Easy check in? Yes. Working elevator? Slow, but, yes. Sand in the bedding? Absolutely. It’s difficult to say if the 70s era oven would work but half of the stove’s burners were broken fire hazards. Vacasa’s response to our report? Use the other half. (Eventually, maintenance did respond but was unable to do anything). The flooring is coming apart. The couch was old, the frame bent, and it made so much noise, I was surprised the neighbors didn’t complain. The mildew stained washer reeked of mold. Not all the sand was at the beach, quite a lot was in the bedding. Makes one wonder what the cleaning staff was up to. The rest of the resort was dated, but not bad. Internet service was abysmally slow. Vacasa’s property management leaves something to be desired. I might stay at the St. Regis again, but never at a Vacasa managed property.

The check-in experience was great! The room was exactly as described and. The couches in the living room could be updated, they are very old and worn. Other than that, the condo was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool area at the St. Regis was kept very clean. Not much to do in the Topsail area.

This was our first visit to Topsail Island and I’d have to say it was the most chill and relaxing beach trip that we’ve ever had. The owner, Rich made check in very easy and upon on arrival we walked into a very clean, well furnished condo. The balcony view of the ocean, the waterways and the large maintained pool was beautiful.The St. Regis has a lot to offer on site including a restaurant on the top floor that serves a very good prime rib on Friday nights. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. It only takes minutes to walk to the very northern tip of the island and it provides stunning views. Late afternoons and evenings were enjoyed sitting on the balcony. A couple of times we had a bird’s eye view of the band playing at the pool. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the hardware in the bathrooms could use some updating and they were missing the drain covers in the tubs. The owner does have a rubber stopper though. Rich is very quick to respond to you with any questions or requests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis and we will definitely be back!

Nice location for kids.. beach and pool easily accessible. Half the games in the game room did not work and could not get TVs to connect to the WiFi provided. Having kids these 2 things made the trip less relaxing than we hoped for.

Pro’s the condo setup is great. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony so you can see the beach. The ramps to the beach is wonderful. Making it easy to transport all beach stuff. The pool area is so family friendly. The covered area, tons of chairs, and 8’ deep. The food at the pool restaurant was great also. We ate at the restaurant on the 7th floor and it was also very nice. Parking was good also. Cons stove is very old. Kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated. They meet the need but need to be updated. Additional seating is needed in living room. This is not really a con but if you want a lot of things to do this is not the beach. This is a kick back and relax kind of place which is exactly what we wanted. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would recommend .

There's not much to say other than everything was perfect! Right on the ocean with a great pool! Easy parking. Rich is a great host and the place was exactly as advertised. This was our 2nd summer beach vacation to Topsail. We are hooked and will return in the future! There's all kinds of great stuff to say about this area, but I've decided to keep it to myself because I don't want everyone to know what a great destination this is!

We did love the pool and beach being close and kept up. The resort around was nice as well. The room was cool and comfy. TVs were awesome, other than the tv in the master. It didn’t work at all.

My friend and I stayed at this St Regis condo for a 3-night girls trip. It was a perfect place for our trip. Great location for beach, pool, and relaxing. The condo was well-stocked and clean and very comfortable. Rich gave very clear information and the cleaning lady was very quick to respond with a question.

My family and I had a wonderful time! My kids enjoyed the pool and the snack shack of course lol the beach was clean and not overly crowded. The condo was clean and provided ample space and amenities my family needed! Check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again, already looking at planning for next year 😊

We decided to book this trip to take my parents to the ocean. With my father’s health this may be the last time that both of them get to see the ocean or go on a big vacation with my kids. The check in process was easy. Everything was clean. The host was very nice and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Would recommend this condo and host to others.

Unit location and st Regis were great for traveling with kids. This specific unit was dirty, needs serious upgrades and maintenance and repairs. There’s a new stove but you’ll need to buy everything to cook with. The microwave is miniature and unreliable. We reached out multiple times to report issues upon arrival and they sent a handyman who covered the broken doors and cabinets and trim with blue painters tape. The peel and stick tile in the kitchen and landlord special paint job throughout the unit are not desirable. If you’re looking for a bachelor pad or place to crash after partying this is fine but for a family vacation with two young kids this wasn’t safe. They did have an upgraded washer/dryer, refrigerator and stove from the original pictures so hopefully they are in the process of completing the necessary repairs.

Our family spent a week in this condo in Topsail with our 3 daughters ages 5 and under. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very quiet and the views are great! Owner is quick to reply and has detailed procedures and local restaurant menus in the condo which were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

The property was clean, lovely and well stocked. I wouldn't say it can sleep eight, as the sleeper frame in the sofa was broken down, but we like firm mattresses, so the mattress on the floor worked well for us, just made the room cluttered in the mornings and at night time. All in all it was still very nice and we would definitely stay there again, maybe with just less a person or two .

Property is beautiful as always! Perfect view of the ocean and pool, which we love every year we visit. The room has upgrades as far as appliances but LOTS of cosmetic flaws. Doors were held on by painters tape, cabinets falling off in kitchen under sink, flooring in master bath was separating, and the shower head was falling out of wall. It was fine for us but definitely needs updated pictures until property can be fully renovated!

Internet service was abysmally slow. Vacasa’s property management leaves something to be desired. I might stay at the St. Regis again, but never at a Vacasa managed property.

My friend and I stayed at this St Regis condo for a 3-night girls trip. It was a perfect place for our trip. Great location for beach, pool, and relaxing. The condo was well-stocked and clean and very comfortable. Rich gave very clear information and the cleaning lady was very quick to respond with a question.

The check-in experience was great! The room was exactly as described and. The couches in the living room could be updated, they are very old and worn. Other than that, the condo was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool area at the St. Regis was kept very clean. Not much to do in the Topsail area.

We had a minor hiccup with the toilet running. I messaged Richard and he had someone out there within hours. He was super responsive and so sweet! I hope to stay here in the years to come!

We decided to book this trip to take my parents to the ocean. With my father’s health this may be the last time that both of them get to see the ocean or go on a big vacation with my kids. The check in process was easy. Everything was clean. The host was very nice and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Would recommend this condo and host to others.

Accommodations and all amenities were great. Property manager was "spot on" and detailed info located in the pre-arrival communications and inside the home were most helpful. Definitely highly recommend to any/all who are interested in a great stay. Grandson locating fossils and other ocean artifacts added bonus..

There's not much to say other than everything was perfect! Right on the ocean with a great pool! Easy parking. Rich is a great host and the place was exactly as advertised. This was our 2nd summer beach vacation to Topsail. We are hooked and will return in the future! There's all kinds of great stuff to say about this area, but I've decided to keep it to myself because I don't want everyone to know what a great destination this is!

Condo was very clean with all amenities we needed like laundry soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and paper towels this made the stay feel more like home. Condo does need some updates along with fixing of some wear items, but this didn't affect how much I enjoyed my stay, as we spent our time on the beach and basically only slept in the condo. Vacasa reached out to me asking how my stay was going, never had anyone do that before, nice touch.

My family and I had a wonderful time! My kids enjoyed the pool and the snack shack of course lol the beach was clean and not overly crowded. The condo was clean and provided ample space and amenities my family needed! Check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again, already looking at planning for next year 😊

This was our first visit to Topsail Island and I’d have to say it was the most chill and relaxing beach trip that we’ve ever had. The owner, Rich made check in very easy and upon on arrival we walked into a very clean, well furnished condo. The balcony view of the ocean, the waterways and the large maintained pool was beautiful.The St. Regis has a lot to offer on site including a restaurant on the top floor that serves a very good prime rib on Friday nights. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. It only takes minutes to walk to the very northern tip of the island and it provides stunning views. Late afternoons and evenings were enjoyed sitting on the balcony. A couple of times we had a bird’s eye view of the band playing at the pool. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the hardware in the bathrooms could use some updating and they were missing the drain covers in the tubs. The owner does have a rubber stopper though. Rich is very quick to respond to you with any questions or requests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis and we will definitely be back!

Our family spent a week in this condo in Topsail with our 3 daughters ages 5 and under. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very quiet and the views are great! Owner is quick to reply and has detailed procedures and local restaurant menus in the condo which were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

We really enjoy St. Regis. Rich's space was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. Great food onsite and a short drive to many other dining options in the area. You could find nightlife nearby if you liked, but it you're after a nice, quiet and relaxing getaway poolside or on the beach, this is the place for you!

Pro’s the condo setup is great. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony so you can see the beach. The ramps to the beach is wonderful. Making it easy to transport all beach stuff. The pool area is so family friendly. The covered area, tons of chairs, and 8’ deep. The food at the pool restaurant was great also. We ate at the restaurant on the 7th floor and it was also very nice. Parking was good also. Cons stove is very old. Kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated. They meet the need but need to be updated. Additional seating is needed in living room. This is not really a con but if you want a lot of things to do this is not the beach. This is a kick back and relax kind of place which is exactly what we wanted. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would recommend .

Unit location and st Regis were great for traveling with kids. This specific unit was dirty, needs serious upgrades and maintenance and repairs. There’s a new stove but you’ll need to buy everything to cook with. The microwave is miniature and unreliable. We reached out multiple times to report issues upon arrival and they sent a handyman who covered the broken doors and cabinets and trim with blue painters tape. The peel and stick tile in the kitchen and landlord special paint job throughout the unit are not desirable. If you’re looking for a bachelor pad or place to crash after partying this is fine but for a family vacation with two young kids this wasn’t safe. They did have an upgraded washer/dryer, refrigerator and stove from the original pictures so hopefully they are in the process of completing the necessary repairs.
