We stayed one night there. Very comfortable location. The room was clean, nice shower, helpful and friendly staff, and they have good coffee in the lobby :)

INSALUBRE! Nos colocaram no quarto 109 que estava inabitável, todo mofado e com o banheiro todo alagado e com vazamentos. O quarto estava podre! Pedimos a alteração e nos colocaram no quarto 101, o chuveiro só tinha agua gelada e não esquentava. Na frente do hotel tem uma praça cheia usuários de drogas e traficantes. A cama era boa e o ar condicionado funcionou bem.

Entrei em contato antes solicitando early check-in com pagamento de usd10 mas não havia disponibilidade. Paguei para guardar as malas e voltei às 11h para o early check-in. O quarto era no terceiro andar sem escada e para nossa surpresa sem água quente. Mudamos de quarto. Apenas alguns quartos possuem água quente. A equipe foi solicita, mas precisa deixar as informações mais claras. Boa localização para quem quer ficar no casco viejo. É um hotel barato, não espere mais do que o preço oferece. Quartos com ar condicionado.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice comfortable room. At first we wanted to check it out for some student groups we manage in Panama. And although from the outside and upon arrival the hotel looked fine, after some interactions with the staff it became evident that customer service was very lacking. We arrived 30 mins before checkin and we were informed the room was not ready which is understandable. And returned 30 mins after the checkin time and the room was still not ready. We left the hotel and returned later at night and found no soap, shampoo and an almost finished toilet paper roll. The airconditioning unit is in a desperate need of some cleaning and travellers need to be aware that this hotel is in a not do safe part of Vasco Antiguo, has several floors and not lift!

O quarto é ótimo, tudo novo e limpo. O hotel foi reformado, o que dá um charme para a edificação. Os funcionários são prestativos e a localização é boa. Os únicos pontos negativos são o fato de não ter elevador, nem café-da-manhã incluído na reserva.
