Comfortable and useable. Worked well for our dog who is family. Hot tub and shower are each a plus. Yard is private and great parking. Quiet neighborhood. Many attractions nearby.

My husband and I had a really nice time staying here. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the stay. She kept everything stocked so if you forgot anything at all she had you covered. Also throughly enjoyed the variety of coffee that was provided as well as snacks! The beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Overall a great experience staying here and I would absolutely come back! Thank you Kayla!

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The house was comfortable and the hosts were generous and thoughtful in supplies and being well stocked. The shower was great once we figured it out. We were very appreciative of them for being pet friendly. Our goal was to be close to Red Rocks and it was great. Also loved the near by Blackbird Cafe.

Very nice property in the middle of a quaint mountain town. We were able to cool down from a long weekend by relaxing out on the deck and the very comfortable living room. The quietness of the area can not be overstated, at night you can’t hear anything at all.

The carpet was very old. Dirty barstools and toilet had not been cleaned. Towels seemed old. Just not a comfortable environment with so many updates needed. We chose to leave after one night, and we never received a refund. Also didn't realize this was an upstairs property with no back yard.

I was in town with a friend for the Triple Bypass bike ride and this home was perfect for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is well-appointed and maintained. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience.

This was perfect for our needs and our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating would absolutely stay here again only reason for four stars is that it's dog friendly unless a tiny bit lived in beds were phenomenally comfortable shower was the bomb.

What an amazing place to stay. It was so quiet, so comfortable, so easy to relax. It’s a cozy house that works perfectly for a small group and a couple dogs.

We only stayed two nights, got in late the first night and gone all day the next. Close to everything in the area which is nice. Lots of remodels going on in the neighborhood, some nice places and some old sketchy places. Felt safe though. Place was fine, just had to stick fans in all the windows to cool it off. Easy in and out. Brought our dog and let him into the fenced area only to find out a few minutes later that we had a downstairs neighbor with a dog in the same yard. No incident, just thought we could have used a heads up about that.

We retreated to the foothills to escape the suburban 4th of July because of the trauma that our dogs experience. We found the perfect place in Kittredge, at Kayla's. Her place was so clean! After settling in, we started to notice all of the special touches that she had in place, making it accommodating, fun and unique! The couch and bed were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the welcome snack basket was an unexpected treat. We even found fresh robes in the closet when I had forgotten my own! Communication was excellent. Kayla and Nick were so helpful, making sure we, and our pups, had everything we needed. The days and, especially, the evenings were so very peaceful with deer roaming freely and beautiful starry nights. It was everything we could have hoped for. And the best part...going into the weekend with no expectations and coming home with new friendships.

Great location for access to Red Rocks as well as mountain fun. Loved being able to walk into the small town and eat. Also a very short drive to Evergreen which is full of good restaurants and outdoor activities such as a beautiful lake with Elk and a great walking trail around it. Host was very nice and informative. We stay at a lot of places in that general area and this was definitely in the top 5.

This property was perfect for us. It was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed for our day. If ever in the area again, I would love to stay here again. I woke up to deer outside my window.
