A comfortable, quiet hotel in an ideal location with kind, welcoming staff ready to help you while also respecting your privacy. I stayed two different times in different rooms. Both had comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms with robes, small refrigerators, complimentary water bottles and logo totes. Check out the uppermost roof deck with its views of nearby rooftops and the sparkling waters of the harbor beyond, and in another direction, the Pilgrim Monument. It is a great spot to sit or lounge under the stars, at sunset, and in the morning. The back patios are lovely too.

Easy peasy checkin and electronic key, using the app. Property is modern, edgy and fun. Room was small but very neat and clean. Front desk was professional and friendly. Only critique, internet would drop often and within minutes. For a single traveler or a short stay, it was perfect with parking right on property. This location is ideal and close to the action yet a very short walk to a quiet stay. Lastly fun little sitting areas on decks and off the great room.

absolutely ADORABLE hotel, and really friendly proprietor who greeted us on arrival to show us to our room - he had already let out the sofa bed in our suite and made up the sofabed bc he knew our son would be with us, which was really kind. Perfectly situated right off of commercial street, with an awesome rooftop deck with views of the water. the stay came with $4 coupons for joes coffee, where we started each morning. we loved everything and the bed was really comfortable! This is not an ultra-chic environment if that’s what you’re looking for - the shower is a stall with a door, and while the room doesn’t have central air I will say that the window units did a great job of keeping things more than cool enough even though it was CRAZY hot outside. if you’re super bougie though and need a spa like bathroom be aware this isn’t that. we loved it though, it was like staying with really cool friends. We will be back for sure! another thing - I think there are about 15 rooms and i’ve never stayed in such a small property before - like a b&b but without the “breakfast” (except for the coffee coupons!). I wasn’t sure i’d be comfortable with it and might feel like people were on top of us and we were always on top of everyone else and had no privacy. We hardly saw anyone else the whole time we were there! we had the rooftop deck to ourselves as well. also loved that it had parking and we didn’t have to move our car the entire time bc everything was walkable

Close to all the main activities and easily walkable from the pier. + Easy virtual check-in via mobile app, simple and easy. + Room accurate to pictures, very comfortable and well equipped, including AC and a small fridge. Very clean and comfrotable overall. + Bathroom was very nice and spacious. + Very pleasant and calm rooftop patio with a great view, perfect to rest a bit and enjoy some fresh air. - Internet was of decent speed (30Mbps) but may have some dead spots in the room or the bathroom. - Windows have blinders and not curtains. It is way enough for me and wasn't an issue, and is also commonly used in the area. But if you need a full blackout in your room, you may be aware of that.

The place is SO attractive and inviting, Marcantonio provided a warm and professional welcome, and even came up with champagne glasses for my birthday weekend. My companion, only just moved from the South, loved the proximity to things together with much privacy. My only disappointment was that our towels were not replaced with new ones our second day. Next time I have my eye on that stunning room with its fireplace...

The Mercury hotel is a small boutique hotel with a very good location. It has a charming decor with very friendly staff. The room I stayed in was very clean and generally well maintained. However, the bed mattress was not as firm as I prefer and may need replacing.

The room was GREAT! Plenty of room to relax, comfortable king bed, great bathroom. My only disappointment was that there was no ice available. Nice location, easy parking, and just off Commercial and Bradford Streets.

Overall, the property was really nice. I had never had a shared bathroom experience anywhere before, but it went better than expected. There is a free coffee station, which is really nice. Decor was super cute, everything was super clean. However, I do agree with other reviewers that room #13 is NOT meant for tall people. I am not even 5’3” and my height was a tight squeeze in that room. It didn’t bother me, but definitely something to make others aware of. It also got SUPER HOT upstairs and there was not an adjustable thermostat so we resorted to opening windows. Bed was also not super comfortable, but for one night it was fine.

Our first time at the Mercury was a very good experience. MarcAnthony, the General Manager, made us feel at home. He is an attentive and friendly host. The property is conveniently located, peaceful and well maintained.

I recently stayed at the Mercury Hotel Provincetown and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the quiet neighborhood, stylish room, and warm hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The bedding was wonderful and soft, which ensured I received a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was also impeccable! The location is perfect, i.e. close enough to all the action in Provincetown but still peaceful and relaxing. The open area, including the separate patios, were great and provided me an excellent area to unwind after doing a day of activities In Provincetown. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff, who was present to greet me, as well as to help with anything else I needed. I’d highly recommend the Mercury Hotel to anyone visiting Provincetown. It is my second straight year staying there and I can't reiterate my satisfaction with it. I can’t wait to come back!

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The bedding was wonderful and soft, which ensured I received a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was also impeccable! The location is perfect, i.e. close enough to all the action in Provincetown but still peaceful and relaxing. The open area, including the separate patios, were great and provided me an excellent area to unwind after doing a day of activities In Provincetown. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff, who was present to greet me, as well as to help with anything else I needed. I’d highly recommend the Mercury Hotel to anyone visiting Provincetown. It is my second straight year staying there and I can't reiterate my satisfaction with it. I can’t wait to come back!

absolutely ADORABLE hotel, and really friendly proprietor who greeted us on arrival to show us to our room - he had already let out the sofa bed in our suite and made up the sofabed bc he knew our son would be with us, which was really kind. Perfectly situated right off of commercial street, with an awesome rooftop deck with views of the water. the stay came with $4 coupons for joes coffee, where we started each morning. we loved everything and the bed was really comfortable! This is not an ultra-chic environment if that’s what you’re looking for - the shower is a stall with a door, and while the room doesn’t have central air I will say that the window units did a great job of keeping things more than cool enough even though it was CRAZY hot outside. if you’re super bougie though and need a spa like bathroom be aware this isn’t that. we loved it though, it was like staying with really cool friends. We will be back for sure! another thing - I think there are about 15 rooms and i’ve never stayed in such a small property before - like a b&b but without the “breakfast” (except for the coffee coupons!). I wasn’t sure i’d be comfortable with it and might feel like people were on top of us and we were always on top of everyone else and had no privacy. We hardly saw anyone else the whole time we were there! we had the rooftop deck to ourselves as well. also loved that it had parking and we didn’t have to move our car the entire time bc everything was walkable

I had a great time at this place. Very friendly, having wine& cheese at the afternoon. There's a patio and rooftop. The room was very clean and amazing shower temperature. Great located. Only thing I tried to reach for them before arrival and it was impossible. No answer at the email/ phone.

The room was GREAT! Plenty of room to relax, comfortable king bed, great bathroom. My only disappointment was that there was no ice available. Nice location, easy parking, and just off Commercial and Bradford Streets.

Quick visit during the off season—perfectly on a two way road (trust me it matters if you’re driving in Ptown 😂) and close enough to walk to everything—but far away enough that not everyone is walking where you’re staying!

+ great location, very central in Provincetown, close to Commercial st. but away from the noise. Close to all the main activities and easily walkable from the pier. + Easy virtual check-in via mobile app, simple and easy. + Room accurate to pictures, very comfortable and well equipped, including AC and a small fridge. Very clean and comfrotable overall. + Bathroom was very nice and spacious. + Very pleasant and calm rooftop patio with a great view, perfect to rest a bit and enjoy some fresh air. - Internet was of decent speed (30Mbps) but may have some dead spots in the room or the bathroom. - Windows have blinders and not curtains. It is way enough for me and wasn't an issue, and is also commonly used in the area. But if you need a full blackout in your room, you may be aware of that.

Such a wonderful property, it has a great roof top with beautiful view of the harbor. The rooms are very well decorated, clean and organized. David is such a sweetheart and very helpful. Also the $4 coffee coupons per day were great bonus.

I was checked in earlier and met personally. Super hospitable, was given an upgrade and coffee vouchers, just lovely interaction. I just stayed at a posh inn up the street for twice the money and basically ignored. Don’t need anything but kindness goes a long way when traveling, or at least an attempt. Thank you, will stay here again.

David was a great host of Mercury Hotel. He's so friendly and warm and he gave us great recommendations as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it also came with wine and cheese in the hotel lobby every 4 pm. So fun, highly recommend!

This was our third stay at the Mercury. We like the location, parking, general cleanliness, and price. For those reasons, we’ve always overlooked that it’s pretty bare bones, with uncomfortable beds/pillows and teeny tiny showers. Unfortunately this room (#1, for the record) had a mold problem in the bathroom—the ceiling covered in black spots. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open, which contributed to the moisture. I alerted the staff, who maybe tried to clean it, but it was still gross. We decided to just live with it, but it definitely made my allergies worse. I’ll have to reconsider this hotel in the future, maybe drop some money on a better place in P-town next year.

Great location and clean but rooms were tiny and shared bathrooms only cleaned and restocked once per day. Rooms were very small and amenities were a small tote bag and water bottles. There was no breakfast and only keurig coffee. There is no way this place is worth what they are trying to charge considering the staff almost never appear. Over 2 days I only saw them once and my key was jusy left out on the front desk when we arrived during normal check in hours.
