Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elevators hot, ice maker couldn’t keep up and no washer n dryer in room beds a little hard but other then that it was good , great location , clean facilities and rooms and pool, So just a few minor updates thank you

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location! We had a wonderful breeze, gorgeous sunsets and we saw countless manatees and dolphins! The building was disappointing, it was dirty, there was a spilled soda and candy in our hallway that was never cleaned. There is only one elevator for the entire building and it was out of order quite frequently! Luckily, we were on the third floor so we took the stairs a lot. The condo itself, was very outdated. Since we paid $3500 for the week, we were disappointed.

The elevator was slow, but this is an old building and that is to be expected. The stairwell was brightly lit and clean. I felt safe using it at anytime of the day.
