The stay at Sonder was great, we were only there for one night but would definitely stay again for a longer trip. Super convenient to Fenway! Also there’s a self pay parking garage right around the corner, and super easy to walk from!

The room and staff were great! Great neighborhood too. What's not to like being so close to Fenway Park! The only thing we disliked was the 2 chairs they had instead of a couch where the TV area is in our Studio apt. The Chairs were not that comfortable. Also the Chromecast TV which I figured out to connect to my streaming services could be tough for some to figure out. The room was great otherwise. No onsite parking but there is some pricey nearby parking. We parked at Alewife station where you can take the T to the place but we ended up taking an Uber ride instead (more direct having luggage)

Great hotel at a great location! The studio we stayed in for a week surely felt like home — spacious room, full kitchen, in-room washer and dryer, great view. Walking distance to Fenway Park, close to Target and a supermarket (Star Market), lots of restaurants and cafés nearby! We also loved the Mezzo Lounge on the 18th floor! I highly recommend this place to those who like safety, convenience and comfort! Thank you, Sonder!

Our 2 bedroom apartment had an excellent view and was clean and spacious, shower had great water pressure. Overall having an apartment for our family for the weekend was awesome. Nearby there is a food hall (Time Out Market), Star Market grocery, Target, Tatte bakery (and several other coffee shops and restaurants). The location is awesome. Negatives: Parking was a huge hassle and I would try to avoid having a car if you're staying here (do not use spot hero, just park in the lot where the Chipotle is a half block away, it's actually cheaper than what SpotHero quoted us for something further away that was uncovered). I can only imagine what a nightmare finding parking would be if there's a Red Sox game. The unit had a stale smell which 2 of the 4 of us were bothered by, the sheets were very plasticized, windows did not block the street noise, and check-in was stressful because they didn't send clear instructions and I couldn't find my confirmation email from months prior when I reserved and there is literally no bay to even temporarily park a car while you check in on the 11th floor and if you call them the person who answers is not in the U.S. and does not have a clue. This property is great for families, but do not bring a car.

The hotel is a group of three stories in Pierce Boston - a high-end condo building. The staff of the building were all friendly and extremely helpful. The washing machine and dryer worked really well. However, that's the end of the bright side of this review. -I arrived at 14:00 just to put my luggage as check-in starts only at 16:00 (which is late compared to other places - asking for an earlier time will cost you at least 20$) - office was closed despite that their building guide, says the office is open from 10:00-18:00. - Had to wait and postpone my 1st meeting until the office person arrived at 15:15. - While talking to this person, I learned she locks the office at 17:30 and not at 18:00 as promised, thus shortening the time luggage can be stored after checkout - The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. I altered the office qt 16:10 (ten minutes after getting to the room). However, at this hour, they could not do anything. - They also didn't fix it the next day. - In the bathroom, I found pubic hair on the toilet seat, and one towel had a nasty yellow stain.

The property was clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for such as coffee cups, iron, washer, dryer, dish soap, etc., The front desk was professional, and it was a very easy and fast check in. We loved the location as well, it was so close to everything!

The Sonder is associated with the Marriott but definitely not up to their standards. The check-in was in an unused unit and a very unwelcoming and clunky process. The unit and location were very nice and as described. Cleaning could have been better.

photos of the studio did not match the reality of the space. 8 on a 1-10 scale of cleanliness, 6 for furniture quality (it was wall obviously low budget level). The bed frame was cheap and so low it looked like the mattress was on the floor. The sitting chairs were huge and took up most of the studio space. The high top table was fine but the barstools were too tall... Concierge was great, very helpful though she was not provided with enough information from the Sonder office, which was closed. It was fine for two nights. Worst thing: the towels were dingy and stained.

Great location with easy walking distance to Fenway and other attractions. Property was nice and staff were friendly. The only two issues were the comfort of the bed and the color of the blinds which let in light to early in the morning.

Located in a very nice area with a lot of dining and shopping. Right next to Fenway park. The property itself is very nice. There were no issues with check in and free baggage storage. Stayed in a 1bd/1bath that was spacious with a nice kitchen.

This was a great room in a quirky little set up. Sonder has rooms in part of the building, and there are apartments in the rest. The room was huge and had a full kitchen, sofa and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very large. Could stay for an extended stay and would have been very comfortable.

The room was fine. However the shower leaked badly. It would flood the bathroom and go under the door into the hallway and closet. Also there was no sofa, only chairs for sitting, which is not comfortable for watching a movie. But the bed was very comfortable.

Our studio is new, modern, clean, and very spacious for two people with a nice view of the city. We liked the convenient location--close to the subway and grocery store, and a short walk to the fine art museum and Isabella Gardner museum. There is always someone at the reception and it felt a very safe place. We used the kitchen for simple cooking and washer/dryer and enjoyed the convenience. We liked everything about the place and would stay here again!

We liked the convenient location--close to the subway and grocery store, and a short walk to the fine art museum and Isabella Gardner museum. The problem was with the apartment it self, the bed was extremely low, did not provide for good sleep or comfort. No sofa, only two lounge cheers that where really uncomfortable. In conclusion, for a long stay apartment, there is no option in it to sit down and relax and be comfortable, read a book or watch TV.

Well-located apartment, comfrtable and reasonably well-equipped for our 4 night Boston stay. Supermarket round the corner, restaurants, bars and wine shop very near. T stop Fenway 5 mins. Only has blinds so bring a facemask for sleeping. Surprisingly quiet. Take a cab to and from airport unless no luggage.

Check in was easy, room was clean and had all amenities. Public transportation was close and easy to navigate. Location was close to grocery and a short walk to multiple food options and Fenway Park. Great experience.

I reported the smoke detector battery was chirping on a Saturday afternoon about 4 pm. The battery chirped all evening and through the night. I was told there was no maintenance person on site to repair this. I was very unhappy with the lack of response. I was unable to change the battery on my own as no access to the ceiling. Have not heard back from company. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend. I also felt that there should have been room darkening shades as unable to sleep past 6 am with the light shades on windows.

The property was clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for such as coffee cups, iron, washer, dryer, dish soap, etc., The front desk was professional, and it was a very easy and fast check in. We loved the location as well, it was so close to everything!

Check-in process is a disaster. App is a disaster. I booked (and paid) a clean-up and it wasn’t done. Place is great, location is great Management is terrible. Hope new ownership by Marriott fixes things.

No shower gel, just a tiny bar of soap provided. Only Sling TV provided and Comcast connection didn't work. Staff not willing to do in person check in even though there is Sonder staff at this location, despite technical difficulty with online check in. Guests had to be physically collected from lobby and could not be sent up. Inferior service.

Our 2 bedroom apartment had an excellent view and was clean and spacious, shower had great water pressure. Overall having an apartment for our family for the weekend was awesome. Nearby there is a food hall (Time Out Market), Star Market grocery, Target, Tatte bakery (and several other coffee shops and restaurants). The location is awesome. Negatives: Parking was a huge hassle and I would try to avoid having a car if you're staying here (do not use spot hero, just park in the lot where the Chipotle is a half block away, it's actually cheaper than what SpotHero quoted us for something further away that was uncovered). I can only imagine what a nightmare finding parking would be if there's a Red Sox game. The unit had a stale smell which 2 of the 4 of us were bothered by, the sheets were very plasticized, windows did not block the street noise, and check-in was stressful because they didn't send clear instructions and I couldn't find my confirmation email from months prior when I reserved and there is literally no bay to even temporarily park a car while you check in on the 11th floor and if you call them the person who answers is not in the U.S. and does not have a clue. This property is great for families, but do not bring a car.

I will never stay with Sonder again, unfortunately not can I recommend them. The room itself was nice but the service was very poor. I brought a travel size pillow. It is in tan case as to not confuse with hotel linens. I mistakenly left it on the bed when we checked out at 11. I reached out to the hotel at 11:48 and let them know I had left it and could I come back to retrieve it and I was told “ So unfortunately our House keeping staff threw it away. There is no way to recover it.” — How does a hotel throw away a guest’s personal item less than an hour from checkout? This was not trash or something discarded on the floor of the room, it was a pillow on the bed (and a very nice one at that)… I get if this had been unclaimed for days or weeks.. but throwing away within 40 minutes is not the proper way to care for guests lost items. I’m extremely disappointed in their handling of the situation and will not stay at one of their properties again.

I'm glad I chose to stay at Sonder at Pierce Boston. It is near the MBTA's Fenway station on the green line so you can get around. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and it was a pleasant walk to the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. I like the apartment amenities of a kitchen and washer/dryer. In the unit I was in, the washer/dryer was one machine that served both functions, as seen more commonly in Europe. It would have been nice to have a brief set of instructions on operating the various knobs and settings. I didn't use it, for fear that I wouldn't be able to figure out the dryer function and would be left with wet clothes. When I arrived, I saw a coffee maker and tea bags on the kitchen counter but no mugs. I found them in the dishwasher which apparently had been run but not emptied. I wasn't able to get the bedside lights to work, despite trying the switches alone and in combination with various wall outlets. I didn't contact the front desk to report the issue or learn the secret but instead worked under the other lighting options. Other than those minor issues, I enjoyed my stay at Sonder at Pierce Boston and would stay there again if I ever make it back to Boston.

Located in a very nice area with a lot of dining and shopping. Right next to Fenway park. The property itself is very nice. There were no issues with check in and free baggage storage. Stayed in a 1bd/1bath that was spacious with a nice kitchen.

The stay at Sonder was great, we were only there for one night but would definitely stay again for a longer trip. Super convenient to Fenway! Also there’s a self pay parking garage right around the corner, and super easy to walk from!

Great hotel at a great location! The studio we stayed in for a week surely felt like home — spacious room, full kitchen, in-room washer and dryer, great view. Walking distance to Fenway Park, close to Target and a supermarket (Star Market), lots of restaurants and cafés nearby! We also loved the Mezzo Lounge on the 18th floor! I highly recommend this place to those who like safety, convenience and comfort! Thank you, Sonder!

This was a great room in a quirky little set up. Sonder has rooms in part of the building, and there are apartments in the rest. The room was huge and had a full kitchen, sofa and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very large. Could stay for an extended stay and would have been very comfortable.
