Great location, close to golf course. House needs a good scrub and attention given to smoke alarm as it beeps periodically.

We visited in very hot weather and main bedroom Air-con did not work. Agent said repairer would be in next day but no contact was made. Bins had not been emptied and quite smelly. Upstairs toilet sometimes not flushing properly. Two of the bedrooms were very basic so property was not really suitable for the 8 adults in our group. A basic property better for family with children.

The property is in a great spot. Walk to beach, golf club and town. It just needs a good clean! Only other issue is no internet. Who doesn’t have internet in 2022?
