Clean room,had to be moved to another room due to ceiling leaking issue,but the move went smoothly and lady at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant..great stay for our sisters get away..we would stay here again

Great stay in a clean hotel with a wonderful view for a reasonable price. I only wish there had been a hair dryer and a sitting chair in the room. The front desk did say we could have asked for a hair dryer but all in all a great stay

View of ocean was phenomenal! Hotel was average. Staff was friendly. Safe and blow dryer in room did not work. Carpet in room had multiple stains, bedspread had holes in it, towels were very thin and rough. I suggest you bring your own towels and wash cloths. Heater/AC on wall was melted, but it did work. Shower provided plenty of hot water. We did not use the pool. When we were in our room, maintenance came in. They may have knocked but we did not hear them. They just opened door and walked in. Evidently someone have incorrect room number of needing maintenance. A phone call would have been nice. We were very uncomfortable with them just coming right in. We used deadbolt every time after that. Lastly, in our email, there was a provision for "early departure" as long as 24 hours notice is given. This clause was not honored because we had already checked in---which didn't make sense. So beware of that clause not being offered. Overall, the stay wasn't the worse we have experienced. The room was a little less expensive than others we searched for. So, just know, you get what you pay for. We were able to overlook all of the issues and still have a good time. The staff was friendly. Parking was available. Bed was comfortable. (You may want to take your own pillows too) Beach access was available out the back door with bathrooms available if you needed to come off the beach Coffee and lemonade were available in the lobby.
