Perfection! Beautiful house. Very clean and decorated lovely. Great little pool and friendly iguanas in the backyard.This is the road to be on in Captiva... a 2 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance, plus the Island Store (groceries).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful week staying in Sunny Days. Our trip was postponed twice due to hurricanes, so we were very excited to finally get to go. The house was better than we imagined. It was clean, spacious and lovely. Everyone enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. Nearby restaurants were excellent and shops were fun to browse. There were a couple issues when we first got to the house which were immediately taken care of by management company staff. They were also very helpful and responsive during rebooking after the hurricanes. Our group age range was grandparents to toddlers, everyone had awonderful time and looks forward to returning.
