Hotel MTK Mount Kisco

I told this to the desk clerks. We were going to arrive late. I tried calling the hotel several times at the 888 number and the 914 number. No one ever answered. I used the various parts of the phone tree - not acceptable. I called the restaurant no one answered. The 914 number has a 30-45 second call answering that was basically an ad. Who wants to hear that I am already calling the hotel. Then they give the various choices. I just want the front desk!!! Finally after at least a half fize N calls I got someone. 30 second call done!!! Very annoying. We will stay there again but streamline the phone system. Also the myvkisconhotel is very very long. When a room is assigned to the other end of the hotel tell the guest to drive their car done there. We walked forever ...?seriously

Was able to check in early, staff was friendly, room was clean. A little noisy across from the staff room, but nothing crazy. The food and bar were great.

Room was very clean, staff was nice and food was really good!

Great spot.

The rooms desperately need updating.
