Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und teilweise mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Bad war relativ klein und vor allem die Tiefgarage ist niedrig in der Einfahrt, teilweise recht eng und der Teil für das Hotel sehr überschaubar. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Fußgängerzone

We arrived late at night (close to mid-night), so it had a dark-alley feel to it. But once there was daylight and you see the community and the day-to-day hustle and bustle, you realize that it's a wonderful community. A lot of senior citizens walking about, it feels very safe and carefree. (at night though, everyone was sleeping, we had no idea what to expect). A shoutout to the hotel manager, Benjamin Beck, I would NOT be surprised if he gets poached by another hotel -- this guy is ACES! Sincere, Professional, Knowledgeable, Patient, just the consummate hotel manager. He is a good soul. Actually, he is the soul of the hotel. Some tips... 1) If you will be arriving late at night, be sure to call the hotel and make sure that they have the keys in their safebox outside (they'll email you with key code). 2) If you're driving there you'll need parking. The hotel is part of a very large plaza. So their subterranean parking entrance is at Wilhelmstrasse, you enter under ground and just go straight all the way, it's about 2 blocks of driving underground, look for the hotel montana section. There will be a gate and you need a key to get it. So you'll have to either check-in first and get your key or get your key from the safebox in order to open the gate. Note: there is a button you can press once inside the gate, it's about 20 feet or so across from the gate. The hotel is in Troisdorf, not Cologne. Also, there's no AC and the sliding doors to the shower stall might

We stayed here before our early flight at CGN airport. It's a good hotel, advise calling or contacting ahead of time to get the parking situation explained -- you drive into a mall parking garage, which is good, but otherwise you wind up parking in the area and walking to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Das ist allerdings das einzig positive…. Die Betten sind sehr abgenutzt und sehen nicht mehr schön aus. Das Badezimmer sehr alt. In der Duschkabine sehr viel Kalk und Schimmel an den Türen. Zum Essen können wir nichts schreiben, da wir außerhalb gegessen haben.

Zimmer war schrecklich, Bett alt und total abgenutzt, Matratzen waren einigermaßen gut. Fußboden fleckig, Dusche unsauber. Betten wurden gemacht, aber nur zur Hälfte. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte übers Wochenende, reicht. Für uns kein weiterer Aufenthalt! Fotos lassen sich hier leider nicht hochladen...

Soweit war das Hotel in Ordnung. Wir waren 2 Nächte da. Das einzige Mängel war das unsere Betten nicht gemacht wurden und das Bad eurde nicht gereinigt. Vielleicht war es ein Versehen. Dann kenn ich es von anderen Hotels, dass sich auf dem Zimmer Unterlagen über wichtige Telefonnummern und Frühstückszeiten sowie Türanhänger ^ bitte nicht stören ^ befinden. An der Rezeption wurde uns erklärt, dass man sich garnicht erklären kann wie das alles passieren konnte. Es wurde uns versprochen bei der nächsten Buchung uns entgegen zukommen . Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel würden wir wieder dort buchen.

Les horaires de réception sont très limités: pas d'arrivée après 18h mais également fermé de 12h (voire 11h30) jusqu'à 15h. Les personnes gérant le petit-déjeuner ne semble pas impliquées, il a fallu l'intervention du réceptionniste pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour le thé. Les équipements (salle de bain) semblent vieillots mais sont fonctionnels, la literie est bonne, la chambre un peu petite mais le quartier (piéton) est très calme et à deux pas de la gare!

Super Lage. Verlässt man das Hotel ist man direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Dort gibt es eine Menge an Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Personal ist freundlich und steht einen bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung der Möbel/Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Badezimmer könnte renoviert werden. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war das Hotel allerdings perfekt und wir werden wiederkommen.

Super Lage. Verlässt man das Hotel ist man direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Dort gibt es eine Menge an Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Personal ist freundlich und steht einen bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung der Möbel/Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Badezimmer könnte renoviert werden. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war das Hotel allerdings perfekt und wir werden wiederkommen.

Das hotel hatte, was man für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen braucht. Da ich früh abreisen mußte, habe ich das Frühstück nicht probieren können. Zimmer sind in Ordnung und haben, was man braucht. Leider fehlte ein Wasserkessel. Würde dort wieder übernachten.

My daughter (11) and I enjoyed our stay! The staff were very kind and helpful! They let us store our bags there when we arrived many hours before check-in and kindly stored them for us after we checked out until our train left. So very kind, patient, and accommodating!! Highly recommend. Bonus: they spoke English and helped me understand the train directions!

The hotel was locked in the afternoon until 5pm and while this was in the policy section on their listing it wasn't in the check in section. Had I known I wouldn't have booked there. Grubby looking place lacking investment. Never again

Key supposed to be left in key box for arrival in morning but was not left. Phoned to question where key was got told had to wait until 3pm until someone arrived at reception. Then arrived at 3pm got key headed to room and it was still getting cleaned and told had to wait another 30 mins. Had plans for afternoon that we couldn’t goto due to no where for bags to go. Complained to reception and the woman kept telling us to smile. Would not return.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und teilweise mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Bad war relativ klein und vor allem die Tiefgarage ist niedrig in der Einfahrt, teilweise recht eng und der Teil für das Hotel sehr überschaubar. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Fußgängerzone

In beschaulicher Fußgängerzone von Troisdorf. Kaufhäuser ringsherum. Ca. zehn Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Troisdorf und von dort wenige S-Bahn-Stationen zum Flughafen Köln-Bonn. Aufmerksamer Service bei allerdings eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption.

We stayed here before our early flight at CGN airport. It's a good hotel, advise calling or contacting ahead of time to get the parking situation explained -- you drive into a mall parking garage, which is good, but otherwise you wind up parking in the area and walking to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Super Lage. Verlässt man das Hotel ist man direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Dort gibt es eine Menge an Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Personal ist freundlich und steht einen bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung der Möbel/Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Badezimmer könnte renoviert werden. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war das Hotel allerdings perfekt und wir werden wiederkommen.

Super Lage. Verlässt man das Hotel ist man direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Dort gibt es eine Menge an Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Personal ist freundlich und steht einen bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Bonjour, Cet hôtel est très bien situé dans la zone piétonne (près de la gare de Troisdorf). La chambre était très bien et le petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité. J'ai rarement mangé un aussi bon pain !! J'ai aussi aprècié de recevoir la clef de ma chambre à 8 heures du matin. Sympa le réceptioniste .....

Tolle Lage ,aber das wars auch schon , Begrüssung, war gleich mal etwas eigenartig, waren zwei Nächte,kein Zimmerservice,keine Betten gemacht,keine Mülleimer geleert,oder Handtücher getauscht.Frühstück nach bitten wurde auch nachgelegt

Les horaires de réception sont très limités: pas d'arrivée après 18h mais également fermé de 12h (voire 11h30) jusqu'à 15h. Les personnes gérant le petit-déjeuner ne semble pas impliquées, il a fallu l'intervention du réceptionniste pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour le thé. Les équipements (salle de bain) semblent vieillots mais sont fonctionnels, la literie est bonne, la chambre un peu petite mais le quartier (piéton) est très calme et à deux pas de la gare!

Das Zimmer war sauber zu nd sehr zentral gelegen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Bei meinem früheren Check in hatten auch alles geklappt. Zum Frühstück gab es frische Brötchen.

Walking distance from Troisdorf station and around 30 minutes journey on reasonal railway . Breakfast is good. In summer season only noisy and cranky table fan is there to help. The environment is of a small city type and thus surrounding is awesome.

Troisdorf is a beautiful place and the hotel was very well located in the centre of time, and a very short walk to the train + bus station where you could quickly get to the airport or Köln hbf. The rooms appeared dated aesthetically, however the facilities provided were very clean and sufficed for our short 3 night stay. The staff were kind and spoke English well enough to converse with us about the local area and our stay. Our main issue with our stay was the noise, our room was located on the first floor by the stairwell and near the front of the hotel. During the nights people would scream, run up and down the hall and stairs, slam doors and overall had 0 hotel etiquette. Loud music was playing in a nearby room at midnight and the whole room was vibrating. During the mornings, potentially due to our room being located next to a storage cupboard for towels etc, the staff would be right outside our door talking loudly and slamming the doors at 8-9 o clock in the morning. This all happened on atleast 2 of the 3 nights. The bed was comfy and the price was excellent so can’t complain, but I think hotel management should do better to combat the yobs running around the hotel in the middle of the night screaming.
