No one helps with your luggage at check .in front staff seldomly greet you when you go in or out.every where else we have stayed always greeted with a smile and hello.

The most beautiful hotel. Nice staff. Nice restaurants in the hotel. Good bed. If you like football on tv or live music or both there is a place 100 m away you can go to.
