SureStay by Best Western Cambridge

Lovely hotel. Very clean and the front desk staff were amazing. We had an emergency with our elderly cat and had to cut our stay by one day to return home. The manager was very accommodating to our needs, which we greatly appreciated. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for maintenance, but I understand that this happens from time to time. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next visit to Cambridge.

Clean. Some carpet needs replaced and breakfast was not the best but overall good for what you pay.

Clean room. Hallway stinks.

Front desk staff was rude. Charged me a 100$ for an incidental charge. Pool was down. Worker was banging on my door at 11am demanding that I leave, cause check out was at 11am, even though I had bags in my hand and ready to leave. Also, there were probably only 10 people total staying in the hotel. It wasn’t like anyone was waiting on a room. Lastly, breakfast ended at 9am! Really???

There was hair in the bathtub and dog fur all over the floor. Was definitely not pleased, and will never stay at that specific Best Western ever again.
