtown location. Staff were very friendly. We opted to have the breakfast addition for 13ish euro per person per day, for the convenience but I was a little disappointed by the selection. It was a mostly cold buffet, but I would have liked more breads or cheese/cold meats. For the breakfast if you want any milk, you need to specifically ask for it. In the room, they gave us a coffee machine (odd capsules) but no tea. Plenty of crockery in the kitchen. Bedding was clean and we had an optional 2nd pillow each. Bed was comfy as well. Room was a good size as well. Aircon somehow stopped middle of the night which was a bit odd but it didn’t bother us much.

L'hôtel est bien mais il fait chaud, l'air conditionné est bloqué a 25 celcius. Pour dormir c'est trop chaud. A l'arrivée il nous on dit que le café été inclus, mais la dame à la cuisine nous a dit pas avent 10 am, 😐 un peu tard. Sinon c'est tranquille.

Appart hotel très bien situé et bien agencé. Tout semble neuf. La proprete est irreprochable. Les rideaux, le canapé et meme le fauteuil ont ete parfumés. Odeur tres agreable de fraîcheur. Nécessaire à disposition pour cuisiner ou nettoyer. Seul bémol les membres de la réception fument juste en dessous de nos fenêtres donc pas tres agréable quand elles sont ouvertes.

Localização central e perto dos locais de interesse para fazer tudo a pé. Box de banho de bom tamanho e com porta de fechamento, o que ajuda a não molhar o piso do banheiro. A pia do banheiro é uma louça sobreposta sobre o balcão, o que causa molhação sobre o mesmo. Demora para atendimento no Check in. Cozinha mal equipada, faltando panelas, torradeira, sal de cozinha e azeite. Quarto pequeno, com camas estreitas, com colchões desconfortáveis e travesseiros ruins. Falta de tomadas elétricas nas laterais das cabeceiras das camas. No box de banho não havia sabonete nem shampoo no recipiente.

Appart'City was perfect for our six night stay in Pau. We had all the amenities of an apartment with the services that a hotel provides. The location couldn't have been better on Rue Marechal Joffre with its lovely shops and restaurants.(Highly recommend Resto di Vin) It is a half-block from Place Clemenceau with its carousel and fountain, a block from the Monoprix, and two blocks from the Blvd. Pyrenees. Surprisingly, with all the activities right outside our door, the apartment was very quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to take advantage of early check-in.

In a very nice area in Pau. Area restricted to autos and takes a bit of work to sort out. Ring in at the post to have the bollards lower. The Google may send you to the wrong area based on address. Search Appart'City. Once inside a very friendly staff is top notch.

Overal the apart-hotel was very nice. Excellent downtown location. Staff were very friendly. We opted to have the breakfast addition for 13ish euro per person per day, for the convenience but I was a little disappointed by the selection. It was a mostly cold buffet, but I would have liked more breads or cheese/cold meats. For the breakfast if you want any milk, you need to specifically ask for it. In the room, they gave us a coffee machine (odd capsules) but no tea. Plenty of crockery in the kitchen. Bedding was clean and we had an optional 2nd pillow each. Bed was comfy as well. Room was a good size as well. Aircon somehow stopped middle of the night which was a bit odd but it didn’t bother us much.

L'hôtel est bien mais il fait chaud, l'air conditionné est bloqué a 25 celcius. Pour dormir c'est trop chaud. A l'arrivée il nous on dit que le café été inclus, mais la dame à la cuisine nous a dit pas avent 10 am, 😐 un peu tard. Sinon c'est tranquille.

After the most appalling night in another Hotel, we were so lucky to be able to stay at the Apart Hotel in central Pau. it was perfect for the town centre as it was right in middle and just a few minutes to the Boulevard des Pyreneées. The room was a perfect temperture with controllable air con. in the middle of the Canicule , it was a relief to come back to the room. The double studio was huge, it was spotlessly clean . it has a hiob, microwave , kettle and everything you needed. the shower room was great . The bed was super comfortable and it had spare pillows and blanket. great soundproofing. breakfast was perfect, it was lovely to be able to sit outside in the courtyard. every single member of staff, from reception to breakfast and cleaning staff worked so hard, professional , helpful and kind; Hoping to move to Pau to live , we will use this accomodation when househunting and will organise for family to stay here when they visit. Just love this accomodation.
