Comfortable and useable. Worked well for our dog who is family. Hot tub and shower are each a plus. Yard is private and great parking. Quiet neighborhood. Many attractions nearby.

My husband and I had a really nice time staying here. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the stay. She kept everything stocked so if you forgot anything at all she had you covered. Also throughly enjoyed the variety of coffee that was provided as well as snacks! The beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Overall a great experience staying here and I would absolutely come back! Thank you Kayla!

Excellent communication and very clean. Plenty of towels...even a hair dryer which I wasn't expecting. Nice views from the vantage point of the hot tub, but it was a bit to cold for us to try it out. We'll look to return when it's warmer, but this is a wonderful getaway from the city that is close yet feels remote.

My husband, teenagers and I stayed for 2 weeks with our family pets, it was the perfect place to be! Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the communication was excellent! 10/10, would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The house was comfortable and the hosts were generous and thoughtful in supplies and being well stocked. The shower was great once we figured it out. We were very appreciative of them for being pet friendly. Our goal was to be close to Red Rocks and it was great. Also loved the near by Blackbird Cafe.

Such a cool house! And nice neighbors. I love staying in little towns I’ve never been to - and exploring the areas. This house has a fully stocked kitchen, very comfy bed, fabulous shower - I’ll definitely stay here again!!

Very nice property in the middle of a quaint mountain town. We were able to cool down from a long weekend by relaxing out on the deck and the very comfortable living room. The quietness of the area can not be overstated, at night you can’t hear anything at all.

Excellent communication and very clean. Plenty of towels...even a hair dryer which I wasn't expecting. Nice views from the vantage point of the hot tub, but it was a bit to cold for us to try it out. The carpet was very old. Dirty barstools and toilet had not been cleaned. Towels seemed old. Just not a comfortable environment with so many updates needed. We chose to leave after one night, and we never received a refund. Also didn't realize this was an upstairs property with no back yard.

I was in town with a friend for the Triple Bypass bike ride and this home was perfect for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is well-appointed and maintained. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience.

This was perfect for our needs and our host could not have been more helpful and accommodating would absolutely stay here again only reason for four stars is that it's dog friendly unless a tiny bit lived in beds were phenomenally comfortable shower was the bomb.

We only stayed two nights, got in late the first night and gone all day the next. Close to everything in the area which is nice. Lots of remodels going on in the neighborhood, some nice places and some old sketchy places. Felt safe though. Place was fine, just had to stick fans in all the windows to cool it off. Easy in and out. Brought our dog and let him into the fenced area only to find out a few minutes later that we had a downstairs neighbor with a dog in the same yard. No incident, just thought we could have used a heads up about that.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Kittredge. We were in town for a wedding at the Evergreen Lake House and it was very close by so a perfect location for that. Groovy discOasis indeed! What a cute place to stay in the mountains! You can tell immediate Every detail was thought through, there were games available for our family to play, fun photo ops, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen!! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun stay in the mountains, close to Red Rocks and Denver. The hosts were so kind and answered all our questions timely, communication was easy and there was a booklet with lots of helpful information for us to look through.

Quirky 2 bedroom that met our needs for a wedding weekend nearby. Family of 4 with 2 kiddos. Has a mix of some upgrades and some 70’s themed items. If staying here you gotta checkout the Blackbird cafe nearby! Kayla is great to communicate with - super fast and accommodating.

Such a cool house! And nice neighbors. I love staying in little towns I’ve never been to - and exploring the areas. This house has a fully stocked kitchen, very comfy bed, fabulous shower - I’ll definitely stay here again!!
