TVs only got one channel and the tv in the breakfast area didn't work

Our room was great! It was very clean and we were on the 3rd floor at the end so it wasn't noisy at all which was great. The breakfast was good as well. Your typical scrambled eyes, sausage, and home fries and waffles, and your fruit, yogurt and cereal. We did have a few issues with our room key. The magnetic strip on the back of the card had some issues with opening the door. The staff at the reception desk said to make sure our phones are not near the card as that could strip the key and prevent the door from opening. I understood that however there was a time that I didn't have my phone on me and I still couldn't open the door. They had to reset the key card again so keeping my phone away from the key card had nothing to do with that. I think it's the locks on the door that are probably faulty and need to be replaced but, whatever. The other issue was, I stayed at this hotel because of the hot tub and pool, however there was a sign up that said the hot tub was out of service. Had I known in advance, I would have stayed at another hotel. The other issue was the exercise room. There were several tiles in the ceiling that were out. Looked like there was possibly mold in the ceiling, but I don't know for sure. I looked forward to working out in the weight room but didn't want to because of the exposed ceiling and tiles missing. Over all the room was great and the staff great, but the amenities we not unfortunately.

This place was very good nice and clean. Lot of space beautiful place with will go there many times.

The room was fine but the bathroom was bad, no shower head just a wand that was hanging loose. No fan and no holder for the toilet paper. No sort of vanity either just a sink on the wall
