Hampton Inn Denver Northeast-Brighton

Room was ok. Breakfast was cold. Staff didn't care.

The evening receptionist Dan was very nice and easy to talk to, made me feel very welcomed. I loved the atmosphere, great vibes the whole time! :)

I arrived very late due to a canceled flight at the airport. All hotels closer to the airport were sold out. After a long and frustrating delay at the airport, I arrived to find the doors locked. The signage indicates after 11 pm you need a key to enter. I understand that - however - I didn't have a key because I had not checked in. I also called the hotel ahead of time and let them know I would arrive very late because I was waiting on luggage at the airport. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at the front desk. I called 3 times on the house phone and 2 times on the landline using my cell phone. Nothing. I almost left and FINALLY someone came to the front desk and let me in. Very annoying!

The pool was warm

Staff was great and building were great!
