Muy mal el hotel lo catalogan 5 estrellas y justo sería 2 .. la atención es esmerada, pero; no tiene ninguna amenidad .. primera ocasión que me siento defraudado

Buen hotel, céntrico y con personal muy amable.La terraza muy bonita , con buenos precios para cenar o tomar una copa

NEGATIVE 1- I booked a Deluxe room. during check in the reception said I got an upgrade, but actually they downgraded me into a superior room, which is slightly cheaper. 2- There was a gratuity bottle of water in the room on first day, but was not renewed. I called reception, they said they will send it but never send. Also the instant coffee was not renewed in second day. 3- There was no hand wash liquid in the room, I called reception, they sent a new bottle 4- Later I realized there is no shampoo in the shower, I called the reception and they sent a new bottle. 5- There was no slippers in the room. I called reception and they sent slippers. 6- The room was not cleaned although housekeeping came and sorted the bed. But the used towels were left on the ground. 7- The staff at the rooftop garden was very moody. Didnt want to answer questions, she was distributing cutlery on the tables, but holding them from the tip, not the handle. She didnt wear gloves. 8- Coffee machine at breakfast did not work on first morning. No butter served. POSITIVE 1- Location was good. Nice neighborhood and close to attractions. 2- We only booked bed, didnt pay for breakfast in the reservation, but they gave us free breakfast. Breakfast was mediocre. 3- In general the hotel was clean. 4- The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
