Probably the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Dublin. Got an early check-in as room was available at no extra cost (unlike others in Dublin). Room amenities were good & all in good working order. Gym was good. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel overall. The staff alone made the place worth visiting. The rooms are a wee bit small. The gym is an excellent place for a workout 🏋\u200d♀️ . And Importantly, the elevator has two G level buttons. One puts you in a small hallway where you have to exit and re-enter the building. The same is true if you take the stairs from the gym or some of the rooms on the upper levels. If you forget your room key, you are kind of stuck because you can’t select another floor if you re-enter the lift. The hotel layout is kind of strange as it’s very hard to get from the back section to the front section where the lobby, bar, restaurant, and reception are located. Highly recommend their breakfast and getting there early.

Easy check in. Full bar downstairs. Small rooms , but manageable and good water pressure in the showers. The breakfast was wonderful and had vegetarian and vegan options (don’t worry , plenty of meat , too!). Closer to the side of town where Jameson factory is, and a little further away from city center / temple bar - but still a walkable distance for most.

Efficient, friendly, welcoming check in and same from reception staff. Quiet room. Expansive, fresh breakfast. Loved the fresh fruit options. Bar menu and food options were welcome as well. The manager was a pleasure to chat with each day. Great overall stay.

The hotel was very nice and well located. The door man Aiden was friendly, helpful, funny, just all around fantastic. Only complaint is that the parking was quite far from the hotel and a bit tricky to locate.

Overall a nice facility. Clean, modern, and new looking. The buildings surrounding it aren’t so nice There was black mold in the shower that needs addressing and the mattresses was not comfortable.

The hotel was well situated, right on a Luas line and within walking distance of city center. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, room was clean with the exception of the carpet/rug which was disgustingly filthy. That rug is the only reason the m. It giving 5 stars. Breakfast was decent but extremely busy. It was hard to find a table to sit at. Staff was extremely helpful, extra kudos to Jaroslav and Kamila - it was nice to have friendly and helpful folks answering our questions and helping with taxi cab bookings. Bed was reasonably comfortable, water was warm quickly and always available, the thermostat was a bit difficult to set. Pillows could have been better. Overall not bad.

Great location, convenient to walk to all. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, large spacious room with excellent facilities (felt like a mini apartment) Surprised to see room included an ironing board and fridge. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

We generally choose Hampton inn because the rooms usually have a range of pillows. Good pillow, good sleep. This one did not. They were flat and soft. Only after asking a couple of times did we receive better pillows. Overall, the room was small but comfortable. Location was pretty good too.

The rooms were too small. Hardly any space to move around, very compact did not have proper place to open the bag even.. Very bad views after paying top dollars. They gave us one room on time and other after an hour. In spite requesting they did not give us rooms on the the same floor saying that its booked and after an hour they called us saying that they have made a mistake in our booking they gave someone else's room to us and then they had a rom instantly available. I was sliding from centre to side on the bed. The metress was tilting. Breakfast and pizza that we ordered were good.

room very clean and got maid service everyday. The room had no drawers to keep anything in and the closet space was viritually non-existent. That was a problem for us. Breakfast buffet was great. Most staff very helpful, but occasionally one was not.

Convenient location for city centre whilst being quiet to stay in. Staff were lovely and the place was clean. But we were super unhappy with our bed. It was the worst bed I've ever slept in.. you could feel and hear every spring in the bed. If we'd been staying more than one night, we'd have complained and asked to switch rooms

My main complaint about this room was that there was no desk on which to put my laptop. I can't remember a hotel I've been to lately where there was no desk. Even though I was there for tourism rather than work, surfing the web on my laptop was most convenient for figuring out bus and tram lines, sights to see, etc. A smaller complaint was that there was only one small trash bin in the bathroom. This probably made more work for the staff since there was no place to put the trash. Other than that, the room was good. The breakfast was good and varied. The hotel is right on the Red Luas (tram) line and close to the many bus lines along the river, so getting around the city from there was easy.

Good sized room. Nice bathroom. Very uncomfortable stiff bed, no foam topper. Brought this up to staff who indicated common complaint. Good breakfast. Mixed drinks very expensive at bar ($11 euro). Good central location

My room did not have a desk in it so I couldn't do much work. My flight arrived at 6:30am and I was at the hotel by 7:30am and had to wait around until 11:30am for a room. It didn't happen to just me but everyone else coming in on the early flight had the same issue. Even though we were told housekeeping would come in by 9am, it was still 2.5 hours for the first room to be cleaned. People were checking out from 7:30am onwards. Perhaps bring in your housekeeping a bit earlier.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Hugely convenient for a city centre stay with the red line Luas stop just outside the door! From the moment the doors opened, the service was so friendly. Doorman was lovely (apologies, didn’t catch his name) and so helpful. My boyfriend is a light sleeper and he didn’t hear anything from the outside noise at all and the only noise we heard was in the hotel after 8am which is amazing! Discounted parking is about a ten minute walk away which isn’t ideal but is the only drawback. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Dublin!

The property was okay and was close to the river. Check in was not great. They seemed confused and new at their jobs. They were supposed to call when our rooms were ready and take our bags to the room. They never called and when we went back to check the rooms had been ready. I guess they forgot to call and our bags were still downstairs. They also couldn’t find one of my bags at first. The rooms are small and need some attention.

Guest services was excellent. Guest host Aiden is the man. Very intentional with making sure to connect with our family and his local suggestions were priceless. He knows what excellent customer service looks and feels like and a top notch employee.

Sehr gute Lage und ein super Hotel mit Frühstück. Die negative Bewertung bezieht sich darauf das wir immer noch nicht die 50€ Pfand für die Karten wieder bekommen haben und ich schon 2 E-Mails geschrieben habe ohne Antwort. Echt Schade

Hotel staff was not kind. They told me on phone I could get room at 11 early checkin. Once I reached they made me sit till 2pm while at least 11 other people did early checkin. I felt they were targeting me personally for some reason. It was one specific woman who refused me any attention. When she was away a different staff member was able to check me in as they did have rooms ready. Felt I was treated poorly but this one staff member and was very personal for some reason. If my booking was refundable then I would not have stayed there

Great hotel situated in a prime but peaceful location on the north side of Dublin. Room was clean, spacious and accommodating, with a view of the city. Generous breakfast with plenty of food. Great staff who were very helpful. Would recommend

Hampton by Hilton is an excellent choice Hotel if visiting Dublin, located in a fantastic area with all the amenities you would need, the staff were fantastic, the included breakfast was good but busy, best to get up early AM for breakfast imo, walking distance to everything you would need with a light rail train right outside that was easy and inexpensive to use, would definitely stay here again if visiting Dublin

Clean rooms although the bathroom was a little tired and could do with a makeover. Our room was small. The breakfast included in the room price is amazing! It’s more full breakfast buffet than continental - something for everyone. Location is good - there’s a tram right outside. It’s a short walk to attractions like Dublinia. Walking in some areas close by did not feel very safe. Hotel security is excellent.

Excellent hotel. Clean and good service. Loved the breakfasts. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Temple Bar area with pubs and restaurants. After crossing the bridge, walking toward the hotel after dinner was dark and deserted at night. Walking around the area during the day is fine.

The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel and therefore the number of guests it can accommodate. The breakfast experience was chaotic. There were queues for almost every appliance, whether that was the three coffee machines or the one juice machine that was working, or the one waffle station that was operational. Given there were no tables left in the breakfast area some of our party were eating right next to the main door which was constantly opening and closing as people came and went. There were moments where there was crockery left for people to self serve.

If visiting Dublin this hotel is great. 10 mins walk from the centre - walkable distance to all tourist attractions. Just far enough from the party areas for a good night's sleep. Excellent breakfast included. Highly recommend

The breakfast buffet food was not properly warm; new foods were merely poured over the old remaining food, which is not proper hygiene practice. Also the buffet selections did not change at all, daily. On day two there was only one juice selection. The cooked ham was tough as leather.
