Overall It was a great place to stay for the weekend,room and it's surroundings was clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful with all our questions. Pool was a bit too cold but tolerable. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again all though I hope they upgrade their carpet ☺️

The elevator and the hot tub was broken. The pool was freezing (it said it was heated). They ran out of bath towels so our family of 5 had to dry off with hand towels. The place was cute but will not be going back.

The property appears clean, but the ‘public’ bathrooms were a mess. Trash piled high, not cleaned. Our room was ok until we noticed the hair and stickiness on the bathroom floor. The pool and hot tub were both very nice. The breakfast was also good.

Check in was easy and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool and hot tub were being renovated so we couldn't use it but it was a quiet nights sleep and my kids LOVED the breakfast in the morning.

Stay was very good. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Room was clean, however I did not have a microwave, so I had to keep going to the first floor. Pool was open, kids had fun. However hot tub was down and so was the exercise room. Small game room is an added bonus for the kids. The hot breakfast was great. Kids loved that were able to make their own waffles.

I stayed 3 nights and 4 days. My room was never cleaned and the rug in the room smelled very dirty. I complained about the why the room was not cleaned the answer i got was, I wrote a note for them to clean but unfortunately housekeeping leave at 2pm therefore nobody can clean now. Also big safety issue the tub in the shower has cracks( damaged) slippery.

Pros: friendly staff, clean appearance, location Cons: damp floors, towels never dried, very humid, can't imagine there isn't mold. Staff is aware there's an issue. Furniture is old and worn. Sofa was stained. Back door didn't work with key card, room lock took several tries to open.

We have stayed here a couple times in the past. This time there was a STRONG smell of marijuana in the lobby and outside of the motel. This morning when checked out (545am) no one was around the desk and the smell of weed was extremely strong. Not sure if it was the hotel staff or what but never have had this smell before when stayed there. The rooms are clean. I do suggest cleaning the floors better. I had a bottle of soda fizz out and onto the floor. When I cleaned it up the towel was filthy like the floors hadn’t been mopped. I would stay here again to see if still have the same findings. If I do, we will not be back.

This is an old hotel in need of updating. The room was spacious, the TV is old and doesn't have any free premium channe;s or access to using your own apps. There is one ice machine on the 1st floor for whole hotel. the walls are thin and you hear everything

The only thing I liked about this property was how close it was to the Kalahari Resort. This hotel is very old looking, needs to be updated. The elevator floor was coming up. The bed fitted sheet was stained looked like dirt. I had to go down to the front desk to complain because I called there a couple of times and no one answered the phone. The TV did not work in which I did not find out until I got to the room and later found out it was due to the storm the night before. It would have been great to find that out while checking in. The shower curtain had hair on it which I find to be unsanitary. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

As an overall everything was prefect except that we had problems getting into the room with the card , we literally had to put the card into the lock about five times or more, even after we had the key's switched out by the desk clerk.

The staff were both excellent at check-in, Tiffany and AJ were very nice, professional, and courteous to us. They even had a not-so-nice client who came down during our check-in and acted rude and they handled her with the same care and professionalism. I would return to this hotel, keep your great staff!

When I arrived Tiffany and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my brother and made us feel like we were part of a family that we did not know we had. Throughout the week and as shifts changed nothing about the service changed. EVERYONE performed above and beyond expectations. There are not enough words to express what an OUTSTANDING staff and care we received. You could not go wrong staying at this location. This property and Expedia left me and my wife with no room . You suck. You took my money and when I was ready to check in you said there was no reservation and no room. F u both . I will never use neither of your companies until I get a full refund and a disown the next room I stay in

It was a great stay. Staff was very friendly. However, they were short staffed. Check in was at 3:00 and we didn’t get in until 6:30. The General Manager said she was going to give us 20% off our bill but in the end did not.

The room was ok but the check-in was a disaster. There was only one person at the desk. He didn't seem to know how to check-in. There was three people ahead of me in line. Strangely, the people ahead of me were given room keys but when they went to their room there were customers in the room. This slowed down the whole check-in process. I waited 30 minutes before it was my turn to check-in.

Stinky room . The area is ok . Close to Kalahari resort .No breakfast in the morning. A hour before closing breakfast area there was no food left . Only some cereal left . No refill provided.

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. Eggs were horrid and sausages were inedible (hard). Coffee was good.

Overall the experience was good, however the breakfast ended at 8:20am. We came downstairs and there was absolutely nothing to take. The lady serving breakfast said to all guest waiting (about 15) to be mindful that breakfast ends at 9, even though it was only 8:20am. If you are going to offer breakfast do it for all guests or don’t do it at all. You can’t have 100 guest and spend $100 for breakfast hoping they won’t come down to eat. Do better

I came to Poconos to relax with my family. I was very impressed by the easy check in. Then my room was great. The next day we had breakfast what a feast we had. My kids made waffles. They had a choice to add whipped cream and topping. Then, we had a choice of bagels and etc. Finally. The entire people working at the hotel were attentive and kind.

For not being a high-end property, had no complaints other than one of the jugs of milk at the morning breakfast they had out was spoiled. Luckily, before my two little daughters started drinking too much of it they notified me. I was able to taste it in time to confirm it was spoiled before they drank too much of it. Dude, in a black hooded sweatshirt seemed to be taking care of the breakfast serving area however, was not wearing any hotel apparel and came in and out of the front door to the parking lot a few times. Didn’t make me feel too comfortable about that scene.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool and hot tub clean and pool area clean with plenty of towels. I hope you keep the hot tub. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Manager was mopping the floor from the snow that was tracked in. Don't see that very often anymore. Will look to stay here if in the area again.

I've stayed here A few times over the past couple of years. We keep coming back, because the place is clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good, and parking is convenient.

It was good price for what they offered. Pretty clean maybe only they should clean better bathroom- it’s should not be any hair of previous guests in the bathtub or floor. Sheets and beds pretty comfortable. Ac/ heater little loud- but get used to over time. Clean well washed towels. Breakfast - area really clean and taken care of. Variety of beverages to choose from. Not only cereal;) waffles, sausages scrambled eggs, baked potatoes. Yogurts, muffins, toasts and Nutella;) juices and good coffee.

Our room was great! It was very clean and we were on the 3rd floor at the end so it wasn't noisy at all which was great. The breakfast was good as well. Your typical scrambled eyes, sausage, and home fries and waffles, and your fruit, yogurt and cereal. We did have a few issues with our room key. The magnetic strip on the back of the card had some issues with opening the door. The staff at the reception desk said to make sure our phones are not near the card as that could strip the key and prevent the door from opening. I understood that however there was a time that I didn't have my phone on me and I still couldn't open the door. They had to reset the key card again so keeping my phone away from the key card had nothing to do with that. I think it's the locks on the door that are probably faulty and need to be replaced but, whatever. The other issue was, I stayed at this hotel because of the hot tub and pool, however there was a sign up that said the hot tub was out of service. Had I known in advance, I would have stayed at another hotel. The other issue was the exercise room. There were several tiles in the ceiling that were out. Looked like there was possibly mold in the ceiling, but I don't know for sure. I looked forward to working out in the weight room but didn't want to because of the exposed ceiling and tiles missing. Over all the room was great and the staff great, but the amenities we not unfortunately.

The room was fine but the bathroom was bad, no shower head just a wand that was hanging loose. No fan and no holder for the toilet paper. No sort of vanity either just a sink on the wall
