Great location, great staff, facilities great and a great reasonable pint of the black stuff!!

Good location except if you have a car to park. They have a deal with a lot which is a 25 minute walk from the hotel and costs €25, not the €20 quoted when we checked in). When I asked the front desk they just claimed a new company took over and must have changed their rates but they would investigate that straight away. Then did nothing. Rooms were nice but very small, we struggled for a space just to open the suitcase without hitting a wall. The shower was completely plugged and after one shower, it took removing the drain cover and digging out the drain to get the water to go down. Suggestion, the cleaners should be testing that when they are cleaning the room and take care of any clogs before they become an issue for the guests.

Well located and great value for money as well as being spotlessly clean and comfortable. We like a hotel with a lobby area where you can relax so you don't have to leave the hotel as soon as you leave your bedroom.

We ended our stay at the Premier Inn before heading back to Canada and was generally pleased with the Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with decent bathrooms and comfortable beds. I was however, displeased with the lack of information (and misinformation) around parking. The Hotel pushes you to park around back in their "secure" lot for an additional 15 euro's a night. When I asked about the free parking spaces IN the hotel parking lot out front, a staff member told me we would be booted. When I pointed out that there were no "No Parking" signs for those 5 or 6 spots, it all of a sudden turned into a grey zone that we certainly wouldn't want to chance. We did park in those spots overnight with no issue. Clearly this hotel makes a fortune on their parking lot, and I didn't appreciate the untruthful nature of the staff on this matter.

Good hotel, nice staff and easy check in/out process. Room was good. Only comment is there is no car parking - advised on website of local parking that is NOT overnight. the closest one they recommend is 10-15min walk so plan accordingly!

Very clean and overall very good value for money. Downstairs bar and restaurant were also vety clean and of high standard.

Good location ,everything within walking distance from hotel including dining options although there was a good and varied menu at this Travelodge .

Close to shops, pubs and sites. Bar and eating area with outside seating also.

A group of us stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The hotel is lovely and clean with a fantastic bar area area and outdoor terrace. Ken the concierge is a fantastic asset to the hotel full of wonderful recommendations and points you in the right direction!

Great location only 10min walk from Temple bar district. Breakfast was very good with plenty options for all. Hotel has a bar/restaurant with decent food and fair prices.

I love Travelodge. They are normally the best hotel. My go to world wide as a reasonably priced hotel with clean rooms and really great staff (friendly, professional, helpful beyond belief), however arrived in my room to have no toilet paper and someone else’s personal effects (a full travel bag) left in the room.

The place is nice, clean, modern and the location is great very near the heart of downtown Dublin. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The only problem that I had was with the housekeeping. You are asked to leave a door hanger on the outside of your room to indicate that you would like your room cleaned, otherwise it will not get done. I left the door hanger outside of my room for 2 straight days and my room was never cleaned. I realize that I should have said something to the front desk after the first day but I did not. Overall it is a great place and I would go there again but I would be more assertive with making sure the room get cleaned.

OK room, small but rather okey. Very nice service in reception area. However - no hot water in shower and absolutely no cleaning service in 3 days, indespite reminders. Location very good./Roald

Staff were good, the state of the room was the issue I had cracked and dirty sink. Rubbish above the wardrobe area, marks on the mirror. The basics you expect to be ok when checking into a room

The hotel was far better rhan we were expecting. The room and public areas were all spotless. Very good breakfast and staff were more than helpful and courteous. It's in a perfect location to explore the city and won't hesitate to stay here again in the future

The location was convenient to city center. The room was EXTREMELY SMALL!! And it was not so clean. It felt like we were in a shoe box. There was no place on the floor to open a carry-on bag unless you wanted to jump over it to pass it. And it was not very clean. Under the desk in the corner there was sawdust and dust in general. The common areas were modern and clean, however the rooms are not. Looks like people from many countries use this hotel. It was nice to hear reception people speak with guests in different languages. But if you needed help (which we did) they were not too friendly. In addition, beware of dishonest taxi driver who told us he does private pickups and drop-offs with this hotel. He took us in to ride with another couple (who ordered this services) and then charged them 45 Euros for the ride and charged us 45 euros too. I told him if the service is 90 Euros both ways -and he is taking us to the airport only-he should have split our fare 22.5 each couple. He proceeded to say that the 90 Euros is for one way since this was a privately arranged pickup and we are charged 45 each to split it. When I did my research taxi will cost you around 30 Euros to the airport so he is already overcharging-this time he got paid twice!! I think it is soooo dishonest and leaves a bad memory for us from the city and the hotel. Plus picking us up to share the cab-he took away the money from other taxi driver who would have driven us.

El hotel está bien para un 3 estrellas, el problema es el sistema del servicio de limpieza . Si quieres que te limpien la gabitación hay que comunicarlo la noche anterior, si no no limpian nada. Yo lo solicité y lo único que hicieron fue poner tiallas limpias, dejaron toda la gabitacion y el baño sin limpiar. Un hotel que cobra más de 200 euros por noche debe dar al menos servicios básicos y no sólo dedicarse a cobrar. No deben olvidar que los que vamos a un hotel, además de una cama contratamos unos servicios mínimos como limpieza...

All in all, it would be a pretty nice place - the location is very convenient, the staff was friendly, and the price reasonable, at least for Dublin standards - if not for some really annoying issues. First is a minor annoyance - they offer room service as an opt in rather than opt out, which I think is, in general a good idea. The problem is, that to get the your room serviced, you need to order it the day before, which is easy to forget. If you put the 'please clean the room' sign in the morning - as you would in any other hotel - bad luck, no service for you. The second issue is the A/C. Perhaps not the first necessity in Dublin for most of the year, but I happened to be there during a week when it was actually quite hot. They do have A/C in the rooms, but they will randomly switch it off at arbitrary times! They probably have some green washing excuse for that, but that's not how the things should work. Sorry guys, but if I pay for a room with A/C, I expect to be able to use the A/C when *I* consider it necessary. Period. That being said, if you come during the time of the year when you won't need the A/C, you will likely have a nice stay.

The room was clean and functional, staff were welcoming and helpful and the location was very convenient. The only negative was that the television reception kept dropping out. It kept coming back again, but it was very frustrating trying to watch a program.

Great central location. Walking distance from Temple Bar, restaurants, shops. Close to river, public transit. No fridge in room. Room was tiny - barely any space for luggage or to get around bed. Bathroom had nice shower and was modern and clean but very tiny - could barely shut the door while inside. No fan working in bathroom. Airconditioning was quiet but we didn’t like that a/c shut off during sleep - seems to be on an auto shut off. Had to turn in again in middle of night as tiny room gets hot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the restaurant for breakfast buffet. Loved the water on tap to fill up water bottles. Loved the loungers to rest on while waiting for room to be ready.

Clean room and bathroom. The concierge was extremely welcoming and helpful!

Sadly the staff in the restaurant let the whole experience down. My dinner 1 of 11 guest arrived an hour later than my colleagues. We advised staff I hadn’t got my food and they kept saying 5 minutes but other guest in the restaurant were getting their burgers which is what I had ordered. We got the manager involved and he was just as useless. Nice hotel, well located for city and Temple Bar area but sadly the restaurant staff really let it down.

Staff was more than excellent. The property was well maintained and nice inside. The room was small but it was perfect for us. The only issue we had were hard pillows. Time for some new ones. Highly recommend this place! 😊

We loved our stay at this hotel. The entire staff, but especially Ken, went above and beyond to make us and our young son feel so valued.

Very well kept hotel, the inside is very nice. The staff is the true gem of this hotel. They are so helpful and really go the extra mile. They make it very easy to get around town with options for everyone and it is right around the corner from a lot of popular Dublin attractions.

The stay at Travelodge Plus Dublin was particularly pleasant, particularly because of the helpfulness of the Duty Manager, Louis.

Area around not so nice

We were there for 3 days. The property is very clean and updated. Quick check in. Centrally located and we cAN JUST WALKBreakfast is good .Staff are nice and helpful. Downside, We can hear the homeless outside making noise. Shouting and sorting bottles. There is no fridge in our room which is not really a big deal but would be nice for the price to have .

Lovely hotel and helpful staff. Room very tiny to move round. Good bathroom but very compact. Breakfast was very good. Great variety of food and plentiful. Lots of staff being very diligent. Only negative point was walking around outside early evening didnt feel safe. A few undesirables standing in groups drinking.

Great location. Was able to check in early which was so helpful. Rooms were a bit small but weren’t in them much so wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was crazy busy when we went down.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the restaurant offered a pleasant experience for coffee and pastry. We did not eat dinner at this place but looked nice. Its convenient location allowed us to easily walk to notable attractions such as Trinity College, the Guinness Storehouse, the Jameson Distillery, Grafton Street, and the Temple Bar area. However, we did find the rooms to be quite small.

Lovely ? New hotel. Did not feel as though I was staying in a travel lodge hotel! Room basic but clean and more than enough for what I needed. Breakfast not included with my package but paid for it. Reasonable price with good selection. Cooked and continental. Bar/restaurant food good value and the pizza we had was fantastic! Good location for walking to grafton street trinity college etc. We got a taxi to Guiness storehouse as would have been a good 40 minutes walk Would definitely stay here again! Great hotel!
