Initial check in was amazing! That staff member was great. Evening staff not helpful the 24 hour coffee machine had no hot chocolate, no cream when asked they said it’s morning staffs job! Also the recycle at the front door was overflowing since check in and worse in the morning all over the front entry. Had to walk over it. Breakfast there was very little food available there was a sign with a giant list of what was not available today They had almost no food available but when we checked in we were told it was a huge variety including omelet station none of which was available

Learn to clear the snow from ALL your entryways and put snow me salt down. Jets in the hot tub wouldn’t come on, several people tried turning the timer to get them to work! Breakfast on the one day I had it was mediocre at best, eggs over cooked, real sausage not garlic coil sausage would have been better
