The tv cable was going in and out at times. I thought they did serve a breakfast but did not. The shampoo was empty in the room. I did like the table and 2 chairs. The pool was a nice feature.

This hotel is a dump! When you enter the office to check in, you are greeted by awful food smells. A sign posted at the desk informed us that there is no breakfast served and they are “sorry for the inconvenience.” The staff was not welcoming and were actually arguing with one another when I checked in. To enter the room, we were told that the door “sticks,” and you must pull hard to open it. I headed to get ice with the bucket provided, but an “Out of Order” sign greeted me. The soda machine was also broken. A pool was advertised for this property, but it was a tiny “maybe 10ft by 7ft” “pool” that was filthy. The bed was lumpy and there were only two small pillows-small squares-not standard pillow size. The towels were tattered and had a gray and yellow tinge. The surfaces of the tables, bathroom and floor were sticky and dirty. I have stayed in many hotels, varying from 2 stars to 5 stars, but this was my worst experience. I would NEVER stay at this property again, and I’d advise you to avoid it, too!

One of the most quiet I have ever stayed in. No street noise, or commode flushing nor shower running in another room Clean and I had everything in the room I was expecting. It could use some painting in the room, but for the price you can't beat it.

Parking seemed very sketchy, we felt like our car could be robbed at any point, day or night. Staff was fine, could be worse. The room was not clean whatsoever, stains and burn wholes on sheets and blankets, spider webs in the corners, floors have not been cleaned in ages... Shower water was not hot between 11am-5am... Had to shower at 4am, which still was a hit or miss...

My biggest concerns with this hotel was the dirtiness of the room. The floors were filthy. I walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet were filthy. The wash cloths and towels looked as if they had been used already. I had to go to the front office to request cleaner wash cloths and towels. They were cordial and polite when I asked for the cleaner washcloths but I should not have to ask. In addition, there was some sort of cigarette burn in the blanket on my bed.
My biggest concerns with this hotel was the dirtiness of the room. The floors were filthy. I walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet were filthy. The wash cloths and towels looked as if they had been used already. I had to go to the front office to request cleaner wash cloths and towels. The room itself is functional. Not clean, however. Leaky sinks, mold, and there were roaches. The blankets were dirty on the edges. The staff was very sweet.

I did not like anything about this establishment. What I did not like: 1-) The floors and interior were absolutely filthy 2-) There was no continental breakfast as advertised (the dining area had obviously been converted into living space for the property manager and his family) 3-) When I raised issue with the cleanliness of the room and asked that the broken vanity basin stopper be repaired, the manager became very terse and appeared to get angry. Lastly, I would rather sleep in my car and bath in the sink of a local fast food joint than to ever book another room in that hotel.

The room itself was not cleaned well, The floor was dirty and the pillows had spots all over them and one of them actually looked like there was mold on it. However when I went to the front desk they did correct the issues, but those are basic item.

For the price and location it was great for me. You get what you pay for. My room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

Easy check in and check out. Biggest issue was the smell. Cleaning product smell but seemed like it was covering up a worse smell, made my head hurt. The tv was set to one single channel, could not change the channel from Disney to anything else. Didn’t want to bother front desk with the issue, so dealt with it. Wi-Fi was not working at all, no service and we weren’t that far from the lobby. Overall, not really worth the $112 a night.

As far as motels go, it was a lot more pleasant than some beachfront hotels I’ve been in. It’s a motel so you’re not going to get the bells and whistles you do with hotels but clean room, nice staff, quiet area and everything. For less than $100 in Williamsburg, you can’t complain

It is conveniently located near Historic Colonial Williamsburg- and the staff were very friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. Sadly, similarly to many hotel rooms, the shower was confusing and resulted in a few cold showers. Check out felt a bit rushed. (Ei: Banging on my door at 10 when I had until 11am.) This after forgetting to add me to the room service list- when requesting in person at the front desk 24hrs in advance. Overall, my enjoyment of my stay outweighed my few qualms. Give them a try.

Everything was excellent until it was tim to check out. Checkout time is at 11, and they had a guy going around knocking on doors just before 10 asking if we're leaving yet. He knocked twice and was very disrespectful. If it wasnt for that, id give the place 5 stars. T They should fire the guy knocking on peoples door. It was super bizarre and we felt very rushed.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke (very strong smell.) office was locked up when we had to turn our key in (6:20 am) with a sign on the window that said closed. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard.

Very rude and would not let us stay with a pet for which I would have paid extra for and cleaned up any possible mess she would have made, plus the room had water standing in the floor in front of the refrigerator

He said I was slamming doors, and just making up crazy things. So I checked out early. No hot water for shower, smelly and dirty.

One of the most quiet I have ever stayed in. No street noise, or commode flushing nor shower running in another room Clean and I had everything in the room I was expecting. It could use some painting in the room, but for the price you can't beat it.

As far as Econo Lodges go, this was pretty decent! For the price, you can't expect too much, and the room was extremely basic. However, check in was very efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again for a budget trip and proximity to Williamsburg center.

The staff were friendly and nice to work with. My room was simple but clean and well kept. But the area around the hotel seemed a bit older and run down. Nevertheless, it was a good value and I would consider staying there again.

It is conveniently located near Historic Colonial Williamsburg- and the staff were very friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. Sadly, similarly to many hotel rooms, the shower was confusing and resulted in a few cold showers. Check out felt a bit rushed. (Ei: Banging on my door at 10 when I had until 11am.) This after forgetting to add me to the room service list- when requesting in person at the front desk 24hrs in advance. Overall, my enjoyment of my stay outweighed my few qualms. Give them a try.

The tv cable was going in and out at times. I thought they did serve a breakfast but did not. The shampoo was empty in the room. I did like the table and 2 chairs. The pool was a nice feature.

This hotel is a dump! When you enter the office to check in, you are greeted by awful food smells. A sign posted at the desk informed us that there is no breakfast served and they are “sorry for the inconvenience.” The staff was not welcoming and were actually arguing with one another when I checked in. To enter the room, we were told that the door “sticks,” and you must pull hard to open it. I headed to get ice with the bucket provided, but an “Out of Order” sign greeted me. The soda machine was also broken. A pool was advertised for this property, but it was a tiny “maybe 10ft by 7ft” “pool” that was filthy. The bed was lumpy and there were only two small pillows-small squares-not standard pillow size. The towels were tattered and had a gray and yellow tinge. The surfaces of the tables, bathroom and floor were sticky and dirty. I have stayed in many hotels, varying from 2 stars to 5 stars, but this was my worst experience. I would NEVER stay at this property again, and I’d advise you to avoid it, too!

Ran down dirty rooms with a lot of broken items in the room ( bathroom fan, toilet, outlet). The a/c smelled horrible. They also came in our room when we left for a little to turn off the a/c and the room was hot as hell when we got back. There was no continental breakfast! We also had a smoke free room but the covers on the beds had burn holes in them!

Hotel room was clean. Sink didn’t drain. Some mold around tub. Breakfast room was closed. We were given a $10 credit, perhaps because the breakfast room is closed. Hotel staff was very nice very friendly and helpful. Our room was very soundproof as there was a large group of young men staying upstairs and we heard nothing.

This place is old and not taken care of. The bathroom was falling apart. The plug at the sink was unusable. There was a gap under the front door at least an inch wide. There was mold on the shower curtain. They advertise breakfast included but they do not have any form of breakfast.

Bathtub had green something all over the drain so we wouldn’t put or feet in the tub for a much needed shower. No continental breakfast- misleading when sure it was listed at time of booking. No attendant in the office for checkout. Quiet area so sleep was good

Close to the theme park. Stayed 2 nights. For the price it was fine.They could buy pillows ,there's are little and flat.Wish it had at least a grab and go breakfast but,it has none. Wish they cleaned the room the one time but,they just offer towels etc. The sheets were crisp and clean but,had a cigarette burn hole.The room smelled clean.The vinyl plank floor was clean. A 1 night stay would be fine. Safe area and quiet.

Our room smelled like cat urine and mold. The sheets, toilet and sink were clean and that's about it. There was black mold on the shower curtain. My friend who was in the room next to us, woke up with bug bites all over his upper torso. We left a day early to find a different hotel. I really should have checked the reviews before booking. Never again.

The property is not kept up. Knobs on the shower were skewed, shower mode was the only way to run the water, the pool was large enough for only a few people, surrounded by junk (unless i missed the real pool) and the lobby was a mess. Broken and ripped up chair and dirty walls. Definitely needs attention.
