Someone spilled what appeared to be juice throughout the entry way, main hallway and near the elevator... the spill was there for hours and even when some of it was mopped, cleaning the mess was incomplete. Room had broken blinds and cabinets. TV needed to be reset to operate. No coffee maker in room.

Receptionist was very nice, professional and helpful. The main entrance, elevator and hallways had strong cigarette smell that was choking us. Someone had their door cracked opened and was playing very loud music and very loud on the phone. The keys to the door was not working. Receptionist had to come and try it severaly before it opened the door. The bed in the room was a small metal bed, smaller than a regular queen size bed with wrinkled sheets. Infact, we couldn't stay there so we asked for a reund and the receptionist was very understanding to do a refund. This is my first time with Extended stay and i will not patronize them ever again. I will stick with my choice membership hotels.

It is infested with fleas. They are pet friendly but the dogs bark endlessly. The tv has poor service. The staff isn't very friendly. Housekeeping only comes around every 10 days.

The front desk staff is very good. But that’s it. The entire hotel smelled heavily of smoke. The room was falling apart, wallpaper ripped off, no cabinet doors, window would not shut. The two “beds” one frame had the mattress, the other one was just the box spring. Sheets ripped, light in entrance not working. Bathroom, just gross. Run, don’t walk away. Oh, the police showed up, five cars. As we are getting to our floor, they were escorting a man out in handcuffs. The other 6 people in the room kicked out and camping by the front door with their garbage bags of belongings.

Check in people were very friendly. However there were a few issues. First of all the room had a musty smell, the small kitchen counter had dried juice on it. Bathroom floor was also sticky. There housekeeping is something to be desired. Pictures online didn’t come close to the room. Bed skirts were missing. Tv didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Won’t be stopping there again. ☹️

This place smelled of marijuana, people hanging out all night outside in the shadows, doors to outside that were only suppose to be accessible by key were never locked, room was dusty, the kitchen had no cooking or dinning supplies at all. Staff was very rude about it. Upon check in we had to call for somebody to come to the front desk and it took a long time like 15 minutes for them to come. She was not on the premises because she was dropped off at the front door in a big black truck.

The cleanliness of the room was EXCELLENT!!!! Very very clean, the room however, was very stark. No pictures on the wall no curtains on the window no cups, only 1 bar of soap. There were only hard plastic chairs to sit in and they were very uncomfortable. At check out the desk was closed and it was 9:00 am.

So my flight was delayed and I didn't get to hotel until almost 1am on the night I was checking in. When I walked in the Front Desk area is all locked up and there is no one there. It is a tiny little lobby area where yiu check in and then there's another door which leads to elevator and hotel rooms. So there's a corded phone in tnis tiny lobby, area that says dial 0 to get an operator if noone's at tbe front desk. So I dial and it takes me through a few prompts where I press 1 for people trying to Check in. It rang forever and then someone finally picked up. Some customer service desk that sounded like they were in another country. He tried calling the night attendant who is suppose to be on dutyand they did not pick up. Then he called general manager and he didn't pick up. Then he called the district manager and he did not answer. All the time he's puttimg me on hold when he's tryingbto reach these other staff members. So I gave up and went next door to a Qualty Inn & got a room there where there is somebody working the front desk 24 hours a day which all major hotels should have. I'm most certainly going to get a refund for the hotel room at Extended Stay America where I NEVER got to check in. I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone ever stay at that hotel. What an AWFUL situation it is if you have to check in after 10pm!!!

Checked in after 10p.m. The desk service was quick, and gave needed info. On the I pad screen. Liked the room, and simple breakfast. Nice and quiet for a good night of sleep. Definitely a favorite place to stay in NKY

While I was looking for a place to allow for pets, I was more than a little surprised at how well the building and rooms were kept. In addition, I never heard anyone’s pets unless they were outside and I was outside too. The staff was. Very courteous and Friendly. In all, my only complaint was the lack of vegan selections in the vending machines. Otherwise, I was extremely impressed.

We were there for 11 nights and while the size and location of the room was nice, there were some frustrating aspects to the stay. Our room keys had to be reset almost daily because they would stop working and one was required to get in the building in addition to the room. It was nice to have laundry on site. The staff was friendly enough. There was a “mandatory room inspection” twice during our stay which was a mild intrusion but nothing that caused any real problems. We were able to get cleaning supplies to sweep the floors and clean up the room as we wanted as there were no housekeeping services during our stay. There were pets in the building and several people appear to live here for months at a time and neither caused us any issue. Everyone was kind and kept their animals under control. If we needed to be in town for an extended period of time I would consider staying again but for a shorter stay we would likely stay somewhere with more amenities and housekeeping.

Was a horrible experience my girlfriend went out to the laundry to do the laundry and she went to the car and try to get back in and the key card would not work so she called me to come down and let her in and I shut our hotel door. We only had one key and then he was locked out of our room, and we could not find anybody to help us be called every number in the book and finally after about three hours, some lady that worked there I guess finally come down. Was a horrible experience my girlfriend went out to the laundry to do the laundry and she went to the car and try to get back in and the key card would not work so she called me to come down and let her in and I shut our hotel door. We only had one key and then he was locked out of our room, and we could not find anybody to help us be called every number in the book and finally after about three hours, some lady that worked there I guess finally come down. They let us in and she was about as grumpy as anybody. She acted like we was putting her out. I never stay there again. I want to find out how to get my money back.
