Hotellet var placeret i et uroligt område med mange hjemløse migranter, lidt utrygt. Selve hotellet var af godt standard, helt fantastisk morgenmad og med en kæmpe tagterrasse som fyldte hele blokken. Hotellet reklamerer med at de har pool, det er ikke tilfældet. Det bør fjernes

This is great value for money. Good rooms with quirky but fun decor, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, within walking distance to the train station, close to the metro, good food, excellent service and breakfast. The rooftop patio dining is a plus. If you want a hot tub they have it. This is not luxury but it is comfort. Be prepared to use a small elevator to reach the sixth floor for check in. Our room was on the fourth floor. Other B&Bs share the same building. You will like it.

It was decent breakfast was amazing. Jacuzzi must be turned on an hour before using and we were ushered out after an hour. Also wasnt of a city fee that had to be paid in Euros

Sweet Sleep is a hidden gem! Once you find the entrance and navigate the tiny elevator, you end up in a lovely, safe area atop the busy downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and have the basics, but it’s the rooftop patio that sets it apart - like a mini resort overlooking the city. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it’s bringing snacks, explaining how the metro works or just making you feel at home. Get a limoncello spritz, chill in the hot tub or eat at the restaurant - it’s all there, while still small enough to feel cozy. Naples can be dizzying, and this place makes sense of it all. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, nice rooftop space with hot tubs, lounge beds, and bar. Great breakfast included. Would have liked an extra pillow and a comforter, the bed only included a sheet, as well as an extra towel since you have the amenities plus regular shower. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very friendly and the place was funky and clean. Comfy beds, the breakfast was amazing. We loved the hot tub but it wasnt very warm which was the only disappointment of the stay. Great views and location.

Super chambre, propre et proximité de la gare, néanmoins tres buyant en raison des croisements de rues et des klaxon incessants... Diner possible sur place, jaccuzis fermés en raison de la pluie mais terasse en cas de beau temps. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit dejeuner servi en buffet.

Der Eingang des Hauses schockt, jedoch kaum ist man in den 6.Stock gefahren entdeckt man ein Schmuckstück mit sauberem und modernem Ambiente. Buffet traumhaft, Zimmer sauber und originell! Die Terrasse auf dem Dach ein Traum- toller Blick, bepflanzt und insgesamt erstklassig!

Air conditioning unit in room flooded the room when used. Shower has black tiles and a dip toward the plug hole...no signage to warn or bath mat provided. Area can be slippy when wet and partner did slide (although thankfully no injury).

Vi havde det dejligste ophold på Sweet Sleep. Morgenmaden var helt i top med alt hvad hjertet kunne begære. Personalet er venligt og hjælpsom. Rengøring er i top. Vi giver vor allerbedste anbefaling til dette B&B

Property was nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Napels it appears is just a very rough area. We went to restaurant around corner which was excellent, and also the in house restaurant was very good. It was too cold for swimming so we didn't get chance to use pool, but it looked nice. The property was clean, our only complaint was we could smell sewage coming from bathroom drains. We put water down all drains which helped, but suspect if could just be the area.

The location was perfect. The hotel was located on the 6th floor, accessed by a lift. Room was comfortable but toiletries were scarce and there was no teabags/coffee despite there being a kettle and cups. Breakfast was plenty and had a great variety.

This place I wouldn't call it as a hotel or bed and breakfast. It should be called a HOSTEL, it felt like it. The rooms are so compact placed and the walls are super thin. There is one really old small elevator, and there were actually place for two. A lot of times there were long waiting time and long way up to the 6th floor where the reception is . The top roof area has a nice view, but really bad used... There are two hot tubs to fit 4 adults, but there is a lot of space to have a pool, instead the have lots of sunbeds to laying in sun. The location is near bus and metro station, but 20-25 min walk away from where the main city is and price for staying at this place is to expensive for what you get. Our room was out the main street... So bad the name Sweet sleep, do NOT live up to it ... 3 am at night, people comes to pick up the trash, very noisy. We had only bad nights of sleeping. They should change the name.

Wat een geweldige ervaring om hier te mogen overnachten. Erg uitgebreid ontbijt super vers en zelfs verse koffie helemaal voor je gemaakt. De kamer is ruim en helemaal nieuw. Het personeel goed netjes en bijzonder aardig ! Afstand naar bus en metro erg kort, dus top locatie

Not much to look at from the outside but once you’re inside it’s great! Rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and we ate it on their beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city. Bar prices are very reasonable and it’s a short walk to the central train station. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. The area is conveniently located to the Napoli Centrale train station which means it comes with a noisy and dirty area of Naples. The corridors are echo-y and loud and the rooms are quite bright because the light from the corridor stays on all night. We had a bathroom with the shower open to the toilet so after using the shower, the toilet and floor around the toilet were soaked. We used our daily allotment of towels to soak up the water in order to use the toilet.
The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. The area is conveniently located to the Napoli Centrale train station which means it comes with a noisy and dirty area of Naples. The corridors are echo-y and loud and the rooms are quite bright because the light from the corridor stays on all night. We had a bathroom with the shower open to the toilet so after using the shower, the toilet and floor around the toilet were soaked. The hotel occupies the 6th floor of an old building and has a fantastic area terrace outside of reception which has a load of sun beds and a couple of hot tubs. The staff are very friendly and bar and food service very good and reasonably priced. The rooms. On 5th floor are all themed and are very clean and comfortable IKEA way. They have both fridge and kettles in the room but do lack basic provision of tea / coffee etc and some complimentary drinking water. The downside to this hotel is unfortunately its location which is in a very run down dirty and edgey part of town close to the main train station, and the outside can be quite intimidating at night.

Good rooms with quirky but fun decor, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, within walking distance to the train station, close to the metro, good food, excellent service and breakfast. The rooftop patio dining is a plus. If you want a hot tub they have it. This is not luxury but it is comfort. Be prepared to use a small elevator to reach the sixth floor for check in. Our room was on the fourth floor. Other B&Bs share the same building. You will like it.

Sweet Sleep is a hidden gem! Once you find the entrance and navigate the tiny elevator, you end up in a lovely, safe area atop the busy downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and have the basics, but it’s the rooftop patio that sets it apart - like a mini resort overlooking the city. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it’s bringing snacks, explaining how the metro works or just making you feel at home. Get a limoncello spritz, chill in the hot tub or eat at the restaurant - it’s all there, while still small enough to feel cozy. Naples can be dizzying, and this place makes sense of it all. Highly recommended.

Vi har haft 3 dejlige dage på Sweet Sleep. Med de sødeste mennesker, som stod klar til at hjælpe hvis der var noget. Dejlig tagterrasse, hvor personalet også kom ud og spurgte om vi manglede noget. Morgenmaden var din og alt hvad man skal bruge. Kommer gerne igen.

Goede service en jong Engels sprekend personeel waarvan 1 ook heel vloeiend Nederlands sprak. Bij hem kon ik terecht toen ik van een matras last van mijn rug kreeg. Ik kreeg een nieuwe kamer met een veel steviger matras, wat mijn voorkeur heeft! Ook kon hij voor mij minder sterke koffie maken ipv de sterke standaard sterke koffie. Ik was wel verrast dat de omgeving rond centraal station zo druk was, dus veel lawaai maar helaas ook veel daklozen, pijnlijk om te zien en veel mannen op straat hangen. Maar er waren veel winkels in de omgeving en alles was makkelijk bereikbaar met de metro.

Not much to look at from the outside but once you’re inside it’s great! Rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and we ate it on their beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city. Bar prices are very reasonable and it’s a short walk to the central train station. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

Honestly this place is great! My friends, and I were traveling to Sicily and needed a last-minute place to rest her head before we took an earlier flight the next day to Catania. I booked us last minute for the four of us, and I was pleasantly surprised! The location is a little sketchy, so that would be the only downfall but other than that it was great location to some great pizza joints, close to the train, and easy to get to the airport, had a rooftop that was great to hang out with and watch the sunset with my friends and grab some drinks and the rooms were decently size. I will say it was hard to find it at first and it would be better to make it clearer, where it is actually located and how to get to it. the breakfast was also good the next morning and I appreciate it.

The hotel occupies the 6th floor of an old building and has a fantastic area terrace outside of reception which has a load of sun beds and a couple of hot tubs. The staff are very friendly and bar and food service very good and reasonably priced. The rooms. On 5th floor are all themed and are very clean and comfortable IKEA way. They have both fridge and kettles in the room but do lack basic provision of tea / coffee etc and some complimentary drinking water. The downside to this hotel is unfortunately its location which is in a very run down dirty and edgey part of town close to the main train station, and the outside can be quite intimidating at night.

The location was perfect. The hotel was located on the 6th floor, accessed by a lift. Room was comfortable but toiletries were scarce and there was no teabags/coffee despite there being a kettle and cups. Breakfast was plenty and had a great variety.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very friendly and the place was funky and clean. Comfy beds, the breakfast was amazing. We loved the hot tub but it wasnt very warm which was the only disappointment of the stay. Great views and location.

Food and rooftop dining is outstanding! The staff is attentive and available. Location is convenient for the train and bus, but the area around the station is less attractive and very busy. Noise might be an issue for some. The only things which could really improve the stay is better bedding (sheets and a blanket) and better sound proofing. Overall, an excellent stay.

Vi følte os meget velkommen på Sweet Sleep. Vi var der i 10 dage og de var meget hjælpsomme med at komme forskellige ture. Blandt andet Pompeii og Vesuv. Tagterrassen er meget god til afslapning efter en lang dag som turist, eller starte dagen med deres dejlige morgenbuffet. Første indtrykket når man træder ind i bygningen første dag er ikke den man har sidste dag, da man så ved at det er så dejligt og rent på 6. sal. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale stedet, også for placeringen. Vi kommer gerne igen😎

For us this hotel was in a very convenient location - super close to the central train station and metro line. It is also very close to the old town and we mostly walked to all the main attractions. Although there are lots of homeless people hanging around, there was a police presence and we did not experience any harrasment or crime. The hotel reception is on the 6th floor, and the room we stayed in was on the 4th floor behind a separate lockable door - access to the building is not secure, because they publish the code on the front door, and there are other businesses within the same building. There is a lift, but its completely inaccessible sometimes, due to the movement of deliveries and its very small and very slow. If you are unable to take the stairs this should be considered. The rooms are OK - quite worn but the bedding seemed clean. If you are sensitive to street noise, its would be a poor decision because the traffic is nonstop, but for me this wasn't a problem, just a distant hum when the balcony doors were closed. The roof terrace is nice, and the bar reasonably priced. Some of the photos are out of date, as it doesn't actually have a pool, just 2 surface mounted body temperature whirlpool hot tubs, which have a tight 7 person capacity (one was not working). In general it met our needs but I personally felt that the hotel was very overpriced for the standard.
