Pentacity Hotel Balikpapan

周辺は面白いが、ホテルの入り口がわかりにくかった。

夜中に廊下がうるさかったが、それ以外はとても対応が良かった。

Our stay was for 4 nights & overall our stay was good. Night 1 & 2 the centrally controlled balcony light was turned off by 10pm. Night 3 it wasn’t turned off until 3am. Night 4, I called reception at midnight & asked for the light to be turned off. Was told ‘Yes’. Never happened, it went off at 3am. The volume was showing maximum however you could barely hear it, especially with the live music from the BSB stage next to the hotel. A staff member brought a specific remote for the tv & adjusted the volume. However when you turned the tv off, it went back to the barely audible setting. Didn’t bother getting to get it changed again, it was too challenging.
