could not use the swimming pool because the heater was broken. the selection of their hot breakfast was literally just sliced country sausage and biscuits. No eggs , nothing to go with the sausages. One of the main reasons i booked that location was because of the pool. My 3 year old grandson literally cried every time we would pass the pool because he wanted to swim but we could not because it was too cool.

The room was okay until we stripped the bed before leaving and there was stains all over the linens, the shower hardly had any water pressure. The pool was so over chlorinated that my eyes burned just from sitting at the tables while my kids played. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Clean room, comfortable beds need few more pillows for king size bed. Hallway smelled of mildew from couple rooms being worked, hallway carpet needs cleaning. Bedroom was clean, need fan to circulate air in room as when you first get there a/c does not cool room off fast enough. Parking was great and they do have cameras to keep eye on vehicles while parked.

There were literally dead large roaches in the dressers and on the floor. The knob of the shower was broken and someone had just sat it back on there so when you touched the knob it just fell into the tub. The toilet had not been cleaned at all, it still had feces on it, hair, and toilet paper that was used. There was some blood on our bedding from whoever had previously used it. Was just over all not cleaned at all. Very disappointed.

I checked in at 930pm after a lot of driving. When i arrived, the room was not cleaned after the previous visitor. There was still trash, things in the shower and the bed was still messed up. I was too tired to care but wont stay again.

Where do I start? Upon arrival we were only given one key card for multiple adults. There were numerous parties going on on each floor with noise complaints not being handled. We arrive in our room to find dirty sheets, giant chunks of ice in the bathtub(how is there ice if it was cleaned?), dirty floors that didn’t look vacuumed at all(used Q Tip on the fooor), hair all over, and what looked like earwax on the tray holding the ice bucket. We were then given a new room which also had dirty/stained sheets on the bed and was next door to a party. The front desk girl was very nice trying to make it right, but all in all the hotel was disgusting, dirty, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I live in PA and traveled to Oklahoma for my son's graduation from basic training so I was on a straight 20 hour drive. I got there at 5 in the morning so the first night rented I was not barely there and the workers were very rude. The hotel had a musty smell. It was not very clean. The manager was very hateful and so was the worker at the desk. I never received clean towels or wash cloths and the room was never cleaned. I would definitely never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

I like that the tv had cable. I did not like that the room door did not have a door latch plate, the floor moved and sounded very unsafe, there was almost no hot water at any time we went to shower, my wife slipped on the slick tiles on the bathroom floor, the bed was stiff and the pillows were extremely small. The top of the dresser that the tv sat on was not connected anymore and looked like it could be pushed off.

The hotel was lacking in cleanliness, the bed was horrible, lumpy and you rolled in a hole in the middle! The breakfast was a joke. Stale bread, the “cranberry juice” was cherry kool aid! Nothing hot, everything was cold! Would not recommend

The only thing I can say about the room is that I was disappointed that the room didn’t have a small refrigerator. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Room was average and layout my wasn’t conducive to work while viewing TV. Wi-Fi was bit slow at times. Daily room cleaning was nice! Breakfast was disappointing and somewhat limited…hot option on one day was only waffles, no egg or meat option. Second day breakfast was not open when I needed it (although it was supposed to be). Third day, no yogurts, no eggs, only breakfast gravy, sausage, & biscuits- only cold cereal was Fruit Loops & Fristed Flakes (great for 6 year olds, not necessarily an adults first choice)! Baymonts will be HOLRs - hotels if last resort!

The sheets were not changed black spots, in the sheets, pillow cases look like people ate on top of them. When i told the night person about the sheets he said ok and gave them to me. Then i went back down to tell them the pillowcases wasn't clean too he said he was coming to see the room. He seen the items i was talking about was dirty he looked and agree. The next morning we was coming back in from visiting son at Fort Sill they were cleaning other rooms so the guy that was cleaning rooms asked did we need anything we said some fresh towels. But he said changes sheets and covers. Manager comes down and starts yelling at us saying he's not changing sheets everyday. When nobody asked for sheets that morning i just looked at the manager but he got in to a yelling match about sheets we didn't ask for. So after he left my wife thought about it and went back down there and talked to him he was still yelling after guy said we said only towels the manager wife had to calm manager down he still yelling

At check in girl was rude! The guy on day shift is amazing can't say enough about him and how kind he was to my daughters and I! Second night the person was asleep on desk at 10pm and there was a guest trying to wake her by yelling and calling the front desk phone with cell it took me pushing her iPad over on her to wake her then was rude because she was woken up. Housekeeping was great!

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Ther were 4 people staying and staff provided only 2 towels. Breakfast was terrible! Bread was dry and old, waffles were sour . At the end of the checking out, they refused to give me receipt after charging my credit card stay saying I will receive the email which never came. After I checked my credit card, I realized that they charge me $100 extra saying I was obligated to pay deposit, and this deposit will be returned to me in 4 to 5 days . I don’t recommend this motel to anyone.

Amazing experience at this hotel! Great staff and service, especially loved Miss Betty! She is so sweet and kind. She kept the breakfast area very clean and safe for all the guests. Thank you to all the staff! Definitely recommend staying there!

The front desk and breakfast staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We had a very late check-in in which they were very understanding. We had come from out of state to see a relative graduate from Ft. Sill so it was nice to find a clean, reasonably priced hotel not far from the base. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lawton in the future.

Was in Lawton to see my daughter graduate Army basic training. The hotel was very close to the base as well as any store I needed. The property was clean, housekeeping was great and everything worked in the room. I enjoyed staying there and will again should I return there.

We liked how clean everything was.The help was very friendly.Parking was very good. Close to places to eat.Very easy to get to and the price was very good too.We would certainly rent here again.

This area is good, we stayed 3 nights. Had bikes in our truck and had no problems. Stayed here before and we'll stay again in the future.

The front desk and breakfast staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We had a very late check-in in which they were very understanding. We had come from out of state to see a relative graduate from Ft. Sill so it was nice to find a clean, reasonably priced hotel not far from the base. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lawton in the future.

could not use the swimming pool because the heater was broken. the selection of their hot breakfast was literally just sliced country sausage and biscuits. No eggs , nothing to go with the sausages. One of the main reasons i booked that location was because of the pool. My 3 year old grandson literally cried every time we would pass the pool because he wanted to swim but we could not because it was too cool.

Seemed clean, breakfast was not good, polish sausage instead of bacon or breakfast sausage, not too many choices. My husband eats peanut butter on biscuits or waffles and the peanut butter was a large “community” jar with a plastic fork in it. No thanks.

We enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was amazing every day and they lady that kept it clean and kept it full of hot food. The entire time. Our room was nice and clean. Each day why we was out they cleaned our room and kept clean towels. Check in was a breeze the guy at the front desk at night was really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I come to the area again.

The hotel was lacking in cleanliness, the bed was horrible, lumpy and you rolled in a hole in the middle! The breakfast was a joke. Stale bread, the “cranberry juice” was cherry kool aid! Nothing hot, everything was cold! Would not recommend

Every thing in room was sub standard floor felt dirty ask the housekeeper to comback and re-clean the bathroom breakfast was like continental no eggs Sausage and bread and coffee. when your diabetic that is not a good breakfast . staff was very friendly,

Room was average and layout my wasn’t conducive to work while viewing TV. Wi-Fi was bit slow at times. Daily room cleaning was nice! Breakfast was disappointing and somewhat limited…hot option on one day was only waffles, no egg or meat option. Second day breakfast was not open when I needed it (although it was supposed to be). Third day, no yogurts, no eggs, only breakfast gravy, sausage, & biscuits- only cold cereal was Fruit Loops & Fristed Flakes (great for 6 year olds, not necessarily an adults first choice)! Baymonts will be HOLRs - hotels if last resort!

I got in just before midnight on a Saturday evening. Parking was great, check in was fast, room was nice and clean. Just a few notes… there is NOT a coffee maker in the room, however they do have coffee in the lobby. Also, the microwave was on the shelf under the TV but the plug was too short to reach an outlet so I had to move the microwave to the desk/table and plug it in there. Poor planning on the renovations. But minor inconveniences really. :-) oh, one other thing…there were some soft spots in the floor so be careful where you step.
