Τι προσωπικό ηταν αρκετα πρόθυμο και εξυπηρετικό αν και δεν έδιναν καμια πληροφορία για τις δραστηριότητες που υπήρχαν μεσα στη μερα. Για παράδειγμα Σάββατο βράδυ είχαν καποιους animateur για τους οποίους ποτε δεν ακούσαμε, απλα τυχαία πηγαμε και είδαμε το event. Το διαμέρισμα ηταν πολυ ευρύχωρο ομως οχι αρκετα καθαρό, δεν φαινόταν βρώμικο αλλα υπήρχαν λεπτομέρειες όπως πχ στο μπάνιο καποιες τρίχες, στο μπαλκόνι πολλοί λεκέδες, στις πετσέτες επίσης. Οι πισίνες ηταν πολυ καθαρές και τα παρεχομενα φαγητα και λοιπά μέτριας ποιότητας. Θεωρώ οτι για τα χρηματα του θα μπορούσε να παρέχει καλύτερης ποιότητας διαμονη

Séjour correct Nourriture basique identique chaque jour Musique beaucoup beaucoup trop forte même dans les espaces enfants Abords des piscines sales à cause du manque de civisme des clients ( des gobelets cartons plastiques ..: traînent par terre sans être ramassés jusqu’à échouer dans les piscines 👏👏) Femmes de ménage qui tapent à la porte à 9h pour le nettoyage sans se soucier des familles qui dorment Animations de mauvaise qualité / le point positif reste la proximité pour le partie toboggans pour les enfants mais ne mérite pas le prix

Review of Kipriotis Aqualand Hotel – Kos Island Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager Georgia, who was very kind and cooperative. The restaurant team was great, and the chef was always present, explaining dishes and assisting guests. Food quality was average but sufficient. The bar staff were mostly friendly, although one staff member was occasionally rude to us, despite being cheerful with other guests. The entertainment team was lovely, but some activities were repeated, such as bingo twice in 6 days. The magic show was excellent and definitely worth repeating. One downside was the presence of insects in corridors and sometimes inside the room. While the hotel’s location on a green hillside explains this, better preventive measures like window screens would help. The hotel is good overall but could benefit from renovations, especially the furniture and beds.
