Bel Air Tremblant Hotel - Dômes & Chalets

Un très beau séjour, chalet propre, tout est là , pas besoin d’amener des affaires, grandes, calme dans la nature, Accueil formidable, staff très gentil et très accueillant et disponible en tout temps, nous étions 8, ont va sûrement repartir et même amener des amis avec nous. Merci de rendre notre séjour si agréable

Property is great. Location good too. We for our rooms 2 hours after scheduled check -in time. And one lady at the Front desk was so casual about it as if it was no big deal (who did not wish to converse in English) & only spoke with another front desk person in French asking us to wait & said we'll give u a gift a 2 hours late check-out...lol really ?? WHILE the other staff Kept saying they predominantly spoke French while attempting to converse in English (Language barrier) and told us to speak to a third person claiming it was their manager, but that person turned around & said she was not the manager !! No one was willing to take responsibility & we were simply being bounced around... We also requested if there was another unit of a similar category available but there was no response. FEEDBACK: At least front desk staff can be bilingual for guests convenience. Food is absolutely great as well. Restaurant staff & management (GM) kudos !! you'll are doing a fabulous job . Well we were too tired to discuss anything further & were hoping to get possession of our booked unit. they eventually offered us 1 day complimentary breakfast by the pool which was incredible & of course a 2 hour late check-out for the delayed check-in. Thank you to the GM & the young lady in the GM office for graciously listening to our experience & accepting feedback with the intent of working on the grey areas.

Unique property - fantastic restaurants. Only downside was we had to wait for linens after checking-in.

It was clean, smooth check in and location was amazing

They need to clean better as dirty inside walls of room/tent near kitchen and BBQ was unusable rusted dirty.
