Awesome view and fantastic pool area. Friendly staff! Hotel itself is not a 5-star hotel in my opinion - more a 4-star. Poolbar and buffet restaurant was not a cozy place to be at in the evening. They were flooded at night with sharp icy white LED lights that completely ruined the good vibe. Like the ones you have at football yards. Overall they could use some help sorting out the lights in many areas - inside and outside. Ive been to many hotels that mastered using lights to create an exclusive and cozy atmosphere. That was NOT the case here. We had a superior suite with plenty of room and nice view. Master bedroom was great - but the kids had to settle with sofabeds where the madras was shaped like a skateboard ramp and very uncomfortable. The 222 restaurant was great. Morning buffet was ok

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sensationell. Es gab fast alles und wurde stets nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Beim Premium Zimmer war es sehr hellhörig, da es eine Verbindungstüre zum nächsten Zimmer gab. In der Junior Suite war dies besser. Die Junior Suiten sind im ersten und zweiten Stock und man hat dadurch die schlechtere Aussicht als von den Premium Zimmern die bis in den achten Stock gehen. Der Pool war echt toll und auch die Anlage an sich war perfekt. Man hat vom Hotel Zugang zu zwei kleineren Strandbuchten, die grösseren Strände sind ca 10min entfernt. Es hat viele kleine Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Parkplätze für das Mietauto stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Es gab jedes Mal freie Parkplätze aber in der Hochsaison könnte es sicher Platzmangel haben.

We had wonderful time at the resort. Booked for 4 nights only but wanted to extend further :-) The bar was set high by the Taj Malabar resort (Kerala, India) but Radisson Blu Resort only raised it higher :-). Kudos to Radisson Blu Resort, Gran Canaria's team! Especially to the team at House keeping and everyone at La Canaria Restaurant for amazing breakfast options, despite being vegetarians we had load of choices. But the best was beautiful smiles and amazing service. My son was not eating in the Restaurant, so staff was kind enough to pack the food for him. Despite being so busy, hotel was extremely clean. Ample of car parking. Very well kept swimming pools. Our room was amazing with panoramic views of the ocean and beaches on left and right ! Option of 2 beautiful beaches and very convenient to drive around major attractions. Will be coming back again !!

Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk from the hotel. The bus stop (Patalavaca) is also about 7-8mins walk. Location is very good with access to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Nice comfortable hotel. Nice grounds and nice pools. Loved the tennis and padel courts. Don't expect the hotel to feel updated. Even the big suites look like they are straight from the 80s or 90s. The typical wear and tear. Could use an upgrade. Parking is free. Breakfast is included and has many options. The coffee was really awful at breakfast so don't take that. it's powder with sugar and water. Rest is all good. The best amenity is that even after checkout you can take a shower in a room that hasn't been booked. Very nice.

Lovely view from room over garden to the sea. The food was very good. The pools were lovely and warm. Never a problem to find a sunbed. The staff were all fantastic. We asked to have a specific table in the restaurant on our last night as it was our anniversary and not only did they decorate the table for us, a bottle of cava and chocolate dipped strawberries were put in our room. Thank you everyone at Radisson Blu for making our stay so special.

Zimmer: sehr schöne Zimmer mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick zum Meer. Kleines Manko - das Bad/WC hat ein undurchsichtiges Fenster in Richtung Schlafraum. Wenn jedoch in der Nacht jemand die Toilette aufsucht, erstrahlt das ganze Zimmer ziemlich hell Verpflegung: ausgezeichnetes und umfangreiches Frühstücks- und Abendessenbuffet, alle Speisen wirklich sehr köstlich und die Bedienung extrem freundlich. Die Getränkepreise könnten billiger sein, vor allem an der Poolbar Sauberkeit: sehr gut - Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und auch die ganz Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand allgemeines: sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, nicht zu überlaufen, angenehme Stimmung am Pool und im Restaurant. WIr waren durchwegs begeistert

The property is nice but could be better. Upon arrival we asked for a sea view room and were charged €65 extra per night. ALL ROOMS AT THE HOTEL ARE SEA VIEW. The hotel is facing the sea. The sea is viewed throughout the hotel. And we were charged extra for that. MISLEADING. The cleanliness is a bit let down. Our room had a MAJOR problem with mould which triggered my allergies and I suffered during my whole stay with a blocked nose and itchiness in my throat and ear and as a result I spent three nights with no sleep. The bed rest stinks and the washing machine in the room is disgusting and smelly. The staff at the hotel IS BRILLIANT and they make the difference to our stay. Everyone is super sweet and kind and they go extra mile to make us happy.

Mycket stort och fint poolområde med stor tillgång på solstolar. Bra frukostbuffé. Tråkiga middagsbufféer. Bra service i poolbaren. Dålig städning av den stora balkongen. Sand kvar på golvet och borden varje dag efter städning. Åtgärdade inte felanmälan på skjutdörr som gick så extremt trögt att handtaget höll på att ramla av när man öppnade den. Servicemannen sa han inte kunde åtgärda den tröga dörren utan skruvade bara fast handtaget. Handtaget var dock helt löst igen när vi åkte därifrån. Vi fick felanmälan AC i ena sovrummet två gånger. Första gången sa de bara att balkongdörren måste vara stängd, sen gick de därifrån utan att kolla om det var problemet. Eftersom det inte var problemet, så fick vi felanmälan igen. Då gjorde de en felsökning och lyckades få igång AC:n efter en halvtimme. Blinkande lampor i armaturer som vi också fick säga till om. Det borde städpersonalen ha felanmält. Sviten kändes lite sliten. Helhetsupplevelsen motsvarade inte priset.

Die Junior Suiten sind im ersten und zweiten Stock und man hat dadurch die schlechtere Aussicht als von den Premium Zimmern die bis in den achten Stock gehen. We had wonderful time at the resort. Booked for 4 nights only but wanted to extend further :-) The bar was set high by the Taj Malabar resort (Kerala, India) but Radisson Blu Resort only raised it higher :-). Kudos to Radisson Blu Resort, Gran Canaria's team! Especially to the team at House keeping and everyone at La Canaria Restaurant for amazing breakfast options, despite being vegetarians we had load of choices. But the best was beautiful smiles and amazing service. My son was not eating in the Restaurant, so staff was kind enough to pack the food for him. Despite being so busy, hotel was extremely clean. Ample of car parking. Very well kept swimming pools. Our room was amazing with panoramic views of the ocean and beaches on left and right ! Option of 2 beautiful beaches and very convenient to drive around major attractions. Will be coming back again !!

Just got back from a half-term stay at the Radisson Blu and we're really pleased we went. We had a two bedroom suite (actually, we got upgraded to the 3 bedroom - it's absolutely vast! But the experience between the two is common, so still relevant). The beds are comfy - really soft but comfy, although the feather pillows go to nothing. You can get different types from reception but we ultimately didn't find any of them particularly good. However we're a bit fussy when it comes to that so I can't blame that one on the hotel at all. Every bedroom has a bathroom, and he bathrooms are generous! The lounge and kitchen area are a boon, and you can cast to the TV's (in theory, it uses Chromecast but it didn't work for me unfortunately, I also don't know if it would work with an iPhone). The balcony is where it's at though, it's huge, even on the two bedroom one it's massive and it is such a big perk! Ignoring the hot-tub (which you fill fresh each time you use it, which is nice), the table and chairs sun lounger make it a real escape!

Zimmer: sehr schöne Zimmer mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick zum Meer. Kleines Manko - das Bad/WC hat ein undurchsichtiges Fenster in Richtung Schlafraum. Die Getränkepreise könnten billiger sein, vor allem an der Poolbar Sauberkeit: sehr gut - Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und auch die ganz Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand allgemeines: sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, nicht zu überlaufen, angenehme Stimmung am Pool und im Restaurant. Awesome view and fantastic pool area. Friendly staff! Hotel itself is not a 5-star hotel in my opinion - more a 4-star. Poolbar and buffet restaurant was not a cozy place to be at in the evening. They were flooded at night with sharp icy white LED lights that completely ruined the good vibe. Like the ones you have at football yards. Overall they could use some help sorting out the lights in many areas - inside and outside. Ive been to many hotels that mastered using lights to create an exclusive and cozy atmosphere. That was NOT the case here. We had a superior suite with plenty of room and nice view. Master bedroom was great - but the kids had to settle with sofabeds where the madras was shaped like a skateboard ramp and very uncomfortable. The 222 restaurant was great. Morning buffet was ok

A wonderful hotel and beautiful location. The staff are all amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped and the daily breakfast was excellent.

Nice comfortable hotel. Nice grounds and nice pools. Loved the tennis and padel courts. Don't expect the hotel to feel updated. Even the big suites look like they are straight from the 80s or 90s. The typical wear and tear. Could use an upgrade. Parking is free. Breakfast is included and has many options. The coffee was really awful at breakfast so don't take that. it's powder with sugar and water. Rest is all good. The best amenity is that even after checkout you can take a shower in a room that hasn't been booked. Very nice.

We received a wonderful welcome upon arrival, the room was spacious, clean, had a large balcony and every convenience. A Spar shop was on site for us to buy everything we might need during our stay. We will definitely consider going again.

Our family of five had an exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom suite, which was perfect for us. Each of the kids had their own room, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus for a family holiday. The hotel's location was ideal—everything on the island was within a 20-minute drive, making it super convenient for exploring. Fine rom ( ble oppgradert 😊👏 ) , deilig frokost med alt vi kunne ønske oss , nydelige svømmebasseng og omgivelser . Personalet var veldig forekomne og hjelpsomme . Mine tre jentebarnebarn ( 13,21 og 22) og jeg hadde det som «plommen i egget .» Et sted jeg vil anbefale på det varmeste .

The whole experience at the Radisson Blu was top notch. My family had a wonderful vacation using all of the facilities. The breakfast and dinner buffet were of very high quality with lots of options. On the last day we ordered the mixed paella for 2 from the pool bar. Normally you are supposed to order a day in advance but they made it work for us anyway. It tasted amazing and topped off the stay at the hotel. The staff made us feel like VIPs for the duration. We are already planning our return. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely hotel. It has beautiful views, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff throughout the hotel were kind, friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the lady called Bree in the kids club and I felt confident leaving her there with her. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed 9 nights and could have stayed longer. A wonderful welcome from reception on arrival - thank you Mario. Enjoyed a one bedroom suite w sea view on the 6th floor. Breakfast is great, lots to choose, staff incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. The heated salt water pool is fabulous. Lots of chaises in September. Complimentary self parking, good wi fi signal, convenient Spar located in hotel. Hotel is quiet. Would definitely return.

Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk from the hotel. The bus stop (Patalavaca) is also about 7-8mins walk. Location is very good with access to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

All the rooms are sea view. -There’s a supermarket in the hotel (slightly overpriced but not much worse than surrounding shops). -Food options would be nicer if they catered to halal food but no complaints! Definitely recommend.

Großartiges Hotel mit toller Anlage, ruhig, sauber, köstliches Buffet, direkter Meerzugang (öffentlich), Spar direkt im Hotel, wenige dafür aber köstliche Restaurants im nahen Umland. Allgemein Auto zu empfehlen. Würden jederzeit wieder dorthin!

Our stay at Radisson was excellent! We even received an upgrade based on our Gold membership with Hotels.com. The gentlemen at reception were extremely nice and helpful and I have only praise words about their services. The hotel has anything you need and we didn’t even want to leave its premises all week! We only left a few evenings for dinner our. The location is excellent too you have 3 beaches in walking distance and 3 swimming pools. The views of the ocean are absolutely stunning! Book your room quickly! You won't regret it!

Es hat viele kleine Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Parkplätze für das Mietauto stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Es gab jedes Mal freie Parkplätze aber in der Hochsaison könnte es sicher Platzmangel haben.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sensationell. Es gab fast alles und wurde stets nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Beim Premium Zimmer war es sehr hellhörig, da es eine Verbindungstüre zum nächsten Zimmer gab. In der Junior Suite war dies besser. Die Junior Suiten sind im ersten und zweiten Stock und man hat dadurch die schlechtere Aussicht als von den Premium Zimmern die bis in den achten Stock gehen. Der Pool war echt toll und auch die Anlage an sich war perfekt. Man hat vom Hotel Zugang zu zwei kleineren Strandbuchten, die grösseren Strände sind ca 10min entfernt. Sehr gut gelegen. Der Sandstrand direkt neben der Anlage Ist sehr schön. Man kann dort schön Spazieren gehen und sehr gut baden. Von den Zimmern hört man sehr schön die Brandung vom Meer. Eine tolle Anlage.

Honestly one of the best resorts I’ve come across. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities are good. Views are stunning. -Travel is easy to and from the hotel. -Very convenient location. All the rooms are sea view. -There’s a supermarket in the hotel (slightly overpriced but not much worse than surrounding shops). -Food options would be nicer if they catered to halal food but no complaints! Definitely recommend.

This is a superb hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Las Palmas but an easy bus ride away. The staff were kind and helpful ( single lady with limited Spanish), they couldn’t do enough for you. My room was outstanding and the view, well let’s just say, it hadn’t been photoshopped on the website! What you see on that website is what you get with the added bonus of the sound of the waves. Everyone seemed very content which makes for a relaxing atmosphere which is exactly what I wanted from this holiday. I will definitely be returning.

Loved the beach and the location to all the boardwalk in the area. Pool were beautiful and service was wonderful. Dinner at 222 Blu was amazing! I wish I had eaten there every night. I will next time I am in the area. Disliked the adjoining room, It was the only negative to our stay.

Mycket stort och fint poolområde med stor tillgång på solstolar. Bra frukostbuffé. Tråkiga middagsbufféer. Bra service i poolbaren. Dålig städning av den stora balkongen. Sand kvar på golvet och borden varje dag efter städning. Åtgärdade inte felanmälan på skjutdörr som gick så extremt trögt att handtaget höll på att ramla av när man öppnade den. Servicemannen sa han inte kunde åtgärda den tröga dörren utan skruvade bara fast handtaget. Handtaget var dock helt löst igen när vi åkte därifrån. Vi fick felanmälan AC i ena sovrummet två gånger. Första gången sa de bara att balkongdörren måste vara stängd, sen gick de därifrån utan att kolla om det var problemet. Eftersom det inte var problemet, så fick vi felanmälan igen. Då gjorde de en felsökning och lyckades få igång AC:n efter en halvtimme. Blinkande lampor i armaturer som vi också fick säga till om. Det borde städpersonalen ha felanmält. Sviten kändes lite sliten. Helhetsupplevelsen motsvarade inte priset.

Trolig ett av de bedre stedene du kan bo i regionen, men dette stedet er ikke fortjent 5 stjerner dersom man sammenligner dette med andre 5 stjernes hotell rundt om kring i verden. Litt slitt her og der, frokostbuffet ikke bra nok, vi prøvde middagsbuffet som var dårlig (ble kun en gang), MEN Alacarte restauranten i 11. etasje som var drevet av eksterne, den var 10 av 10, både på mat og vin (Norske priser).

Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk from the hotel. The bus stop (Patalavaca) is also about 7-8mins walk. Location is very good with access to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is saved by its wonderful staff. Sadly the place has lost some of the physical shine it had when we first went there 3 and a half years ago. Tiles are missing from patches in the bottom of the pool. The pool side umbrellas and loungers have seen better days. And the food at dinner has dropped considerably in terms of q.

The hotel has very nice facilities, a beautiful pool area and a good location with a great view. Our room had a balcony/terrace with a jacuzzi, which was a big plus. The breakfast was okay, but not amazing, and the selection could have been better for a hotel at this level. The staff were also helpful, and we appreciated the late check-out and their assistance with our room requests. However, the stay was not completely problem-free. We experienced quite a lot of noise from the neighbouring room, including furniture being dragged around, banging on the walls and loud talking. The most uncomfortable situation was when a person suddenly unlocked and entered our room without knocking or saying anything. When we reacted, the person simply closed the door and left. This did not feel acceptable. Overall, it is a nice hotel with many good qualities, but our experience was affected by noise and the incident with someone entering our room. With better control of noise and room/security routines, the rating would have been much higher.
