While the staff, specifically Vanessa, were delightful that is really the only positive I can say about this hotel. My travel partner's original room had a/c that didn't work. When it's 100+ degree's outside a functioning a/c is of the utmost importance. He was relocated to a new room which, thankfully, had no further issues. I should have asked to move rooms, but I didn't realize how bad it was going to get until I was already a night in. The bathroom faucet leaked constantly, a steady drip drip drip. Wasteful more than anything. However, the next morning when I showered the handle would not hold position, so it kept turning HOTTER. No matter how many times I turned it back down it kept swiveling back to hot. To the point I was afraid I was going to be burnt and had to exit my shower hastily. I notified the front desk and they said they'd have someone come fix that and the drip. I left for the day and came back that evening to see that the drip had in fact been fixed. I took another shower (again it was over 100 out...) and while the handle didn't move as quickly or as fiercely it still moved of it's own accord. I had to adjust it back to a reasonable temperature no less than 10 times - though i will say it regulated itself and did not go to max heat. Secondary issues were cracked tile in the entry and bathroom that are also loose, and a broken leg to the dresser which had it leaning forward JUUUUUST enough that the drawers wouldn't stay shut.
