Forth River Cottage

We had an amazing stay from the moment we checked . Everything you needed to have a relaxing time out, but close to everything for us to use as a base to explore. The cottage had a bounty of delectable food and supplies, and even fresh flowers to bring the whole experience to a level we have not experienced before. Consider this a pamper holiday. Upon arrival we were blown away. This is the ultimate B&B. Honeymooners and completely looked after. A bottle of bubbles to congratulate us and such lovely provisions. Local produce, products and some port. We endulged in the out door fire and the bath. Heaven for me. Thanks to Sally we would love to come back.

A very special place set right on the banks of a beautiful river just 10-15 minutes from Devonport. Everything has been thought of to make guests feel welcome and very pampered. We are both vegan and Sally was kind enough to stock the fridge with loads of delicious plant-based treats which made our holiday! So incredibly thoughtful, thank you so much! Wonderfully comfortable bed, soft fluffy towels and lovely cottage-style furnishings with modern appliances to make everything effortless. The outdoor bath is an amazing experience- Soaking in a hot tub under the stars with only the sound of the river flowing alongside you is something you will never forget. We are already planning our next trip! A delightful experience made even more special by our hosts attention to every detail.
