Was a great stay for one night not many choices left, little old but was sufficient. Great location , parking and friendly staff. We would stay again

Perfect rooftop deck for fireworks watch or chill plus two pools

The only thing that was good about this property was the short walk to the beach. The room was tiny with the amount of money i paid for only 2 nights. Bugs in bathroom. Beds need to be upgraded same with linens. Pool was tiny as well. Not like shown in pictures. Parking was terrible and confusing, could not park in regular parking lot because we drove our truck.

They had two nice pools. The room had a balcony. The linens were very clean and the beds comfortable. very close to beach and all the staff was very polite and helpful.

We arrived early on the morning of our check in and owner was able to accommodate us with an early check in for a small fee. We were soaked and wet cause we drove a few hours in the rain to get here. The owner let us park in the garage. When we arrived at our room one of the bed had a broken leg. Within 15 minutes the owner brought in a new frame and installed it. I recommend this place.

Charge me to park The hot water didn’t work correctly. It was either super cold or scolding hot mixing valve was not installed properly or it just didn’t work and they didn’t seem to care.

A great place right on the beach with a nice warm relaxing pool. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Clean and family friendly. Parking is tight, but they help make it work!

checking in parking would be nice.

Sammie at check inn/checkout was great and so was all other employees we ran into. 2 pools, great easy parking vending machines, awesom rooftop for fireworks and having lunch. Clean good size room with private deck. Will go back next visit to hampton beach

Both rooms were very dirty. One room reeked of cigarettes and the other reeked of marijuana

Shower did not work. Showerhead moldy and moldy shower curtain. Very loud partying until after midnight. Not worth the money.

The bathrooms have mold in them. You had beter bring Spider spray or you will get bit. The rooms will not be cleaned untill you leave.

The room was dirty, tub was disgusting, carpet filthy, visible stains on the comforter, towels stained, old and rough. Had a cheap trashy motel feel to it. NEVER AGAIN!

Expedia should remove this property from their website. It was disgusting with ants crawling everywhere, stained bedding and I swear something ran under the bed while we were leaving in the middle of the night! Stay away!!

Mold in the bathroom, no toilet paper, office claims they’re open until 11 but at 9:00 there was nobody there, beds are incredibly uncomfortable, there was sand covering the floors before we even checked in, only two of the electrical outlets worked, it was incredibly loud- you could hear every step the people above you took, definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here

It was overall a good stay but the hall way ceiling was leaking water and it started to smell

Stained bedding, filthy hallways, broken ceiling tiles in hallways, thermostat missing cover and beds were like rocks.

Loved how close it was to the beach. The room was okay, bathtub was disgusting. For 1 night stay it was okay.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The place was great. I would stay there again.

No AC in the middle of the summer is a nightmare.

The pictures on Expedia were different than what the place looked like. Needed updates and overhaul. Shower curtain torn and dirty, so much road noise. Hotel ran out of shampoo. Let the sign on the door room needs attention. No one showed up. Sliding door was broken.n

This property is a typical beach cottage. It could use continued upgrades. There were multiple fixtures missing light and the bed was ok. The place was good enough. The property was super loud. You can hear right through the walls and the road noise can disturb light sleepers.

Hotel room was clapped. Beds were terrible. The kitchen cupboards were falling off hinges. Just all in all crappy room for price. AC worked good and close walk to beach but all in all probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We've stayed at this property before. Room was fine, clean, and serviceable. A/C didn't appear to work, but it was a cool night. Bathroom door handle was on backwards, locked from the outside. Had a balcony (overlooking the parking garage and other buildings, but was clean/fresh air). Bedside lamp and clock/radio didn't work, but I didn't bother looking to see if they were plugged in. Everything is a bit tired, but they are freshening it up with clean paint regularly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were not super comfy, kind of short for a 6' tall person, but the price was right.

Close to the beach. Could use updates. Tv hard to use. Balcony looks onto garage.

The parking area was haunted, would not park in there. Heat didn’t work, top of shower leaked enormously & flooded the bathroom, beds were like concrete floors, no lighting & Internet didn’t work. Did I leave anything out? How did this place get a 7.2 rating & it wasn’t cheap.

A little run down. No elevator. Stayed on third floor with a baby. Not very convenient. However, the boardwalk and beach are around the corner. The beds were uncomfortable and one had a broken leg and sagged in the middle. But for the price and location it was overall a win win.

The man at the front desk was kind and funny upon checking us in. The door to the room was definitely unsafe in terms of locking. The door also face the pool and the curtains weren’t blackout so any passerby could have glimpsed us in some peculiar positions like getting out of the shower etc. some quick changes could include adding blackout curtains, add a small cheap stand to the bathroom to place toiletries and wash cloths, consider including two bottles of inexpensive water in the rooms. To increase luxury they could add memory foam toppers to the mattress to increase comfort.

We came for an overnight and upon check in were offered a free upgrade which was great. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very welcoming. One brought me to see where the room was located and the other showed me where to park my larger sized vehicle. We were on the third floor. I sat outside and watched as the sun set. The sky was gorgeous. Since it was a one night stay in September, we didn’t bring our bathing suits, but I wish I had. The pool looked relaxing. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The location of the Inn was perfect for a walk to the beach. If we are in the area again, I would love to stay here.

I stay in the area at least once a year, for a weekend or concert. usually in season or just out of summer. My go to hotel is closed this late in the year so i tried the Ships inn as a replacement. I am really bummed to say that i did not enjoy my stay at at this establishment. Upon arrival the women behind the counter asked me to kindly wait while she finished her texting..ok after a 2 and a half hour drive i dont mind stretching my legs a minute. After a 30 seconds to a minute she was ready to check me in, that went as normal until she tried to find the room key, after several minutes of banging around searching the drawer and muttering while voice texting the housekeepers she needs the key back now!. This takes about 10 minutes and i receive an apology for the wait. i didnt mind the wait. But the unorganized drama was unnecessary. I know the website photos of hotel rooms are never quite the reality but this was far from what i was expecting. Way "older" and need of repair than the photos let on. The mismatched beds were uncomfortable, but the sheets seamed clean. the walls and ceilings are paper thin. Even a casual conversation can be heard from one froom to another, which is something i wish my upstairs neighbors had taken into consideration before making me glad i didnt have the kids with me and honestly making me a little jealous of the youthful stamina.

The staff is friendly and attentive .Walkable to the beach and entertainment.

One big negative is there is no staff available or no way to get ahold of someone from 9pm until 9am. We needed help getting into our room because our keys wouldn’t work and there was no answer on the phone, left message and no response until 9am the next morning!!!

Not that friendly no shower curtain and they said I would have one in 5 mins it took them a hr didn’t clean the room or pick up trash or dirty towels bed is old and need to up grade

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean. Location, location, location is perfect.

The check in was terrible when we arrived. No one in the office and it was locked. Called the # on my reservation and it was not in service. There were 3 numbers listed on the door and I finally received a response after trying 2 of these. Then I had to wait for someone to show up and they had to go get a key. Not good. The place is also outdated.

The building is a little outdated. Toilet paper holder was broken. There was only one towel when we arrived-- we were expecting 4, as we reserved for a room for 4 occupants. Nevertheless, proximity to the beach was nice. The staff was courteous.

No toilet paper . WiFi didn’t work. No one to answer if you need anything from 10 pm-8am and the huge jet bathtub which is the only good thing about the 300 dollar tiny room was broken. Was offered another night on them and then ignored for two weeks and still being ignored.

Stayed for a long weekend. Very convenient walk to beach, shops and dining. Clean room. Had made some updates with newer flooring and bath sink/toilet. Easy parking.

Great place , very close to the beach and boardwalk. Clean rooms and friendly staff. If you book a kitchenette do not forget to bring pots and pans to cook ...

Really nice room with full kitchen short walk to Hampton beach. Perfect for a fishermen who doesn’t want to spend all his money eating out. Refrigerator stove oven microwave coffee maker.
