La entrada un caos… tardamos 1 hora en poder hacer el check in y solo teníamos 2 personas delante… la comida repetitiva y solo tienen animación o espectáculos los meses fuertes, por lo demás bien. El parking me esperaba que fuese subterráneo pero bien.

el hotel esta muy bien, lo peor es la cola al llegar para darte la habitacion puedes tardar mas de una hora yo lo hice por internet y asi fue mucho mas rapido es lo que yo recomiendo. el spa muy bien y llevavamos media pension y entraba el agua que es un ahorro, desayuno muy bueno.

We liked the hotel - what we didn’t like was advertising for a indoor Swimmingpool- with 4 people in there it is not possible to swim and we had to pay extra for this privilege , and restricted to 30 min.!

Großes Hotel direkt am Strand. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Putzfrau hat jeden Tag meine Bettdecke woanders versteckt, nur nicht bezogen, obwohl ich sie jedes Mal wieder aufs Bett gelegt habe. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und groß, allerdings war die Poolbar geschlossen, dadurch haben sich viele Gäste von drinnen etwas geholt und bei den Tischen der Poolbar stehen gelassen. Die leeren Teller und Gläser standen dann dort mehrere Tage. Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, aber für 4 Sterne müsste noch mehr getan werden.

Hotel molto grande ma molto organizzato,pulito e nonostante la numerosità ovvia degli ospiti tranquillo e silenzioso. Bellissima piscina grande e pulita con giardino ben tenuto e volendo anche animazione ma non invadente. Bel grande giardino con ogni sera uno spettacolo a disposizione gratutio. Ristorazione non di alta qualità ma abbondante e ad un prezzo comunque conveniente. Parcheggio a disposizione a 7€ al giorno, anche minigolf molto carino a 3€ a persona

Todo muy bien el personal de 10 el hotel muy bonito y limpio. La habitación y el baño muy amplias ,lo único que había hormigas en el baño y la terraza pero lo dijimos y lo solucionaron. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que en la sauna del sps había varias bandas del suelo rotas y había que tener cuidado para no tropezar, pero por todo lo demás genial super contenta.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación respecto a la playa. Lo que no me gustó es que tardaban mucho en limpiar las habitaciones. Hasta las 14.45 tuvimos que esperar varios días a que estuviera limpia.

Las instalaciones y ubicacion del hotel excelentes. Limpieza excelente.Unicamente el buffet un tanto deficiente en variedad y calidad asi como el personal de comedor poco amables y antipaticos en general. Tambien hay que decir que gran detalle el poner el agua gratis en el buffet.Por lo demas muy remendable.

muy buen hotel,hab limpia y moderna,camas muy comodas,el baño es con ducha,{quiza otras hab disponen de bañera) era en la 6ª planta,el pkg es de pago 7 eur diarios es grande,comodo y facil de entrar y salir,el desayuno a11eur, almuerzo a18eur,esta a dos pasos de la playa,buena piscina aunque no pudimos aprovecharla,tampoco la playa pues esta Semana Santa(toda la semana lloviendo y frio alli a donde ibamos de Andalucia)

The hotel was very clean and well presented. The pool is a lovely bonus and staying in June was also a bonus as the hotel was busy but not hectic. The staff were friendly and our check in went smoothly. The breakfast had plenty of choice but that was when it could be quite busy and it was not the best breakfast we had experienced whilst travelling around Spain but it was adequate. The area has a really lovely beach and walkway along it with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Es un hotel al que he ido muchas veces, muchos veranos. Pero hace algunos años que no iba y me he encontrado cambios, unos buenos y otros no tanto. El personal ha cambiado y antes eran todos muy atentos y amables. Ahora los nuevos se ven que, no todos, pero la mayoría están con desgana y son poco agradables. Han subido una estrella y en lo que se ha notado principalmente es en el precio. Sí han reformado las habitaciones, pero la bañera súper estrecha, no se cabe. El colchón muy duro y el secador se calentaba y se paraba. Tuve que pedir uno de mano en recepción y menos mal que tenían solo uno. La comida no es de mejor calidad, cantidad pero poca calidad en el producto. Los zumos agua churri. Por las noches en el espectáculo no tenían camarero sirviendo las mesas como antes. He visto menos personal y por tanto peor atendido. Creo, según conozco, que un hotel de 4 estrellas como es ahora debería dar más servicios a los clientes por el precio que tiene ahora. Aún así, no dejo de recomendarlo porque su ubicación es excelente y la piscina tranquila y buena. Y está en el mismo paseo marítimo al lado de la playa. Con lo cual es muyy cómodo.

Aún así, no dejo de recomendarlo porque su ubicación es excelente y la piscina tranquila y buena. Y está en el mismo paseo marítimo al lado de la playa. Con lo cual es muyy cómodo.

Großes Hotel ohne Charme, laut - Zimmer klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber sauber. Das Bett ist sehr hart, man spürt jede Feder der Matratze, Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, das Bad ist eine Fehlplanung - egal wie vorsichtig man duscht, der Raum steht danach größtenteils unter Wasser. Die Umgebung ist mit den Hochhäusern wenig malerisch, der Strand Valdelagrana ist aber schön. Das Essen allerdings war eine Katastrophe! Die Tische im Speisesaal sind klebrig, auch wenn man als erstes kommt, und wenn man Pech hat, wird der Tisch abgeräumt und weitervergeben, während man sich gerade am Buffet bedient - ist uns so passiert. Die Speisenauswahl besteht zum größten Teil aus Fertigprodukten - panierter Fisch, Schnitzel, Gemüse aus der Tiefkühlpalette, Convenientprodukte wie Frühlingsrollen, Fertigpizza usw. Auf unserer Rundreise haben wir schon einige Hotels über Expedia gebucht und uns dabei auf die Bewertungen verlassen - wobei wir immer richtig Glück hatten und tolle Unterkühlte gefunden haben! Das Hotel Puertobahia war bisher das erste Hotel, bei dem wir die gute Bewertung absolut nicht verstehen und auch nicht bestätigen können, sondern das einzige Hotel jemals, bei dem wir früher abgereist wären, hätten wir den Aufenthalt nicht im Voraus bezahlt!

Hotel was close to the beach and the pool area was very good. Rooms were a fair size with balcony, safe and fridge. Staff were friendly and professional. We liked the garden and entertainment area and there was plenty of space to sit and relax, both inside and out. Only issue was that it felt like end of summer season and some services were being curtailed.

Großes Hotel direkt am Strand. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Putzfrau hat jeden Tag meine Bettdecke woanders versteckt, nur nicht bezogen, obwohl ich sie jedes Mal wieder aufs Bett gelegt habe. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und groß, allerdings war die Poolbar geschlossen, dadurch haben sich viele Gäste von drinnen etwas geholt und bei den Tischen der Poolbar stehen gelassen. Die leeren Teller und Gläser standen dann dort mehrere Tage. Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, aber für 4 Sterne müsste noch mehr getan werden.

Outdated hotel that needs to be brought into the 21st century. Everything just looks and is outdated. The room and especially the bathroom smelled like a hospital or retirement home (no offense). The television had a lot of interference and a lot of channels (even Spanish) were unavailable. Positive was that it was promptly fixed when we called the front desk. As for general maintenance, we noticed that the smoke alarm on the ceiling in the room was covered with a plastic bag, which is a major safety hazard. We reported it to the front desk and hope for future guests that it has been repaired meanwhile.

Este hotel es el típico que abre para la temporada de verano y acoge a hordas de turistas. La habitación era muy básica, con dos botecitos de champú, un gorro de ducha y una pastilla de jabón. No contaba ni con hervidor de agua. Al pedir una plancha en recepción dijeron que no había, que podíamos pedir el servicio de planchado, lo cual rechazamos. Hicimos el check in con una chica mientras ella y su compañera hablaban de sus cosas personales. El desayuno también muy básico y de baja calidad. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y el personal de limpieza fue muy amable.

The advance on check-in link didn't work, messaged the hotel 72 hours before arrival,no response. Had to wait about 2 hours after check- in to be given a room, no apology. Rooms are basic, a bit neglected so look a bit shabby and in need of general maintenance. Not too sure about the sound proofing, could hear all noises in the corridor outside my room and from other rooms such as talking, furniture being moved around Nd doors closing, not great when you're sleeping. Room wasn't cleaned until around 3pm, so no option to take a rest when needed. Generally, not a welcoming or friendly service. Unlikely to recommend to others or return.

Nunca jamás había estado en un hotel con tan mala organización… Al llegar (habiendo solicitado cama doble) nos encontramos que la habitación tiene dos camas de 90 y parece sacada de “Cuéntame”, solicitamos cambio y nos la cambian al día siguiente. Cuando vamos a recepción a que nos asignen la nueva, tras esperar 25 min ya que las chicas de recepción están haciendo otras cosas, nos quejamos de la espera y la que parece la responsable sale de su oficina en la que parece que está “haciendo nada” y nos habla de malas formas. Entiendo que hay más cosas que hacer, pero lo primero será atender a los clientes. La recepción funciona fatal, tienen una máquina de sacar turno como en la pescadería, que no sirve de nada porque las colas sin interminables y tardan mil en hacer por ejemplo en check in… Lo del desayuno es caso a parte… el zumo de las maquinas es una especie de agua sucia y con sabor desagradable, la “variedad” y “cantidad” brillan por su ausencia, colas enormes para las cosas a la plancha, cuyas bandejas están vacías el 90%del tiempo. Solo dos tostadoras para el tamaño del hotel y del comedor… es sin duda alguna el peor buffet en el que hemos desayunado. Los colchones tercermundistas, se te clavan los muelles y el descanso en ellos es horrible, te despiertas con la espalda machacada. Las toallas del baño súper pequeñas y ásperas, muchas con manchas. Mi opinión es que le han dado la cuarta estrella recientemente por el tema de sostenibilidad… para no volver.

The Hotel Puertobahia is great hotel to spend a few days relaxing. The amenities are wonderful and the rooms comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of items at a reasonable price. The only negative comment I will make is that the reception area seems to have a lot of staff standing chatting with each while the guest line up gets longer.

Really nice and clean hotel on the calm side of El puerto de Santa Maria. Perfect location, friendly staff and clean and spacious rooms! Breakfast was great There are many different activities available for you in this hotel. The pool is huge and there is plenty of space for sunchairs and sunbathing. If we come back to El puerto de Santa Maria we will definitely stay again at this location!

The hotel was very clean and well presented. The pool is a lovely bonus and staying in June was also a bonus as the hotel was busy but not hectic. The staff were friendly and our check in went smoothly. The breakfast had plenty of choice but that was when it could be quite busy and it was not the best breakfast we had experienced whilst travelling around Spain but it was adequate. The area has a really lovely beach and walkway along it with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Las instalaciones y ubicacion del hotel excelentes. Limpieza excelente.Unicamente el buffet un tanto deficiente en variedad y calidad asi como el personal de comedor poco amables y antipaticos en general. Tambien hay que decir que gran detalle el poner el agua gratis en el buffet.Por lo demas muy remendable.
